Update: After posting my original review, I received a message that Bellizo couldn't locate my order. Once I supplied all the information, I receive another generic email stating their standard shipping terms (5-12 days after order is shipped). It is now 18 days after shipment, I still have zero tracking information about my package, and Bellizo has stop responding all together. I have sent multiple inquiry emails, and they have not responses since the 1st time I posted a review. It seems that is the only way to get their attention. I have asked for a full refund since my package has no tracking information available, and they don't have a clue where it is. I have yet to receive a response on issuing a refund. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND shopping elsewhere. This is nothing but a huge scam and headache to try and get my money back.
