I tried ordering a lip liner and when I put all my information through it told me that my transaction cannot be completed. I made a second attempt and same thing. I called their customer service and no answer. I just noticed that I have two charges on my bank account with no receipt or any order shown that it's on its way for delivery. I have called and left messages and emailed. Nothing in return. I am reporting them!
1st time ordering and very satisfied with everything I ordered especially the 16 piece fall beauty anniversary bag for 2023 and nice size samples for blonde colored hair. Will definitely order again, if you sign up for email they send coupons.
Went to local store and shopped clearance isle after getting a brow wax. First, they did not charge me correct price for wax and did not give me the discount they were running on clearance items. Returned to store and order rang a second time. Staff was rude. They then double charged me on a $60 product. Called store later and was told nobody knew what to do and GM would call following day. Never received call. This is theft in my opinion. And my eyebrows are completely botched.
I have ordered online from beautybrands website several times without an issue. Love there prices and products. This last time I ordered a liter of each, shampoo and conditioner, both arrived fine. I also ordered a shine spray and a leave in conditioning spray. The conditioning spray's cap was not on tightly causing the product to completely empty out during shipment. I called customer support and left numerous messages. Never a call back! I messaged off the website, no response! I called a store and a wonderful man gave a message to his district leader. Never heard from the district leader but did receive an email from an "angie" few days later. She has been completely unhelpful and does not respond in a timely matter at all! I have explained what happened and sent pictures at her request with no response on her end. I am unsure if I will ever order online again. Unfortunately, the nearest store is 4 hours away. Might just have to suck it up and shop ar ulta from now on.
I have spent over $600.00 in services and products for the past two months at Beauty Brands. I returned some products (not used). I am on day six now of not receiving my credit. They are now saying, it is up to my bank. My bank does not see a credit at all. They lie, say it was already processed, and you can't get a hold of anyone in customer service.
Pay cash only if you purchase anything. These are young girls at checkout that know nothing at all.
3 calls with messages left, email sent and urgent text message sent. Still no response after 2 days. I guess they don't want the business. Had an issue with trying to place an order. No one will respond to assist. Frustrating!
From the moment you walk into the Beauty Brands in Shiloh, Illinois, your greeted with a smile. The past three months, I've been blown away by the fantastic customer service. Amy in the salon is truly been a blessing. She listens, provides 5 STAR service, and goes above and beyond to make sure all clients are taken care of. I highly recommend Amy in the Salon for any cut, color, or style.
I placed an order in mid-June and it is now July 11 and I still have not received my order. The tracking number just shows that a label has been created...and it has been that way since June 29. I tried emailing customer service and I have not received a response. Then, I called customer service and I got an automated message telling me they weren't available and there was no option to leave a message for a call back! To top it off, I received a partial refund from PayPal because they said one of the items was no longer available. Still wondering what's going on with the rest of my order! I do not recommend ordering anything from them online. I've had an ok experience going into one of their stores.

My return was on my debit card. It has been more than three days to return the money to my account. This is the second time.
It's not my bank. I had a return at Family Dollar that was returned instantly. Pay in cash only to avoid the long wait for a credit back to your card.
I received a horrible service by two employees (they claimed to be a manager and an assistant manager). I left two messages for Jackie (manager) to call me back, she hasn't yet. I have been waiting for over one week.
I placed an order online during their liter sale and mistakenly selected the wrong conditioners. They won't update your order same day or any day at all. Very inconvenient! Now I have to wait to get the product and return it. Their sale will end by then won't have time to reorder. Can't even cancel the order and reorder it. I love their liter sales but this experience ruined it for me!
Tried to find a new stylist and Beauty Brands made it even harder. Thought I had a good one and second approintment he never showed up for work and I was left waiting for almost an hour. BB scheduled me an appointment with another stylist at a different location. I thought this stylist would work but the day I was to go they called last minute and said she didn't show up for work. Third stylist the receptionist scheduled wrong day, particially my fault when I didn't pay attention the text appt. Time. But really at that point I had enough. I'm done with BB.
Very poor quality. The size is not standard. I was shocked. Also my phone received spam messages every day since I placed my order. Finally I found there are hundreds of this kind of fashion shops online especially on Facebook and Instagram, they are all provided beautiful products but from unknown companies. My order was shipped from mainland China. Careful check customer reviews before you buy! I pay what I learned!
This company needs to step up their mailing services. I ordered on July 2, it's July 19 and I still haven't received it, let alone an update on when it will arrive. I purposely order well in advance because I know how slow they are, but the wait time is now beyond ridiculous. I'm down to fumes on what I ordered. While I appreciate and use their "take 10" program, the discount isn't worth it any more. I'll pay more, but I can buy my products from another retailer minutes from my home. Come on people!
I ordered $74 worth of hair care product. First issue - there is NO self-service order tracking. You have to actually call in and speak to a representative that only works Monday through Friday. Second - That representative is NOT helpful. They give you your tracking number and you have to try and chase down your order yourself. Third - They purposefully jerk you around until the time runs out on your claim. I've gone back and forth with Beauty Brands and Fed Ex - but I'm afraid I have lost my money for good. They have lost a customer for LIFE! Unacceptable. I'm going to visit my local store to see if that manager will help me maybe. That's my last resort. So disappointed Beauty Brands!

I ordered a product over a month ago and havent received anything. Same thing as other reviews received an email confirming my order but no way to track as the email suggested. I've made contact through email and phone... no response. I'm going to report this company. This is horrible I"ve never experienced fleeing duped online ever. Lesson learned.
I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I placed my order 4/28 and paid over $40.00, which was taken out of my account. I received one email that I would be notified when my items shipped. I have not received any follow up since. I've emailed four times over the past ten days with no response. The phone number they have for customer service does not go anywhere. I don't have my products or any communication. I finally had to place a dispute with my bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Worst hair cut ever! I wanted to add some volume with layers but guy working as hairdresser royally messed up my hair. The way he was cutting my hair was horrible. If you really love your hair dont even think about this place
Ordered in March, immediately charged my account, but never sent the item, received an email a month later they were processing my order, but tracking does not work. Called, no answer, emailed several times received no response. Do yourself a favor, don't order from them. Initiating a charge back and will report them.
