Has anyone successfully managed to contact them? I have been blocked on Instagram Facebook and email because I did not receive my item and they refused a refund.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I paid for FAST shipping. And my order didn't even get sent out for TWO weeks! So then my articles of clothing arrived AFTER the function I needed them for. I tried canceling the order before they shipped and NO ONE got back to me. Two days later I get an email saying that one of the dresses was out of stock so I would be refunded for that dress, but that my entire order would ship out the next day. I emailed back and said NO! Cancel the WHOLE thing! No response. So now here I am, a Month later I JUST got the dresses last week and I've been TRYING to contact this company to get my things returned. I followed return protocol PERFECTLY and yet, NOTHING. I'm so absolutely Angry. No one should EVER purchase from this company, EVER.

UPDATE- 7/2/19-Because of my review, Bellizo reached out & provided a FAKE tracking number that brought me to another online business they have called PatPat. The tracking info provided NO INFO & they tried to use the excuse that they are updating their systems. Do not order from this company! Don't believe the positive reviews they are not legitimate.
Don't believe the positive reviews or the reply's from Bellini. It's all lies. I should've read the REAL reviews before I purchased. Big mistake. Ordered the items for a trip well in advanced. Sent my first email after a week, inquiring of a tracking number since I still hadn't received it. Waited a few days. I didn't receive a reply. Did receive an email that my items had shipped but still no tracking info. Sent another email requesting the tracking number. Waited a week. No reply received. Sent another email. This company is fraudulent in it's representation. My gut is telling me the company is foreign & I may never get my stuff or if I do, who knows when. As I write this I still haven't received my items or a response to any of my emails.
Don't buy from them I have yet to receive my package and it's almost been 14 days since the package was "shipped!" Still have yet to receive an email back about where my package is at!
I ordered a dress, unfortunately it was not what I was anticipating, so I contacted customer service to as for a refund. They made the process very easy and I had the refund within 3-4 days.
Placed an order and paid for expedited delivery, it took them over 3 weeks to ship it out. I emailed twice asking for a refund and to cancel order and they refused.

Ordered 3 dresses and 2 didn't fit. Sent an email requesting return authorization and still have not heard a response after a week and a half.
Nice and quality items. Their customer service is amazing! I wish all online stores have as great customer service as theirs. I finally find a place to shop online with confidence. Thank you Bellizo!
The representative solved my problem quickly and easily. They were very polite and understanding to my problem.
I got a -10% and it wasn't added to my purchase and I sent an email to them. I don't who responded but it was fast and veeeery polite. Got the refund to my account! Honestly very nice.
Avoid this site. I have been unable to return a dress for over a month after multiple email requests. Fraud.

I ordered 2 maxi dresses on bellizo.com 03/01 and got my order 10 days later. The design and quality were amazing, love it.
I was concerned on the shipment and they replied in no time and made sure I was aware about the shipment days and had the best help I could ask for.
I submitted my order and forgot the discount. They went back and gave me the discount! I was so pleased!
