I've ordered many products from Beyond the Rack. Yes, it does take a while to get things, but it STATES that in the product information. Why do people complain about that when it says so? I just don't order anything I need right away. I've purchased shoes, purses and even a cookie jar. I have been ordering for at least 2 years and never a problem. Have even received a credit when a product took longer than expected. This site isn't for everyone, but it is for me.
Beware! Beyond the Rack are crooks! I purchased 3 pairs of shoes in size 8 and received 3 different sizes! A dress that they advertised as polyester is rayon instead but there is no label in the dress so I can't even prove it! Now I'm responsible for the return shipping! Unbelievable!

Previously any order shipped had a return label within the package. No so with the current order I received! I've tried to contact by phone but am told they have a" heavier
Than normal call volume" I will try to contact online and see if I get a response. Not like the old days, that"s for sure.

This company so horrible! I spent about $500. I was waiting my order for 2 months. When I got it, half of the staff I returned... now I have $234 sitting there, and I can't get them back, because I don't want anything anymore from them to order, and they won't return your money! Now I'm stack with this!
Somebody should do something to help us rid of scams like that!
The delivery time is terrible. It takes several weeks to months before you will receive the items that you purchase. I order sunglasses and didn't receive until nearly two months later - summer was already over. They have TERRIBLE customer service reps and make it very difficult to return items and get your money back. There are sites out there that do this business model WAY better. Avoid this awful company!
I have been ordering from BTR for a few years now and enjoy shopping from the site. I have had some issues at different times but customer service has always been great in resolving my issues. Some orders can take sometime getting shipped, so don't expect to get your order within 2 weeks.
I recommend this site to all my friends.
Placed an order, items never shipped. Called after 10 weeks, was told that my items should be coming soon... Called 2 weeks later, said I should just wait. I told them I don't want the items, and to refund me. They would not refund me, only offer credit (useless...). No managers available in their call centre to speak to customers for escalation.
Worst service and company I have EVER dealt with. Funny part is, they used to be a decent company. I've ordered several times without issue. But I understand they changed ownership this year, and now everyone is getting ripped off.
I'm now contacting my credit card company to hunt down the refund for me. 3 months, no product. No communication from them. No offer to resolve anything. I'm out for retribution with these guys, and will take every single opportunity I can to slam them on social media...

As one of the lucky ones, I got a full refund. Looks like that doesn't happen too often, if at all. No one can figure out what's going on, excuses like computer changing over from old system, problems with suppliers (from the bankruptcy issues that no one wants to be their suppliers?), problems with deliver dates, and no one calls back from customer service. Multiple phone calls over 6 weeks and the order was cancelled and money was refunded without explanation.
I learned they went into bankruptcy and deleted all customer credits and I know I had a credit from years ago on the account that they told me I had then later denied.
Can't trust them. If there was a "0" star rating, they would have to work hard to earn it.
I used to like this company and buy from them often over the past years, the past 3 orders have all caused me headaches and their 'service' has worsened every time, on the last one they were over a month late in shipping any of my goods, I started a conversation with them over email and it took them days to get back to me, I responded asking for the second time for a refund and they still haven't gotten back to me now its been weeks... just pathetic... I understand they went through structural changes, etc. but at the end of the day the point is that I'll never buy from them again
I used to love btr for what they sold and variety. Sadly, the last 3 of my 4 orders were declined due to being out of stock. All items i really wanted, and one was a month before i found out. So disappointed and MAD because i get offered a stupid store credit i dont want to use. Their customer service USED to be good but now its weeks before i find out my order cancelled. I recommend zulily! Shipping is even more reasonable and they carry a lot of the brands btr does.
Ordered an item and waited 3 weeks before they tell me the item is unavailable. They give me a $10 credit, I attempted to order another item. 2 months later the item is still not even at the beyond the rack site for shipment. Customer service on the phone was nice. Emails were generic until I flipped out and the unacceptable response. I have since emailed 2 times and have not received a reply. I then called and got a hold of an agent straight away who said it was held up at customs. My order still says, "on track." I requested a refund and am waiting for that to be approved. This site used to be fantastic. So disappointed.

