Horrible customer service. Sent 6 emails for return info. Straps seen on wrong. See thru clothes. Colors and sizes not as pictured or correct by their sizing chart. They refuse to respond to my emails. My bank is now involved. Will pursue thru them for my refund and perhaps fraudulent charges against company.
Ordered 140 CND worth of items for vacation. Said it would be here 3-7 days after being shipped. It's been 14 days past being shipped, and still no item. After contacting them many times, I finally get an email saying my items are being held at US customs and there is a possibility of them being destroyed? And they are sorry if I suffer loss? UM you mean if the items you sent me did not pass customs, I do not get a refund? Wow what a waste of money. Horrible horrible horrible. Asked to cancel my whole order with no reply.
My order was confirmed over 2 weeks ago, and I have not received a tracking number. I have emailed them 3 times just get a little help. They have not replied to me at all. Now, I don't even think my package will be delivered and they took my money out of my account as soon as I hit purchase. I will never order from this website again just because the customer service is absolutely ridiculous.
I do NOT recommend shopping here! I received my order two months ago, but the clothes didn't look like the pictures on the site at all. I decided to send it back and so I sent a refund request. Unfortunately, I never got an email back... The policy says you can't wait longer than 2 weeks after receiving your order to get a refund. After two weeks I sent them an email, saying I want a refund, but again, no answer. After two months, I'm still trying to reach them, but nothing works.
So: clothes don't look the same as they advertise + refund is not possible. Don't shop here!
I ordered swimsuits for my daughter and I. The swimsuits were beautiful, but we needed a bigger size. It did take awhile for a response, but I did receive an email about being patient, and how they would like to resolve the problem. They sent me the suits in the correct size. I found them on FB, and was hesitant, but I was very pleased to see they were a professional, legit company! Kudos Bellizo!

Received an item less and no refund was given although 3 months has passed, apart from the very bad material of clothes. I bought 7 dresses 2 of them damaged 1 missing and the rest arent even good to wear as a nightwear! Complete disaster
If I could do zero stars, I would. I ordered 3 items totalling to around $50 and chose 7-10 day shipping. After 2 and a half weeks I contacted customer support because my items had not been shipped yet. They never responded. Over the next month, I tried to contact them twice. Finally my order arrived almost 2 months after I had placed the order. The clothes are poor quality and don't look like they did in the picture. I would return but I'm sure they wouldn't even refund me because this site is surely a SCAM.
This company is a total scam. So much so that I requested a refund and they stopped responding to me emails and blocked me from their site. Their product is absolute garbage, I beg of you don't waste your money!
I ordered a bathing suit from them, the money was taken out, I still haven't received the item, and no one in their "service department" or instagram has even attempted to contact me back. This "business" is a scam.
So after weeks of checking on my order, I received an email stating they were "sorry" that my order got caught up in customs and they would refund me 20% of the purchase price once the order was delivered. I have emailed them 4 times about the refund with absolutely no response. This site is the biggest scam ever, and the clothing is absolute CRAP! The only dress I have worn literally fell apart in the washing machine. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. TERRIBLE QUALITY, AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! SCAM SCAM SCAM!
Update: After posting my original review, I received a message that Bellizo couldn't locate my order. Once I supplied all the information, I receive another generic email stating their standard shipping terms (5-12 days after order is shipped). It is now 18 days after shipment, I still have zero tracking information about my package, and Bellizo has stop responding all together. I have sent multiple inquiry emails, and they have not responses since the 1st time I posted a review. It seems that is the only way to get their attention. I have asked for a full refund since my package has no tracking information available, and they don't have a clue where it is. I have yet to receive a response on issuing a refund. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND shopping elsewhere. This is nothing but a huge scam and headache to try and get my money back.
I placed an order on June 9th, which supposedly shipped on 6/17. The tracking information on USPS states the items were picked up at 11:06 am on 6/17 by a shipping partner, but the items still haven't made it to the USPS facility in Fremont, CA. I emailed on 6/26 to inquire about the package not arriving at the facility after 9 days with no response. I emailed again today, and it seems I have been blocked by them. My emails are un-deliverable to the service email given on their website stating the email is not found. Is this a huge scam? I am going to try and get my money back. Buyer beware! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
Y'all don't buy anything! This company sucks! Their clothes are SO cheaply made and don't even get me started on customer service! I've tried contacting them almost every day for a week now... NO RESPONSE! Do yourself a favor and just don't buy!

I had an issue with one of the dresses that I bought, so I sent them an email in order to solve my issue. They took just a few days but they definitely understood my situation and they solve it right away. They provided me with different solutions to choose. I love when the customer service is very attentive because this is why we, the customers, buy in stores either online or physical.
The clothes they sell is another thing! It is not the regular cotton clothes that you are used to, but it feel so fresh, comfy, and pretty.
The item I was sent were short made of a towel material with an elastic waistband, supposed to be burnt orange corduroy. Nothing even close. The pictures showed a normal pair of shorts and what I got was basically pink baby bloomers
I received my item in a timely manner, very cute dress however did not fit. Contacted customer service and they were prompt with their responses and very easy to work with.
After some correspondence, Bellizo gave me a full refund when the items were not quite what I was expecting. Very personal service which was appreciated.
The customer service of bellizo is amazing! They were able to refund me an item that didn't fit within 24 hours! I would recommend this website to anyone who wants cute and fashionable clothes!
Spring dance dresses ordered a month before the dance. Too late. They arrived after dance. We thought we might try to keep them for other uses but the hems were frayed, the fit is small (even when ordering a large). We went through the process of requesting a return. We included pictures, SKU numbers, Invoice number and were told to be patient to receive our return instructions. That was a month ago and we have asked (e-mailed, because they don't have a phone number to call) multiple times for this information. Still, now 2.5 months since the order, we have not received the return instructions. This is not how you treat customers who want to buy your clothing. It feels like swindling. We tried to trust your service, but to no avail Save yourself the sucker punch.
I ordered a bikini 3 weeks ago. When I pressed purchase my money was immediately taken from my account. It's taken 2.5 weeks to process my order, 5 days to package and now it has been "shipped" but when I look up the tracking number on USPS it has yet to make it to the Post Office. I highly recommend not purchasing anything from this website.
Also. If you look at other review sites for Bellizo, the reviews are the same and under multiple names. Not trustworthy.

Don't buy anything from Bellizo. The quality of clothing is absolutely sh! T! and one of the bra sets i got in a Large, it was that small it'd be lucky to fit a toy doll. Fabric is see through thin on items that look good quality on the site. TERRIBLE!

There is no phone number and if you google the address it shows you a ups store in a strip mall. They only have an email address and the person i talked to did everything in her power to avoid giving me my refund. The website says they accept returns but the catch is you have to email them to get the return label and they never answer you. Complete scam.
