Business practices in questionable/illegal practices including bait and switch tactics.
I tried repeatedly to contact customer service to no avail. I was lied to multiple times and then asked to pay increased prices if I wanted to receive the items I had ordered (and paid for). They do not answer phone calls only send to voicemail and email questions may receive a reply but not actually address concerns/questions. I am reporting them to the Attorney General to hopefully help others not have the same hassle I have had to deal with.
This company is absolutely terrible. They actually changed my order and sent me the wrong conditioner. After I complained they refused to refund my $180 purchase.

Dear Beauty Brands, I am not a robot! I ordered 2 Litres of Joico JoiFULL Volumizing Shampoo JOI 33.8oz and received them approximately 5 to 6 days later in Texas. I had no issues with the process I got spooked after reading this website and almost cancelled the order but I decided to wait it out. I want to Thank the Company for fulfilling their end of the bargain. Thanks

I order a Clarins body cream 3 weeks ago for my sister's birthday. Nothing arrived, it keeps showing as shipped. No one answers the phone. The tracking app is another scam wanting a lot of information from you before telling you it shows as shipped. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. I am going to work with my credit card company to see if they can credit me.
I purchased multiple times from their website over the years. After having orders cancelled after payment, I contacted customer service. I was told there was some reselling going on in my area and I was not allowed to purchase from their company. I was not buying merchandise to resell. I saw some good deals and tried to purchase more than 1. Without any communication, beauty brands has decided to decline my business. I had also received expired and used items in the past when ordering from them.
I ordered three products from Beauty Brands. They arrived rather quickly, however when they arrived one of the products which was oil based was ALL OVER the box. I took pictures of it, and called them. They informed me I needed to send the product that leaked back (the entire bottle was empty) with the original packing receipt and box. I did that over three weeks ago. I have called and emailed about the status of my new product and keep getting the same thing " returns are processed in the order they are received". So you mean to tell me you have so many returns within the past three weeks mine still hasn't been addressed?! So now going into the fourth week I still have not received a new product. Once this is finally taken care of I will NEVER buy from them again.
This is neither a legitimate web site nor vendor. Received confirmation of my order. Never received product. Indicated that my shipment could be tracked by an a app ARRIVE. Bogus claim. I attempted to follow up with the Beauty Brand's published email and published contact telephone number. No responses. Avoid doing business with this illegitimate concernsI I fear they are crooked and that I have been duped.
I ordered a number of products back in May 2020. Received a confirmation email and that my order was shipped. Then received an email about an app I could use to track my order but never received a single update. Sent multiple emails, no response. Called, left a message, no response. Tried to initiate a live chat and got a message saying an error occurred and that I should try again later. SCAM! They stole my money. Cons!
I ordered a box of 3 expensive eyeliners and a $2 sale item. Out of the 3 eyeliners two were dry (guess how hold they can be) so I returned the whole box. Weeks later I get an email that they don't have any more in stock so only the amount of the eyeliner box purchase will be refunded, and because the $2 sale item was delivered I still had to pay the $5.95 shipping charge. That is not the way to treat a returning customer. Very unhappy that after getting old products, having to return them on top I get charged the S&h fee. Ridiculous.
Update: After posting my complaint in their facebook page I received a message from Beauty Brands and the S&h was reimbursed to my credit card.
That is what I received for $$ taken from my account in December of 2019. I have written about 25 emails with no response. DO NOT ORDER from here. They take your money, ship nothing and then ignore you.
I thought I had finally found a business that was selling 8 OZ of Taylor Swift "incredible things" for a good price! I got a box that was obviously too small and a bunch of packing paper. I took screenshots and emailed and still have no response!
I never received what I ordered and I get absolutely no response from the company phone# nor web site. They sure billed me and updated my order and delivery but sent the wrong items that were far cheaper than what I paid for and ordered. Currently disputing the charges with my credit company. Don't bother with this company they are con artists.
My item never arrived. After my order they sent an order confirmation that did not include a description of what I had ordered. After weeks of waiting I sent them all of my order info and asked for an ETA. They responded asking "What is your 4 digit number?" I have no idea what number they are talking about. This is a total scam.
After I made the mistake of ordering a product, I noticed that my order would not be processed for 5-10 business days, so I tried contacting their customer service via phone calls AND emails. No one returned any of my calls, WOULD NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE, and DID NOT RESPOND TO ANY OF MY EMAILS! BE PREPARED TO LOSE MONEY BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH THEM OR WAITING FOR A MONTH TO GET YOUR PRODUCT!

I placed an online order on June 30th. My order number is 5562. I never received the product but my credit card has been charged. I have reached out numerous times in email (both email addresses listed on the website), tried to call the number on the website and no message returned. I tried today to use the online chat and it does not work. I am NOT a happy shopper. I would not recommend this company or any of their products. Shop Amazon so you know you will get a response and assistance whenever you place an order. Unacceptable
This is a SCAM! Did not ship my product! Didn't respond to any of my emails! Charged my account and thought they got away with stealing my money! They didn't I disputed it and the bank credited my account back! Please don't trust this company!
