For last two weeks i was trying to find a product that i never in the local market place but was not able to get it there. When i start browsing in Internet and find best buy i was there i thought i wasted a lot of time out there it was just a piece of cake i ordered it and now am able to use it. Best buy made more convenient for me to get what i wanted.
Nothing is cheap but yeah of good quality stuff, some low priced items get discounted a few times.

Biggest problem is that during busy times, you can still end up standing in line. But i feel like that is a local problem since they will check people out at the pick up and don't check to see if anyone just wants to pick up.
I brought a laptop computer through Best buy marketplace. But it is defective. I took it back to bestbuy, try to get my refund. What they said market is not belong to best but. You have to contact the seller yourself.it took me 3 week still no refund. But as I look at my online payment, the money is charged buy best buy using PayPal. Why they don't serve my return.My trust to best buy all this year's, now is gone. Anyone buy online from them make sure is not from market place merchant. You got no guarantee and no support from them. Buyer beware!?

Answer: All I can say is that you obviously have been very lucky. I was a dedicated customer for 25 years, however, I would do without before I ever spent another dime in a Best Buy!
Answer: I would write a letter to your state's attorney general. There are laws regarding taking advantage of senior citizens. I would specifically ask for documentation from Best Buy in which your grandmother gave them permission to recycle her 18 month old computer. If they cannot produce that document they may be in very big trouble with the state's attorney general. I would also write the BBB and contact your public officials. This I think would be paramount to theft if your grandmother did not give them permission to recycle her computer. On the flip side of things, ASUS is a very good machine. My son is a computer scientist and swears by ASUS. I have three ASUS machines one of which is over 5 years old and it is a workhorse. Unless something significant happens in the ASUS business world, I will continue to buy ASUS!
