This is the most ridiculous and frustrating experience I've had with a company. Their products are trash so I cancelled in june. I've now been charged both in July and now august.
I cant get onto website to figure out what's going on. Because according to the site I no longer have an account. So I've emailed where I was assured in june that I had cancelled. Still being charged. And when I emailed about a refund they denied me.
I just emailed again because I was just charged again. I'm going to file with the bbc, but have no clue what to do.
Tried a free box (just s&h) based on an ad stating "no strings attached". Was never stated in the process of checkout or in any email, but they force you to agree to paying for a full price second month and will not cancel you. The quality of the product is like what you would find at a dollar store. I use small cosmetic companies all the time, this isn't like that - it's just trash. Not even worth the shipping cost. While their ad shows items like Anastasia of Beverly hills. False advertising and lies. I just want my subscription canceled
I bought one hair serum from them... about 6 months ago, and it's still not here. And they won't give me a refund. They don't give any refunds after 14 days, even if it's their fault.
Their customer service is so unprofessional. They're cold and dismissive and have no interest in helping you. I've literally been messaging them for the past 4 months and I haven't gotten a single response that indicates they give the slightest crap about the problem. I'm finding people who have also been ripped off by them and I will be filing a class action lawsuit. Sick of such unprofessional scam companies relying on customers giving up on their rights.
Bad products even worse customer service that wont allow you to unsubscribe. I had to revoke thier permissions to bill me on paypal in order to cancel. Would not recommend, stick with boxy charm or fab fit fun
I purchased 3 long wear matte lipsticks and a sale price bag of wax beads. The wax beads did a great job and smelled nice. The lipstick was heavily pigmented shades that were lovely. They were all darker than expected for my pale complexion. Went on smooth, felt comfortable. I wish they would stay on longer. By end of a school day it looks bad, it starts to wear off the inner lip within the first couple hours. For the price I will purchase again.

It's been 3 months and I still haven't received my order!
Now because I asked for a refund on the non delivered order they tell me I had to cancel in 48 hours or I can only get a store credit! Bunch of thieves. Don't do it!

I would love to be able to review the product, however, it has not been shipped. Paid for 2 week shipping April 12 /18 it is now May 10/18 and still my order has not even been shipped. Very disappointing as I was contact both by phone and email to get my business when I left things in my cart online.
It seems once they have your money it all falls apart. If my order actually shows, which I feel is unlikely at this point, I'm highly doubting I will be re ordering.
Want to share my experience with this company. Focallure is a well known cosmetic brand nowadays. I do really like this website and the service they are providing. I always ordering lipsticks and a lot of different cosmetics from them and never heard anything about delays or any other issues.
At the moment they just added new lip liner collection to their web-site. I already ordered some items and really looking forward to receiving them.
So, overall I recommend these guys to all my friends
This company is a scam. I ordered an eyebrow pen online and provided my credit card which was charged the same day including a shipping fee indicating that it would be shipped between 2-7 days. It's day 34 and counting and my order has yet to even been fulfilled. I wrote several times only to receive one response with an offer for a 10% discount citing high demand. After 30 days, they stopped responded. I call my credit card company to dispute the claim. I don't believe they are legitimate.
I placed my order almost 15 days ago. I emailed them last week about trying to find out where my package was. Today (four days later) they finally emailed me back saying my items will be shipped out in a week! So who knows when I will receive them! You can go on Amazon and buy most of the products in a timely matter. Do not purchase from this site unless you do so at least six weeks before you need it. But they sure have taken my money out of my account!
What a scam! The box itself was super disappointing, and there's no way to cancel without being charged full price for the introductory box. This is the first time I've ever felt ripped off by a subscription service. I've not gotten to the next step in the cancellation process, but I will update when I hear back. I'd rather just pay the $30 and not get anything else than pay $30+shipping for these crappy products.
Don't waste your money! Babe cosmetics can't seem to get anything right! From the quality of the products I received in the box I ordered to the responses from their customer service representatives, they need to start fresh and rethink their entire business model! Their billing department can't even enter the proper charges when processing a charge!
If you want a good monthly box that's worth the money, go with boxycharm or ipsy!

So it's been a month... they charged me twice even though I haven't received anything yet. So as far as the product goes - I have no clue... however... its been shipped about a month ago, and has been "in transit" ever since. I don't know about you, but there is no way in hell I'd put something on my skin that's been boiling in there... in this heat... for a month... so it will most likely go strait to the trash bin anyway This is the absolute worst subscription box experience I've ever had.
I got tricked into the free box. Then they said I had to buy the next month box. It was a RIP off.
4 items for 40 something dollars. Whatever, so I emailed and emailed and emailed them to cancel this crap. They still try to charge my card even at a few months later.

I recently ordered my first babe box and to be honest i didn't have very high hopes considering the price. But man was i surprised to recieve 5 full sized products and all of them good quality. Mascara, eyeshadow pallet, lip crayon, blush brush and a mask. I definitely recommend giving them a try.
They promise a free box (just pay shipping) then tell you that you will be charged full price for it if you try to cancel. The products were horrible, no-name brands and the biggest product I got was a hand cream. Go with Ipsy or Boxycharm as they actually let you personalize your box and won't give you unusable products. I feel robbed.

There were 3 pairs in one package. I used them 3 days, 1 hour per days.
I saw a result from the first day of using. After 3 days, the skin on me feet was refreshed.

I recently ordered 9 or 10 matte lip colors off eBay & I have to say that if this is counterfeit / knock off it's pretty good. VERY pigmented I think their trying to keep up with the high end designer make-up folks. So far so good...
Worst site ever! I ordered multiple items 2.5 months ago and have not received anything. I contact customer support every 2 weeks and get the same response. One of the items you ordered is in high demand but just returned to stock and your package is ready to ship so I was 2 weeks to see that nothing has been shipped. Then I write them again and get the exact same response as the last time. This has gone on for almost 3 months now. I wrote them saying I have concerns that they are a scam and would like a refund and they told me just because it takes us time to get a product in does not make us a scam. (Completely ignoring my request for a refund) if being told that if I buy these products that they will be shipped in 7-14 days and then never sending them out months later all the while ignoring every message Ive sent asking for a refund is not a scam than I dont know what is! This place needs to be exposed for who they are and $#*! down!
