They said they'd send shipping information within a day. I never got it and a week later I called my credit card company to get the money back. I had to get my credit card cancelled and redo all my credit transactions. Highly recommend not buying from here.

I went to beauty brands for hair hair highlights, I didn't like their service as my appointment was booked with someone else but they aligned me with other staff stating that the person has another appointment. I agreed and then the lady who was doing my hair left me in the middle without saying anything to me and then another lady came & she told me I will do rest of your hair. I was so surprised with what's happening. They didn't have the courtesy to even say sorry and apologize.
It happened with one of my friend also she booked appointment for hair and they called and said the hair stylist is still busy with the previous customer you have to cancel it.
So, their is a huge problem with hair stylist over there.
For hair services they will assign different different person and they will leave in the middle.

Don't order anything more from Beauty Brands. I've ordered two different orders with sale items and received the smaller version of what I ordered. They claim to have "liter sales" with name brand shampoos/conditioners with the 1 L bottles at a discounted price. TWICE they have sent me 12oz bottles instead of the liter bottle I ordered. The first time I blamed myself, thinking I had made the mistake. I called customer service, and they said it was my fault for choosing the 12oz size. Spend a few more dollars and go to Ulta. Better company and customer service!

I had a two items missing from my order. I called and notify Beauty Brands of my shortage. They said they reviewed my order and it is in my box? It was not in my box. My ordered was packaged very poorly. I am very disappointed in the way they handled my complaint. After reading many reviews on different sites, it is obvious the company has some real problems.

Rip off company

I ordered same pop & conditioner from them because of an email with a deal for the brand i like. I placed an order for liter bottles of each but i received the 10.1 ox bottles instead. The picture on their website was of a liter bottle & the listing was for a bottle. I've called their customer service number 3 times, never get a person, but i've left 3 messages yet have NOT received a call back
I will be sending the items back & demanding a refund i will NEVER order from this company again nor would i recommend anyone else order from them

I think that you are coning people with this website. I ordered 3 3.8 bottles of British sterling colonge, instead I got 3 gift sets that was not worth the money. I will never buy from this company again. I have tried calling and email with no response from you. Alice Murray *******483.

I placed an order on July 18th my order didn't even ship until July 26th. Of course they use the slowest shipping possible. Now it is just circling around me. Shipped out 7 1/2 hours from me. It's now August 2nd and it's still just traveling around. On July 31st it got within 2 hours of me and then reversed and headed back south and is now back to being 6 hours away. Lesson learned, I could have drove 25 min into town and bought the same exact thing for a little more. Next time I will. First and last time purchasing from Beauty Brands

A total scam!

I ordered a bottle of La Prairie facial cream for $164 almost a month ago, I has never received anything even though the order confirmation says "within 7 days". I emailed them at the address posted on their website *******@buybeautybrands.com, I never got a reply. I called them at the number they posted on the website *******654, the call never went through. I also sent a message on its online chat room, the message never went through. No one is working online either. BBB is a total scam!

I placed an order online. My credit card was charged but the order was never delivered. When I called customer service, I spoke to this woman who told me she was the only customer service person available. She had sub par customer service skills and was extremely rude. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she told me that wasn't possible. When I insisted, she hung up the phone on me. I tried this service only one strongly would urge you to look elsewhere!

Liter Sale

DO NOT BUY FROM SITE!

I saw the sale that is currently running on the beautybrands.com site. It is hair spray for $11.48 a can. That's a great price for some of the brands offered. For instance, the Sexyhair with the new fragrance is $22 on amazon right now - they are offering it at $11.48 - spent $60 and get free shipping! So i ordered 6 cans - it came quickly enough - about a week. I get the box from ups and the entire side of the box is slammed in! It looks like it was used to play soccer! Ok if they are packaged well enough - no problem - and for the most part 5 of the cans were fine. One of the cans had a dent. The first thing you notice when you remove can's from the box is that they are 50 - 75% full - which would account for the price about half of what amazon is selling. The can w/the ding was probably 30% full. I sent an email to cs - was told they need pics of box, pics of can, pics of where box was left on my porch (?) etc...i dont' have the box i threw it away and i sent you a pic of the can and porch? NO that's not enough - sorry nothing we can do! That was it! I said fine - let me return it! They wanted me to pay shipping to return and they weren't gonna guarenttee they would refund since it was DAMAGED!? Seriously, I didn't damage it! And i didn't use more then half of it in 3 days! So I will never purchase from them again! I'd suggest no do it because it is a risk!

I ordered 2 bottles of my wifes favorite hand lotion for one of her Christmas gifts. All I got was a usps tracking number that has never been entered in the postal service records. I have tried to find a way to contact buybeautybrands with no luck. There is no contact info on the website. I have not received any info from them at all since a few minutes after placing the order. Christmas has come and gone and still nothing but every other place i ordered gifts from sent them in record time. I just wish I could find out where these sorry mfkrs are so I could confront them personally. A thief is the worst piece of $#*! there is and these people are just that! Only reason I gave 1 star is because there wasn't a picture of a piece of $#*! to rate them as!

Ordered hair care product, paid RUSH shipping for 12/24/19 delivery. 1/2/20 STILL hasn't been received. No contact number on website, false tracking link with Arrive App, no way to track anything, money taken out of bank account already. This "company" is CRAP. I've called every enforcement agency, website, business bureau... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

After ordering the products I received an email on April 19,2020, saying they had been shipped. It it almost a month later and I still have not received the products.
They list the app "SHOP" to track the order but I couldn't get any info there, as well.
Complete scam! DON'T BUY FROM THEM

I MADE A PURCHASE IN EARLY JUNE 2020 AND NEVER GOT ANY TRACKING INFO, LIKE PROMISED. I HAVE EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE 3 TIMES AND HAVE GOTTEN ZERO RESPONSES AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT. I AM DISPUTING THE CHARGES WITH MY BANK. STAY AWAY!
