NCIX - an electronics re seller and dealer of computer parts
They sell to both the States and to Canada. They have awesome customer service when you call them and also they have price matching and pick up in person!

The thing about price matching. Price matching has to be from a dealer is that they say is certified. If you find a cheaper price they will match the price of the computer. What I would do is go to Shopbot.ca in order to price match my items and then send a weblink and also a photo of the cheapest price I found at shopbot.ca. When I got my MSI gaming laptop i got 300 dollars off from price matching!

Pick up at the store. If you don't want to pay for the extra shipping fees and handling fees you can go and tell them where they can ship the item to the closest store. With your printed off receipt you can pick it up when they emailed when your item has been transferred to the closest store near you.

Always has been great customer service, and an easy website to use for buying electronics.


I bought 6 items for fathers day. I planned about 2 months before and also calculated the dates that I would receive the items before fathers day so I could give to my father as a surprise. On my part - I forgot to add the suite number to my apartment and ask customer service to help me change it. I tried 3 times, each time PROMISING that they will get back to me about my order. Never did they get back to me. When I did call them about it I was just greeted as - "I'll look into it and get back to you on Monday". After 2 months, they emailed me saying I received all my orders but they did not. Honestly, after 3 months of waiting when told me they have changed all parcels of my orders they never came. I emailed them and they refunded my money. HERES the BIG PART THAT PISSES ME OFF. They did more than a 50% RESTOCKING FEE, charged me for the RETURN FEE and ALSO charged me for international FEE. I HIGHLY suggest that either you get the address right, or don't shop at this lousy online store. Because their customer service is SH! T, and giving me back 10% of a $150 order is BULLSH! T.


I bought a lot of computer parts a year back or two, they had very fast delivery. It actually only took about 1 week for my computer parts to come in. I ordered a new GPU, 4 external fans, and a new power unit for an upgrade of my computer. They all came nicely on time and also nothing was broken. Really recommend this site if anyone is shopping for online computer parts. Although I recommend people to always, find the cheapest online and price match it at the local computer stores near you!


Really loved this site. When I ordered things I expected that it may have taken a while, it came in less than 3 weeks. After every order they would call me when I received it to ask if I was happy with my order. Very nice customer service!
