Love the clothes!

The clothes are super cute. Unfortunately some of them did not fit and when I contacted customer service they were awesome! My customer service rep was named Crisleah and she was phenomenal on getting my issue resolved.

Gotta love Bellizo

I decided to share my experience with BELLIZO to maybe help someone out. I ordered a few dresses and tops from bellizo.com and I must admit I am very pleased with my shopping experience overall. The shipping didnt take too long, around 1 or 2 weeks, which is reasonable for products coming from quite far away. The clothes themselves were of good quality and looked really fashionable. I was very happy with the service as I was treated very nicely and recieved all the information necessary making the tracking process very easy to access. In my opinion BELLIZO offers a great shopping experience and deserves 5 stars.

This is the web I was looking for, sexy clothes and cheap too, I ordered 2 items with one coupon, Just paid 40 USD and got 2 pieces of swimwear, and i fell in love with this suits! Very true to size, amazing quality.

I am extremely pleased that Bellizo has agreed to exchange a poor quality dress for a much better dress and I am certainly prepared to pay for the difference in price to obtain a more fashionable dress.

My order was confirmed over 2 weeks ago, and I have not received a tracking number. I have emailed them 3 times just get a little help. They have not replied to me at all. Now, I don't even think my package will be delivered and they took my money out of my account as soon as I hit purchase. I will never order from this website again just because the customer service is absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible

I ordered a bikini 3 weeks ago. When I pressed purchase my money was immediately taken from my account. It's taken 2.5 weeks to process my order, 5 days to package and now it has been "shipped" but when I look up the tracking number on USPS it has yet to make it to the Post Office. I highly recommend not purchasing anything from this website.
Also. If you look at other review sites for Bellizo, the reviews are the same and under multiple names. Not trustworthy.

Don't buy anything from Bellizo. The quality of clothing is absolutely sh! T! and one of the bra sets i got in a Large, it was that small it'd be lucky to fit a toy doll. Fabric is see through thin on items that look good quality on the site. TERRIBLE!

Scam

There is no phone number and if you google the address it shows you a ups store in a strip mall. They only have an email address and the person i talked to did everything in her power to avoid giving me my refund. The website says they accept returns but the catch is you have to email them to get the return label and they never answer you. Complete scam.

Everything else I ordered came not only in the worst and cheapest material but not even looking anything like the photo of what I thought I was buying. My order was supposed to take 5 to 12 business days and it took atleast twice as long to receive my items. That wouldn't have bothered me except the dresses are poor quality. Poorly done hem on a simple black dress... one of my "dresses" is the Length of a shirt... Not worth almost $50 for 2 poorly made dresses! I probably won't waste my time trying to return them seeing as I see the reviews on their poor customer service and difficulty to contact. Just don't waste your time, go to Target or Marshall's hahaha

I bought three dresses in size Large thinking they would fit me. I was wrong, these dresses aren't made for girls who have a larger chest size and on top of that the quality is terrible, there was a whole in my dress even before I tried it on. Will never buy again, I was very disappointed, these dresses aren't made for girls with a body like mine.

STEER CLEAR!

STEER CLEAR OF BELLIZO!
Before ordering, I made sure that returning was an option. I read that returning was an option within 2 weeks of receiving the items and you have to request the return through customer service.
I made two purchase orders totalling $202 and some change. I was very excited to receive the items but upon arrival, the material was very thin, see through, cheap, and unless you have the "model figure," the clothing doesn't fit right.
I requested a return through their customer service department (they don't have a phone number, everything is through email) and took dayssss to hear back. In order to return, they require you to provide photos of the items you'd like to return. I dont know about anyone else but I don't have time to do this, especially when I ordered over 10 items. When I want to return something, I want to return it period.
Finally, they offered two options for return. 1. I keep the items and receive a 50% refund 2. I return the items for store credit.
Don't say that your customers can return items for a full refund if this is not true! If you want me to lie about the reasoning for return so it "justifies" a full refund I can do that but hat kind of customer service is that? This place is a joke. I will never order through them again.
