This site is a scam. I have $80 credit left in my account, one day it just disappeared. Contact BTR couple times, never get a response. I wish I can take legal action against BTR. But with $80 I feel the court won't even care.
You can not trust them anymore we ordered 2 shoe racks since 1 year under my son account, till now they never show up and each time we ask for refund they gave us excuses and tell us to ask refund from a government site.
I highly recommend that you stay away from them because they become fraud
I was a long time customer of Beyond the Rack until they changed hands. They used to sell quality merchandise at a reasonable price, I ordered quite frequently and was never disappointed. However, it is apparent that they now sell crappy fast fashion knock off garbage. I gave them a shot when the new owners took over, and have completely wasted my money. They are more expensive and the merchandise quality and return policy is dismal. Used to recommend them, but now I tell folks to stay away.
Customer beware! This online store is part of many online stores that are popping up across the country. Quality of items are a bit better than some other ones but you may not be getting the deal you think you are. Inflated prices make it seems like it is a bargain. But if you comparison shop they are sometimes more expensive than store items and then there are the shipping charges on top... as I said before "know what you are buying
Beyond the Rack are total crooks! Do not trust this company. Made a return in January and only got credited on the total amount minus shipping, did not get refunded on the taxes I paid. Their stupid system will con you out of money every time you try to get a refund. Also, now that the company is under new management, they are no longer honouring credits or returns made prior to May 21. What a bunch of cons. Do not buy from this company. There are way better companies offering amazing brands and deals that are trustworthy and have better customer service. I do a lot of online shopping and this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I will not be returning to shop from them and will make sure all my friends and family are aware of their terrible service and their cheating ways! I am now out of the money I spent on my purchase, returned the item but never got my money! Beyond the rack are crooks!
I just received my scarf and eagerly opened the package only to be disappointed. I can't believe they are selling fake scarves. I always enjoyed BTR. I will never make another purchase. What a waste of money. I want a refund!

I ordered 4 purses from BTR Canada recently. The second purse took time to ship but eventually they all came in and they were beautiful!
I phoned and chatted with their customer service assistants several times. They were nice and friendly but not so helpful for the info that I needed. However I was very satisfied with my purchase and I will order from them again for sure. Their price can't be beat!
Don't buy from this company. If you read about the previous owners, they lost millions of dollars and in doing so ended up not paying consumers back on credit owed to them. New owners now... however they have wiped out any previous credits owing to consumers so if you happen to have a credit be sure that it is now gone... they send a blanket apology saying the new owners are going to make the company better and supply better product and service but forget about any credit you may have. I have only lost $188.95 but others have lost much more... always be weary of a company that won't give you credit back on your credit card when you want to return goods. In this case, they kept the money and so many people are SOL... will never deal with this company again, no matter who they are.
My first order came in a few days ago. I ordered two dresses. First of all they don't look anything like the website's picture rather they feel very cheap. Also one was the completely wrong dress! And the other one had a stain on it! I emailed and called and all they would do was give me a 10$ credit to their website. What am I going to do with $10? Horrible. Do not recommend.

Well I don't get these so many very bad reviews. I've been ordering from this site for more than a year, and in total, I'm satisfied. First time I bought a sweater and a winter coat from them. They are actually good quality. I wear the coat even in -10°C (below that I wear my main winter coat!). To my surprise, I received them in a week. After that all my orders have arrived in about a month, which is fair considering the price. A top, leggings, a pair of earrings, a pair of boots, etc. Of course I don't buy very expensive items from them, but when they send me a 15$ credit and that coincides with a free shipping event, I think the purchase becomes very valuable.

I don't understand how this company is still running. Legal theft perhaps? I placed an order from BTR which I never received and my credit of $200 conveniently disappeared from my account. They claim new ownership and that the company is change from "Beyond The Rack" to "BTR". What is interesting is the customer service representatives are still the same (I recognized one of them and called him out). Save yourself and stay away- it is a big scam!
Placed an order for a bag January 11,2017. As of two weeks ago, still no bag and no updated arrival date. Called to cancel order. Still have not received a credit. Was to take 7-10 days. Cannot reach them. Scam? Not sure. At very least, shoddy business practices.
Order before and it was always hit and miss. I stopped ordering but though with the new management and changes it might have improved. It is worse, slower shipping and when you make enquiries no one gets back to you! CLosed my account and will never try again.
Really loved this site. When I ordered things I expected that it may have taken a while, it came in less than 3 weeks. After every order they would call me when I received it to ask if I was happy with my order. Very nice customer service!
I was a regular shopper and tolerated the awful service But the last six months have been impossible. The quality of merchandise is going downhill fast. You used to be able to get good deals on good labels, now it's all crap merchandise and no real deals so along with the unbearable service I refuse to shop anymore and I hope others will do the same. They screwed up a good thing.
I have found the products to be of very poor quality - sizing on clothing is not true because they are sending you seconds. No refunds, and customer service if non-existent. STAY AWAY and save your money for a real company.
I have just received two orders from them today. One I ordered on June 21 and the other July 6.
I knew I was taking a chance when ordering from BTR after all the bad reviews, but I was taking into account that most people pass on bad reviews before they'll say anything good a place.
I was pleasantly surprised with the service! I read that shipping can take up to three weeks so I knew that I might have to wait a while. I was not expecting next day shipping. All along I have been receiving emails letting me know the progress of my order. The June 21 order was behind schedule to arrive at their warehouse, and I received an email saying so. Then I received an email within days saying that my item had been shipped!
All items were exactly as described. I am glad I gave Beyond the Rack a chance and will be doing more shopping there!
I also received a call today and they are refusing to re-issue my credit due to the change in ownership. I am furious! They again stole my money. After reading all of the other posts is there something we all can do to get our credits back?
I ordered 2 items through them at the same time through the same company. One item shipped fairly quickly and the other I'm still waiting on over a month later because the ship date has been extended twice now. I won't be shopping on their site again.
They sell what they don't have in stock. I only realized that when I already placed my order with them. Shipping took forever. It took them 2.5 weeks to receive the product from the manufacturer and almost 8 days to ship it (they ship FedEx - way too slow). Will not shop again. I used other sites similar to them and never had an issue!

Answer: Advice: The reviews are truthful. The company was in bankruptcy/receivership and the new owners deleted all the previous credits of customers. Trust them? No. Get your money back and shop elsewhere.
