This company is a scam.
Charged for 3 boxes, never received a single one.
Sent at least 10 emails, either no response or a generic email that gives nothing away.
No time to contact the police and chase up refunds anymore, Iv spent months trying. They clearly rely on this.
Can't believe a scam is so highly advertised and real seeming… never thought I'd ever fall for a scam, furious and ashamed
I don't even remember purchasing this box. Apparently, you get the first box free and just pay shipping. As soon as I realized that my bank was charged almost $20 for shipping I emailed them and tried to cancel. They replied and said I had to pay for 3 months of boxes or I would incur a cancelation fee! Do not buy anything from these scammers!
First box received was damaged and had a broken palette. Asked a replacement, received an unexpected email demanding an affidavit, sent the picture after determining this unknown new email was in fact legit. Received replacement palette in next shipment but it was loose in the package and not sent safely in the box so it came just as broken as the first one. My daughter was justifiably disappointed and threw second palette away. No pictures means no customer service. Apparently paying customers must be held to a deeper integrity than the company.
3 months after my beloved pet crossed the rainbow bridge, I asked how long a very expensive bag of food would last, and without asking, was issued an immediate refund ($65 for 17lb bag). The following day Crystal my csr, had flowers delivered to me in condolences for Bella. It was extremely moving that she went out of her way to show they truly care about our pets and not just all the money we spend.
I have to get a new bank card. I got my free box like many other people. There was nothing about a second box requirement when i signed up or anywhere like others are saying, although after cancelling my account right after my initial order, i was still charged full price for the next box. After many emails, i have never received a reply, and their phone number just plays music and never brings you to a customer service agent. The products were alright quality, some smaller brands that are sold in drug stores and gifted through other legit services (ie. Ipsy), however i only recieved 4 items of the 5 promised, were in total worth nowhere near the supposed $80-100 value as advertised on thw website and that paired with the obvious choice to charge me past our agreement and not reply to emails has me convinced for sure they are just trying to get as much money from you as possible. Do not fall for the free box. It is not worth the trouble and money lost.
A month ago I ordered the box, according to them it was totally free and I only had to pay for the transport.
A few days ago I received a notification from the bank that the company had withdrawn around € 31!
Do not fall prey to these thieves!
I ordered a free box from babe, paid shipping and ordered 2 bonus items for a extra $9.99 I never got, I complained 2 times, didn't get anywhere, so cancelled my credit card and got new card to stop future ordering. I said when I ordered to skip a month and they tried to charge my card a second time before sending the 2 items they said they are not sending..
I purchased their ‘Babe box' through a 3rd party app for a discounted price. Little did I know this would lead to excuse after excuse for why i couldn't cancel and had to pay for more months. I intended to only get one month and instead got roped into buying 4. The customer service refused to cancel TWICE. Once because of their fine print which was NOT on the app I purchased it through, and the other time they simply stopped responding until i had paid for another month. I had to go through 3 representatives before they even cancelled. Please save your money and time.
Got roped in for three months. On third month, the eyeshadow palette was broken. I messaged customer service and they said that they would send me a replacement. Got charged for a fourth month and had yet to receive a replacement eyeshadow for the previous box so I tried to cancel and get refunded. They refused. Fourth box came at the end of the month with replacement eyeshadow outside of the box and completely smashed. It is definitely the worst makeup subscription box I have done. There are alot better ones for half the price that give better products. Most of the stuff I have to give away because I am fair skinned and it is a bunch of dark bronzers and stuff.
I received my very first box. Missing welcome card stating contents.
Bronzer palette was pulverized, and it scattered all over the box, palette goes to waste now.
Lip gloss stick is damaged. The colour stick was off the tube stuck to the cover. Hard to get it off that squished the stick. Ugh.
Hello I'm a student and I don't have any job because of the corona, so I am pretty broke. I use my mom's credit card when I need to order something so I have it saved on Google, but it needs the CVC code anyway. How is possible I was charged 65$ when I didn't order anything?!?!? I was on this website only today when this happened. I remember I was looking on the Babebox website with thought I might subscribe one day, but I never did and now I have an order for 65$ that I don't want and I want my money back until it is sent. I looked in my emails that say I order a subscription and I should have 2 boxes by this time. The number of my order is #*******085, please unsubscribe it and send me my money back before it's too late. At least for the last one that wasn't shipped.
I am willing to change my review after it's fixed, but now I have really big problems.
I purchased the Babe Box, with the lure of it being free. I realized it's not associated with Focallure Beauty. I have no tracking number. I try to cancel via email. After one response where they beg me to stay. I receive nothing. I have a Facebook complaint. The next morning my comments are gone, and I'm blocked from liking or commenting anything.
I ordered this babebox to try out and all I can say is what a waste of money.The products are cheap crap from China. I could have paid a fraction of what I spent just going to the dollarama.Im going back to ipsy
Horrible, low quality items which cost less than a dollar on Aliexpress or Wish and appalling customer service. All of the 5 star reviews are obviously written by the company. Watch the YouTube reviews and steer clear of these frauds.
They charged me over $48.96 for one month of sub I had to go into paypal and reject them! Hopefully I can get a refund!
Their items are all cheap btw from Ali-express 90% of what they sell is china-wear. 99 cents etc NOT worth the price
This "company" preys on women by making false promises! I've never received my product I paid of $50 for and absolutely will not refund my money, only "store credit" which isn't worth the bogus promise they make to people! Stay far away or go ahead and send me your money if you don't mind getting ripped off!
Ordered products over two months ago. Still haven't received them. Their excuse is "shipping delay". My order status has not changed from confirmed. Asked for refund. Won't give one. Pointed out to them that I was on to them and lodged a complaint with the fraud department of my bank. Didn't care at all.
This website needs to be shut down. They don't even have a proper physical address.

This is the most ridiculous and frustrating experience I've had with a company. Their products are trash so I cancelled in june. I've now been charged both in July and now august.
I cant get onto website to figure out what's going on. Because according to the site I no longer have an account. So I've emailed where I was assured in june that I had cancelled. Still being charged. And when I emailed about a refund they denied me.
I just emailed again because I was just charged again. I'm going to file with the bbc, but have no clue what to do.
Tried a free box (just s&h) based on an ad stating "no strings attached". Was never stated in the process of checkout or in any email, but they force you to agree to paying for a full price second month and will not cancel you. The quality of the product is like what you would find at a dollar store. I use small cosmetic companies all the time, this isn't like that - it's just trash. Not even worth the shipping cost. While their ad shows items like Anastasia of Beverly hills. False advertising and lies. I just want my subscription canceled
I bought one hair serum from them... about 6 months ago, and it's still not here. And they won't give me a refund. They don't give any refunds after 14 days, even if it's their fault.
Their customer service is so unprofessional. They're cold and dismissive and have no interest in helping you. I've literally been messaging them for the past 4 months and I haven't gotten a single response that indicates they give the slightest crap about the problem. I'm finding people who have also been ripped off by them and I will be filing a class action lawsuit. Sick of such unprofessional scam companies relying on customers giving up on their rights.
