I have been a customer of scuba.com several times and never had a problem. This last time i needed something asap and there where out of stock. Called and got awesome customer service and compatible item instead.

They ship supper fast, great site and service. I use them regularly

I been a customer since i started diving 10 years ago. Have order several items and always been a good experience

I like being able to order something and either have it shipped or picked up.

Biggest problem is that during busy times, you can still end up standing in line. But i feel like that is a local problem since they will check people out at the pick up and don't check to see if anyone just wants to pick up.