I recently ordered a watch for my boyfriend from beyond the rack and when it came I noticed it was dead... then found a note saying that batteries are never included. This was not indicated when in the description and was never mentioned UNTIL it arrived. This is so ridiculous, when does anyone ever sell a watch without a battery? Not to mention it is definitely NOT an "authentic designer" watch. Upon opening the box you can immediately smell dollar store quality plastic/rubber NOT leather. This site is such a rip off. I want a full refund and don't even think I can get one because they only issue btr credits, but who would want those when this site is a complete lie?

But when we want to cancel an order they keep us hostage, instead of refunding they put a credit note in our account. But it s like a stupid game that we keep playing over and over again. I have an issue with them now that I escalated on Paypal. Order place almost one month and delaying again delivery date. This order half paid with a credit in account for bad quality goods that where cancelled even before being shipped. Even wish escalation they do NOT care. Right now i have returned some goods that where so cheap we get better deals at Dollar store. - They owe me 66.66 - I advise then I would put my review on this site. They simply do not care.
If you want to be robbed of your money and sent cheap items that are overpriced then shop at Beyond the Rack.
I've been a customer for years and was not informed that my credit was removed/gone/stolen. Made a final purchase thinking I was going to be using my credit.
Hated the items I ordered- one was a white poor quality transparent dress and I was told non- refundable and sorry you no longer have any credit with us.
Not right! Bad business! Should constitute as theft!
I ordered a designer bag and shoes a month-and-a-half ago. I contacted them several times, to see why the delay in shipping and they never returned my calls/emails. I spent over $4000. 00 and this is how they treat customers. I mean we should all be treated the same. Whether we spend $40 or $4000. I cancelled my order and that took another 2 months. Don't shop here.
I have bought many items from the site and have always received my products in good condition for good prices. I do find the shipping time long at times, so that can be a deterring factor.
With my last purchase, one of my items was lost with Canada Post and upon contacting Customer Service, they were helpful and launched an inquiry with Canada Post. I was refunded the amount within a few weeks. Slightly disappointed n not receiving the item, but glad I got my money back and helpful service.

I have been a client of BTR since they started, a proud Canadian customer. Their customer service used to be incredible. I have no idea what has happened lately, their customer service is awful, their shipping slow, their quality has decreased. They charge you immediately but their refunds take forever. There are no email follow-ups. The on-line chat is pathetic, takes forever and you get no resolution to the problems. Sorry BTR, no more recommendations and 1 client lost, for what I can see on these reviews, sooner or later you will end up with none.
I used to order from them and didn't have a problem until March 2,2016. Evidently they changed owners and they took my money but haven't sent my products and is already august. When i complain and ask for a refund, they give me a tracking number that says ups had been waiting since may for the package and keep repeating the same accept. They refuse to refund my money and say to return the items that never came instead. I finally put in a claim with my bank and hopefully I'll get my money back. I'm just so disgusted. They used to be a great company; took a while for delivery, but 5 months is more than ridiculous.
What a shame, I've waited two long months only to prove myself that this deal was too good to be true. The scarf doesn't weigh near as much as a real Burberry scarf and a piece of thread is already coming loose. The tags are inconsistent with real Burberry scarves, the colors bleed and the measurements are off. Please give me my money back!

BTR is a horrible site.! I ordered something for the first time a month and a half ago and still yet to be shipped out! Are u kidding me? I called customer service last week and this girl told me it would be shipped out by the end of this week and now its Friday and same message comes up on my tracking order.! Answer: Advice: The reviews are truthful. The company was in bankruptcy/receivership and the new owners deleted all the previous credits of customers. Trust them? No. Get your money back and shop elsewhere.
