The quality of their products is absolutely horrible. You can find better cosmetics at the dollar store! When I contacted babe cosmetics asking for a refund, I was denied because it was the first box after the free one. When I commented on one of their Facebook photos about my experience they deleted my comment and changed the settings so no one can comment on anything. This subscription is extremely expensive for the junk you get in it and is absolutely not worth it. Between their garbage makeup and abysmal customer service don't even *think* about giving them your money. If I could give zero stars I would.
This company will scam you out of your money! Beware of they so called "free" trial box. Upon purchase of the trial box, i was not made aware of being absolutely required to pay they next month's box unless i continue with the subscription. I cancelled before the second payment date as I am struggling financially and am displeased with their quality, but wad told that apparently I agreed to and am required to pay for next month's, but not to worry because I'd get a discount. Fast forward to multiple arguments. I blocked their direct debit and cancelled my card. I get another email of them now obviously angry i cancelled the debit order without "their permission" and that i was required to destroy or send back the trial box. I will simply be sending back their product unopened. I've heard from others aswell about how they have had payments taken from their bank account without permission. Please do not sign up for this product!
Three weeks later and my item is not here, and it hasn't even shipped. I've been asking for a refund for the past week and I keep getting generic "customer service" email responses. I'm pretty sure this place just takes your money and you never get your items. Stay away, this is not a legitimate business.
You receive 5 products for $30. These items should not come even close to that price in store and supposedly they're with $98. I might use 2/5 products. You don't get to customize the products. It's just a guess as to what you get. There's a deal going on that you get a box free when you buy a box. So, by all means try it. You'll spend $30 and get two boxes. Maybe it'll be worth it to you. I'd rather stick with Fab Fit Fun.
I got the subscription service the first box was free they said I could cancel anytime that's not true. I was forced to pay 35.95 for another crappy beauty box from this company be warned false advertising awful products! Pictures look pretty mine but that's not what you get

Focallure offer a cant turn down deal! My first box was only $6.95 for shipping. I'm excited, as I've tried other monthly make up subscriptions but this is the first one with full size product! It was easy to activate and it is transparent. Easy to get a hold of the company.
I placed an order almost a month ago and I've written to them several times since I never received any shipping confirmation, but all they keep giving me is a runaround, telling me that my item will be shipped soon and that I will receive a shipping confirmation in a few days.
I still didn't receive anything and the tracking feature on their website seems to always be down. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and I will open up a dispute to try and get my money back!

This is a complete scam company. I ordered the lip plumper which does not work AT ALL. Not a big deal, not all items work HOWEVER, when I went to the website I apparently don't even have an account with them. So I click on my confirmation email. I could see my order, but any link that said "contact us," or anything of the sort leads to a "company not found" page. There's also a link to follow the on Instagram, Facebook, etc. HOWEVER, when you click any of them, you get the same, "company not found" page. There is no way to reach anyone, and no way to return this bogus item. I can't even use it as regular lip gloss because the taste is horrendous and it dried my lips out horribly after only 3 uses! Stay away!
I order products 2 months ago. My cc was charged that day. I still have not received the product! I have emailed them every week with the same response that it will be processed in the next day or so, please give 4 days. 2 months later it still shows unprocessed. I get the same automated response each time no matter which email I complain to. Has anyone actually received their items? Time to get serious here and write a report on them and call cc company and let them know it never came
Don't even look at the good reviews theyre more than likely fake. I ordered the first now in which I only had to pay shipping. I was never sent a tracking number. The box arrive a month later... Literally like three days after I ordered the first box they charged me for a second ( a transaction I did not authorize). I emailed multiple times and received one email back telling me to wait 48 hours. And still nothing.( All of this still before I even got my first box) I have to call my bank and report the transaction. I finally got the box and it's full of absolute crap. One item came in no box and has no description on the container so I have no clue what it's even for but it smells terrible. I got a face mask that's in complete Chinese. The other three items look like I could have gotten better make up from the dollar store. I recommend body charm. This place is crap and is just short of being a complete scam
I ordered 2 tattoo eyebrow pencils in different colors. One of them was all dried up so I was willing to return it for an exchange. Since it came all the way from China, they did not want to be bothered with the process. So they just gave suggestions on how to draw the ink out. Never again!

Impossible to cancel. Cheap products. Not worth it at all. Stay away! If you want a subscription box try boxy charm or Ipsy or literally any other box. I've never seen such a poor quality and over priced subscription box ever.
Very hard to cancel or return anything. I tried to cancel an order within minutes of placing it and was told I could not, since it was already shipped out. No tracking or information on it being shipped though. Not worth the money. Other makeup products are so much better. Stay away from this site!
I had bought cosmetics from many brands but must say, this brand cosmetics are of premium quality in a affordable price. There was a little delay in the shipping, but absolutely worth the wait. They have great collections, definitely will recommend.
Placed my order on 1st Oct 18 and till today, 6th Dec 18, NOTHING! Numerous emails to their Director of Customer Service, Kylie Adams and customer support asking for delivery status and even full refund, was ignored. And when I tried to check the status of my order online again today, I saw the message "Order not found"! I emailed them again asking for an explanation but I'm pretty sure I'll be getting the same lame response - "The products are in a heavy demand due to which our shipping timings are a bit slow. Please give us few days and your order will be shipped as soon as possible."

Long story short, they did not ship my first box unless I paid the second box, they even wait for a month which unfair. Luckily they agreed to cancel my plan and refund the delivery fee. No where in the terms and conditions saying we need to pay the second box. You scammer cannot fool me.
After they said my subscription has been cancelled. They still send me message to update my payment. Idiotic acts.
I love every thing about this product except the color. I ordered the brown, but with my light brown hair, it is way to dark on me, almost black. Not natural looking at all. I'll check if it comes in a lighter color, if so, I'll most likely order it. On the plus side, It's easier to apply than I thought it would be, and is long lasting.

I've asked and asked where my order is (ordered in February 2019 it's now 20 April 2019) when ever I email my frustration, all I get is "thank you for your reply, you can track your order here"

Ordered five matte liquid lipsticks for my girlfriend. They tell you that it's three to five working days, and then you will receive an email telling you it was shipped. Never received said email, so I tried to call - there is NO customer service phone number. I had to email them several times before I got a response. The only reason I got a response was because I threatened legal action. Funny how all of a sudden, I go from no response to suddenly, my order has been processed and is on it's way the same day I send an email threatening legal action.
