I ordered the end of March my free box plus added 2 surprise items. I received a Babe box the end of April. It was in fact the April box subscription box. I loved everything in it. I'm 66, will use the face products and makeup. Anything not quite right for me will be gifted to daughters.
I'm expecting my free box this week according to shipping. I see bad reviews, but they are from women wanting something for free ONLY. I read the offer and was not surprised' by billing or shipping during these Covid-19 times. Thank-you Babe for brightening my day with great quality products. I look forward to my next box!
I have now been charged twice for shipments never recieved! When reaching out via e-mail I got absolutely nowhere, same response every time, an e-mail advising me to track my orders, how do you track something that was never sent? No confirmation e-mails were ever sent! Tried the one phone # I was able to get *******193... it just rings. Ready to report as fraud.
I ordered nearly 1 month ago and I should finally be receiving my product this weekend, just shy of it being exactly 1 month. I do not mind waiting a while for something if that is the wait originally stated. I emailed multiple times asking to cancel because we are moving several hours away and will not be able to pick up deliveries but was told each time, for over 2 weeks, that my order was being fulfilled so they couldn't cancel and refund. The responses were generic and did not seem to come from an actual person. The 1st email I sent was after 10 days, and I was told fulfillment time was between 5-7 days and they failed to address the issue that it was already past the 7 days. An update of the fulfillment times and communicating to customers on difficulties and/or delays would help greatly!
I will follow up with a product review when it actually get here!
STAY AWAY! I have emailed them 3 times, they don't respond. The phone number says they are not taking calls "at this time" The only way to stop them from billing you is contact your bank! Grrrrr
I have been trying to cancel since my first box. Just junk. Dollar store make up and products.
I have been charged $35.95 twice since cancelling. They "do not accept returns or refund purchases." Have filed with the BBB and am now filing with PayPal to get funds back.

My box had yet to be shipped by the time it was to actually reach me so I contacted them asking where it was, they ignored me for 5 days. I also asked them to cancel my subscription because customer service was awful. IGNORED ME. Then 1.5 months later I was charged AGAIN. So I filed a dispute because I did not want to continue with their service. They sent my bank some BS about it saying you'll be charged for two months "everywhere on the site." Which I did not see once. So I'm out $36 and have a box of sh*** product.
What an awful company to deal with. The products they send are mediocre at best and half of mine came damaged. When I tried to get a refund or replacement of products it took months and months of speaking to different people for them to finally tell me they could not offer me anything. This company is crap and not worth the time or

It will take 3 to 4 weeks for your item to arrive, however, the charge for the item will be show before the time you purchased is even shipped. They do not do refunds or cancel orders after the first 48 hours. Now I am stuck with a store credit to a place I will never shop again and nothing to show for my purchase.
I ordered on April 5,18. After 2 weeks about of not receiving a tracking number I emailed the company. I was informed it was out of stock. I emailed again over a month after ordering and was informed back in stock but give them a few days. This was 6 days ago. Still no tracking number or product. I paid for my stuff and would like to receive it asap. I'm sure it will be another excuse I get from the company after emailing them again today.
I purchased the lip stain lipstick. It came on time and look exactly like the color it did in the pictures. It's easy to put on and it does last. The only complain I have is ur lips get a little sticky after it dries and I find myself applying it every 5 or 6 hours depending on how much I eat or drink. I would purchase this lipstick again and plan to.

Sent me nothing but crap. The most expensive item was missing and instead gave me a $1 sheet mask. Will not let you cancel easily? There is a small window every month to cancel but they won't tell you exactly when it is. I cancelled my PayPal recurring payment to them because they would not let me cancel.
This company is a total scam! They send you a box full of dollar store crap then give you the run around about cancellation. They also don't have a phone number so the only way of communication is through email. They take a few days to respond which was not convenient at all. Dont bother with this company.
I've used multiple makeup subscription sites to find which one is the best and babe cosmetics rocks! I love that you can add extra makeup items to your box through the shop so you can get many different choices. Awesome subscription.
I don't wear a lot of makeup, but I love this eyeliner and the bottle and wand are adorable. My shipment arrived within a day of the estimated arrival date and I was very pleased with their prompt service.

I really love this site! I got a free box of make up and ordered some other things from them too. When it came in is was completely satisfied with everything. The makeup was just my colors. I will buy from them again.

They offer you a free box to try, then hide the fine print that says a second box "might" be required, if you happen to click on the "what is this" box.
It's a total scam. The boxes are not worth the subscription price.
I received my item in the mail. I didn't use it, and didn't like the item. Only way to contact customer service is by email. I was told they do not have refunds. Even in the email response " Returns At Focallure, your satisfaction is our guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from Focallure, you may return the unused portion for exchange or refund." My item was a $25.00 Vely Vely makeup bag. I ordered this on an Instagram ad. Beware. If your not completely sure, don't order.! You won't get a refund.!
This company will not reply to your emails to cancel the subscription until you have them blocked from your PayPal or credit card! Horrible service and the products are random brands you've never heard of. Quality of products would be 2/5 and totally not worth your money.
Placed the order in early may - it took 2 month from order date to dispatch item and 3+ weeks for shipping. The item is still not received as of 01 August. Reached out to CS but they only gave a link for me to track the shipment but didn't not offer any explanation as to the reason for the delay.
