I am trying to return 3 dresses since July 19th. After 5 emails I still dont have the return details, nor did I get my money back. WHAT CAN I DO?!

I sent two emails on how to return items I purchased a few weeks ago and I haven't heard anything. Really annoyed with the poor customer service.
I am very concerned about my order, that I placed in the mid of june. I received an email confirmation but then the order does not appear anywhere.
How to return items for refund please ?
Is Bellizo a scam or a legit company?

THIS PLACE IS A HUGE NO NO WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN! I HAVE SENT A TOTAL OF 4 EMAILS OVER 2 WEEKS. MY TRACKING INFO PROVIDES NO REAL INFORMATION, UPSET!
