I ordered a product March 26, it is May 11 and I still have not received my product. I have emailed them with no response. DO NOT order anything from this site.
I have been taking advantage of Beauty Brand's "liter sales" on shampoo and conditioner for + ten years, and the last 6 have been via on line. In January I thought I was placing an order for 5 liters of shampoo and 5 liters of conditioner. When the product arrived, they had shipped 10 of the 10.1 oz bottles instead of 10 of the 33.8 bottles (difference of 188 oz)! Upon closer inspection on their web site, I see that I did order the smaller ounces because Beauty Brands had the picture of the liter bottles--not the smaller size picture. Instead of returning product, I immediately submitted an email to "Customer Service" informing them of my mistake based on misleading pictures, and hoping for a solution from them. I have never received a response, nor (3 weeks later) had they corrected the "error"... if it was one. They have lost a long term customer for a life time. I encourage anyone ordering on line to make sure the pictures match the quantity. This was certainly NOT a "Liter Sale" for me.
I have not received my order. There is noone to contact. They use ARRIVE which is as bad of a service as they are--they do not respond either. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONLINE SITE.
THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
Scam, avoid this company. No tracking. No email response. They won't answer their phone.

It has been weeks since my order has "shipped" i never got it, i can't track it, and no one answers emails

The first and last time I will purchase anything from this company... Someone had stolen my package and I informed Beauty brands customer service about this. They said they had to make a claim with FedEx and that would take about 3-5 business days. The first time I called them I waited patiently on the status of my claim. After the 3-5 business days passed without a call back I had to call back myself only to be told the same thing, I'd have to wait another 3-5 business days. Always on the last business day i'd wait for a call and would receive absolutely no updates. So I took it upon my self to call once a week considering they told me I had to wait EVERY WEEK for a phone call that was expected to take 3-5 DAYS. At this point its been 6 weeks since I haven't received my package and informed Beauty Brands. The funny thing is every time I call I am always connected with the same representative who already knows its me. How is it that they only have 1 rep? She is very sarcastic and nasty and makes it obvious that she does not want to help me, NOT LIKE SHE DOES ANYWAY. I took it upon myself once again to see what was going on with my refund so I call FedEx who tells me they've already sent out a claim last week through the mail. Why is it that I call the next week to find out where my refund is and they claim to not have received anything in their mail? How long does it possibly take for mail to be delivered! Not a week! I am so fed up and sick of the bull$#*! this company has given to me. I've spoken to the supervisor who is just as nasty as the representative. She is also of no help. Never again! DONOT order from this bootleg website.
