It's been more than 40 days since my order had been confirmed by Focallure. They charged my card immediately and have not delivered the products. Customer Service does respond to my inquires but keep the information generic. They just claim that they have delays due to high ordering demands. They are clearly a scam! What a disappointment!
After ordering orders one by one I can say the company is pretty much awesome. Would love to see them grow and will definitely recommend to everyone about them. Fast shipments. And they got a lot of trendy products I love it. Thank you
Saw the hair serum on facebook, and bought it. Three months later I am out of pocket £70 with nothing to show for it. Hair serum was £35, then I was charged £28 for a subscription I did not sign up for. My four year old boy has stage 3 liver cancer, I do not deserve this. I have tried emailing for a refund on the hair serum, but no response. Have to cancel my card I think. Very unhappy. Disgusting company.
I got 2 boxes with 10 items and only 3 of them i could use, i add photos of real price of items and what they price it in your box. Not many words, just see people and never buy it again i wait for their address where to return it and i want my money back
While the idea of the company is great, execution isn't. I have subscribed to the box and have yet to receive it, but their customer service is very lacking, especially for a company that claims to have exceptional customer service. I sent many emails and dealt with more than one representative, all contradicting each other. I ended up giving up all together. I look forward to my box coming in the mail in hopes that it will redeem, but until then, I'm most definitely not in love with Focallure.
I placed an order for couple lipsticks and their gift set in the beginning of May.
In few hours, I received a message, that my order has been fulfilled and sent already. This is totally best experience. I've never seen that fast service.
My order came after 10 days and I'm pretty happy with matte lipsticks colors and the gift set is a perfect present for my mom.

The boxes and products are amazing and worth 4 times what you're paying.
Unfortunately, while dealing with customer service, it was so bad and such a horrible experience I cancelled.
The second person I dealt with was the best but the damage from the first rep. Was already done.
Wish I had gotten him first.

Also free shipping is a must. No one wants to pay shipping especially on a subscription.
At least split the cost with us and raise the monthly rate by $3.50. I don't pay shipping with any others.
If you have no clue where to start with make up or just love good quality products then this is the monthly make up subscription for you. Everything is cruelty free BONUS! The packaging is cute and well structured so nothing comes broken.
Paid the $6.95 for the first box free no where did it state that they will have to charge me the second box. It says I can cancel anytime. Then my box comes, and items are not worth it at all. There's no phone number to get in contact with them. The customer service are rude as hell. I'm done I'm over it. I'm a Ipsy customer all the way.
I was pleasantly surprised on what came in my beauty box. It also came with bonus items. I had a question and was able to easily contact customer service. The agent did some research and called me back in a timely manner.
I was just about to place my order to try them out and boy, oh boy! Am I super Glad I did! What really got me was a woman actually went out of her way to look up each item only to find that they are much cheaper then what they say they are worth. Shame on y'all. *karma
This company are not legitimate. They take your money, send you vaguely generic emails that claim your order is delayed because they've run out of stock. You won't receive them. They are a bunch of thieves.
All other reviews on here that are positive are just made up.
They would not let you cancel your subscription. I had to close my bank account, they keep your bank information and I am mad at them. Probably not worth your time and money, go shop elsewhere. I guess their products are allergic to me and would like to mention it's not authentic. I reported this issue 10 days ago, and they blocked me on instagram. Soon they will be closed and sued by customers.
I love the products they are beautiful! The eye shadow has a variety of colors and textures that feel great and look good. The lip crayon goes on smooth. I haven't tried the mascara or face mask yet but I am sure they will be great as well.
Not a happy customer. I wish I would've seen the reviews about it before I ordered but of course was lured in by the "free" box. It was all items I will not use. It is impossible to cancel from my own account because the option they state is there, is in fact not.
I made the rookie mistake of not Googling Focallure after seeing an Instagram ad for one of their eyebrow pencils. I fully believe it's a total scam at this point. I placed my order over a month ago and it still hasn't even shipped yet. I've e-mailed their customer support reps at least twice a week since then and every time they write back with a blase non-answer that my order "is a bit behind schedule due to the high volume of orders recently received" and that they "really want to get the item shipped as soon as possible too." They even hit me with a "in fact, we have the same goal."
Can I give less than one star review? Do not buy from them. You will never get a product.
Orders an item a mo th ago and yet to arrive. Have contacted customer services numerous times via email and they keep saying that there are delays but my shipping money will be processed shortly... Rubish... also NO phone number to co tact them! Stay away from this criminal behavior! They are thieves

I ordered Patented microblading tattoo eyebrow ink pen on May 9 and have yet to receive. Received email on may 22 that was ready for shipment. Ten days later, still waiting! I will not be ordering from this company again.

Your first box is ok. You get what you pay for. $6.00 with if products. Read fine print. You HAVE buy a 2nd box. $30.00. You can't cancel till you are billed. My 30.00 box the powder you can buy on ebay for $2.99 they claimed its worth 18. My shimmer stick right from manufacturers 8.00 they claim 26.00 the cosmetics bag cheap. Other 2 item even cheaper. Total cost if I bought everything buy myself without them. Maybe 20.00 so why charge this much? Only because they can. Ripoff company. Here is my card of how much they claim look it up yourself
I got my first babebox today! BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! The first thing I pulled out was artificial eyelashes followed by eyelash glue. I don't not would I ever wear false eyelashes even if I could! I am allergic to any glue that is used to apply things such as eyelashes and the nails, especially gel nail and I learned the hard way... 10 sore fingers for over 2 weeks! Next was a tube of lipstick in a deep berry red, not so good with naturally red hair. The 4th product was a glam cream color in Dolce Pink, a pretty color actually. And finally I got a hand cream from Jericho Cosmetics. It contains all natural ingredients including minerals from the dead sea and aloe vera as well as olive fruit oil. Not with the money for me! I'm cancelling.
