I would strongly suggest you shop anywhere else. It appears that when you order from this company they believe they are able to not only keep your money and not send your product but also continue to give you the run around when you attempt to get any information from them. No product, no refund and a bunch of wasted time looking for ANY answers. A case study in how to get rid of customers.
I've been a customer of Beyond the Rack for several years now I never found a problem with them until recently. I've been waiting for two orders since February and still haven't received them although I was promised delivery for early March. I've written and asked for a refund and have had no response. I won't shop there again, I don't feel comfortable with a company taking my money immediately and not delivering the products.
I have been a loyal customer of BTR for many years now. Don't know what had change, but on several recent orders I received the quality have been quite poor. I used to raved to my friends about this site, but this time think I will be doing a not so good review.
I purchased a bag & returned due to the condition of the bag & the fact that just didn't look real! They only gave me credit on the site not my cc. After a month my credit of 500$ was disappeared from my account. I called every week for two months they kept giving me the run around. Until finally today they told me that the company is under new ownership & I won't get my money back! I need to contact my local consumer protection department! I
I don't recommend anybody to shop at Beyond the Rack.
Everything is very cheap quality, picture never match with the original look, sizes are wrong.
They will charge you for the return label $9.99 and will give you only GST back, you will get back much less than you paid for your order.
Please do not waist your time calling or sending Email.
There is no way you can get your refund through this site.
How ever you still can file dispute through PayPal or your credit card, do not waist any more time.
Do it ASAP
This site still doing business and taking People's money.
Let's put a stop to them.

Thought I'd so something nice for my Mom since she is always doing nice stuff for us kids. Spent $800 on new bedroom items - headboard, curtains, decor - you name it. They went bankrupt and took my money. Now they're back pretending like nothing ever happened under the same name yet somehow different enough that they don't have to owe the people they clearly robbed in broad daylight. BEYOND UPSET.
Purchased on March 16th. Wrote on April 4th. They answered the 7th saying that my purchase is on its way.(I understand because pandemic) No news, so I wrote again... They gave me same answer in the 21 of April. Since then: no news. Starting on May 19th, I asked for a refund, and as of June 23rd, it is my third demand of refund without ABSOLUTELY no answer from BTR. I even wrote on their FB page. Unacceptable.
I've only recently bought a few things at Beyond the Rack... Actually quite a lot. Since the deals seem to be very good, I have already made 3 separate orders. The process seemed easy and i received a confirmation email right away. I even received a phone call a few days later. I did notice that my orders say that they will ship in around 2-3 weeks which is reasonable. However, after I've read these reviews and have seen nothing but negative comments, I am a little worried. I hope my items do come in good shape and quality and will not take a ridiculous amount of time to deliver. I hope Beyond the Rack does not disappoint me since I really do look forward to becoming a usual customer and I really do love their deals. Looks like I will just have to wait and see.

Shipping is 6 weeks to 6 months, no refund, credit only, out of stock after waiting 3 months, some clothing received; quality was poor, Ordering to finish my credit and deleting all contact with them.
The items they sell is well below the average quality. They have poor advertisement practice. Will say 3 dollars shipping for 30 dollars and above then charge you 24 dollars. When i approached a customer service rep called "Johnny" I was offered 2 choices take the order as and pay the 24 shipping or else cancel order. At no point did the customer service rep understand that neither at checkout nor at buyout did the website inform the customer that standard 3 dollar shipping rates do not apply for whatever reason.
This is the second time I have fell for the false advertisement and I have ended up paying for charges which should have never been there to begin with. It is time for me to move on and find other online places for my shopping.

I am a size 6 and anytime that I bought from Beyond the Rack goes perfectly on me. Everybody is asking where I bought. Very good for evening parties. I would like them to have more dresses for formal like wedding. Mother of the bride.
I really enjoy buying there and if something is wrong you can return it without paying for the shipping. It is really a 4 stars.
They are a joke, I ordered a few things, some came quick and were good. Now I have four orders out there, one they say is shipped, but the tracking number is phony!
The others they say they will not know when they can be shipped for a while.

Placed an order for a spring dress back in March and STILL don't have it. Asked for my money back and get ignored. Their customer service stinks. I'll never use them again and warn anyone else from using them.
I have been shopping with Beyond the Rack for about 3 years now.
Some items do take a while to come, but that is because, as I understand it, they only buy what has been ordered.
I have also purchased designer goods from them and they have always been authentic, if you sell fakes as the real deal, a business can be in serious trouble.
When they have not been able to meet their order as they were not able to get the item, they have always refunded my money promptly and usually with a gift card as well.
On-line chat customer service is excellent.
I have also had the odd delivery problem but that is beyond the control of Beyond the Rack, it is a Canada Post issue. What I have been told to do when a package goes missing is inappropriate I think, looking in neighbours yards etc. I don't think my neighbours would appreciate that. But Canada Post will also tell you to do the same thing.
Overall, good deals and good service - for what you pay.
I have been a loyal BTR customer for years. Recently made a purchase in March 2016. I have contacted BTR a couple times now wanting my item or a full refund. No luck with either. They just send me a $10 credit for future purchases (like that will ever happen anymore). I'm done with BTR.
They failed to provide store credit for returned items. It has been more than 9 months. Numerous emails and calls later they make false promises one after another. Still no store credit, no refund. Please spread the word. I hate to see another consumer fall victim to this store
I paid $44.99 for some curtain panels that The website said were originally $110. When the curtains arrived they had something on them saying that the suggested retail price of the curtains was $39.99! So I paid more for them than what they are actually worth and obviously the original price is not $110. I emailed them about this more than a week ago and they have not responded. I feel ripped off and that they have false advertising trying to make it seem like you are getting a great deal when in fact you are not. The shipping is very slow it took more than three weeks for them to arrive and they charged me two dollars for shipping when the shipping was supposed to be free because they said that four curtain panels weighed more than 20 pounds? All together not happy with my first and last purchase from beyond the rack

Please note, however, that the suggested retail price of our merchandise is that provided by our vendors, and not necessarily the original cost of the item. That been said, if the panels had labelling on them stating the price was lower than what you had paid, we would definitely like to look into this. Our shipping policy does take longer than other websites, as we do not keep inventory in our warehouse, and require sometimes 2-3 weeks to receive the merchandise from our suppliers. We work diligently to ship orders as quickly as possible once we have received the products so that you can have your orders sooner. If ever an order is significantly delayed, we are sure to compensate for the wait.

I placed an order through in April 2016. Did not get any sort of an update or anything. I followed up in May 2016 to cancel the order because it was taking too long. Every time i called i had to explain to the agent what was going on because no one recorded any of my concerns about this order. Anyway, then they told me to get my bank to put a claim through to get the money back. So my bank did that of course. It is now July 2016 and they are not responding to my banks request. Terrible terrible terrible service. The sad part is that i actually like BTR when it first started up. Please don't order from these people.

Answer: Advice: The reviews are truthful. The company was in bankruptcy/receivership and the new owners deleted all the previous credits of customers. Trust them? No. Get your money back and shop elsewhere.
