I found the site user friendly with a great assortment of products at fair prices. I especially enjoyed the $5 sale section; a lot of GREAT deals. I will be a returning customer. There are a lot of beauty sites out there; this one stands out!
3 months is way too long to wait for an eyebrow pencil. I asked for a refund last month and they said it was being shipped. It's now July 7th, I asked again for a refund and they said it will ship "soon". This is NOT good enough. This site is a SCAM - I'm sure they hang onto people's money so long that it's too late to open an dispute or dispute your credit card. What a sham!

I was tricked into the subscription & immediately tried to cancel it but was told I had to accept the first box. No happy, but fine, cancel the others. They won't. They're trying to convince me to keep the subscription. They're dirty and sneaky.
I placed an order on May 5. It is now July 9 and I still have not gotten my order. I did, however, get a lot of promises and runaround from customer support. After waiting a month for my order, I received this message to my inquiry: "I checked with the warehouse team and the reason for the delay is because the item you bought has run out-of-stock while your order was in the same batch for shipping. Please do not worry, we have the inventory in hand and it is being ready for shipping on this moments." There were more exchanges when I STILL didn't receive my order - lots of promises but no merchandise! TERRIBLE SERVICE!
I had ordered 3 items over 3 months ago. I placed order and heard nothing for weeks. I had followed up COUNTLESS times via email, phone and live chat where I was only told that they were behind in shipments. I was told I could get a cancel/refund and COINCIDENTALLY the next day my items partially shipped and they can't refund anymore. Not only did the items partially ship, they then lost the package and refuse to help me locate this with DHL. This is still an ongoing issue with them. Every time I get on chat with someone it also "disconnects".
I have received the Babe box subscription and two of the product are marked Focallure brand. One was a mascara and the other one is the tropical vacation eyeshadow palette. The colors in the palette are awesome. The other products are cruelty free and look nice.
I have reached out to them multiple times and with no luck. They put the wrong address on my box or something. The post office put a return to sender note on my tracking and I called the post office and they said they returned it to the company. I've have like 15 emails and all different people. No help and they want to charge for future months after a free box. They catch your attention with the nice stuff on the website and just pay shipping. But if we never get a box then what's the point. They Also said if it goes back into inventory then they will resend it. I told them I'm tired of it all I cancel and also I've since filled a claim against this company with my bank.
As far the delivery time was concerned i dont receive my order till now its been 15 days late and i guess may be its because of pandemic situation. As babe box is concerned the makeup products must be there instead of skin care n soaps etcs because every one owns a different skin. Possibility is there that may not suits one. Well hope for the best and i will receive my babebox soon
After about six weeks of back and forth emails with Focallure, I still had not received the product I ordered. I was tired of excuses and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Four days later, I received my order.

I loved every item I received in this months box! This is my first box too! I am impressed! The lip color is beautiful and a color that I would normally use. The highlighter is freaking amazing! You can actually see it on my face when I put it on, unlike other highlighters I have used in the past! Service was fast; I have no complaints
The initial box I received, was surprisingly a good box! Normally free boxes have products no one wants, but I find myself actually using the products I received. I have no complaints about this box or the company.
I love Babebox a lot so far... It was so easy to order and I had a question about something... Right after I sent the email I got a response. They even followed up with me the next morning to make sure that everything was ok.
The first box I got was the one i signed up for free and it was nothing but junk. I then got charged $35 after I canceled the subscription and they told me I couldn't get my money back because when you sign up for the free box, you also sign up to get a box for 2 months. I've never heard of such a thing. Although the stuff I got in the new box is pretty nice, I'm still upset. And you pay $35.95 for 4 products. That's insane. This is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with.
I ordered a foundation and eyeliner in February but I don't get them yet. I told them but they said it already shipped but how can it possible? I always order online shopping and it never happen to me. I told them that they should reship my order or return my money back. They said they will give my money back but it's running one month and they don't. It's really disgusting.
I followed an ad to sign up for the subscription. It was a free box to try, except I paid for shipping. I didn't really love the box. I also didn't like the fact that I couldn't log into my account easily. When I emailed to cancel they said I had to pay for another month first, which was not said when I signed up.
This company is crap they have no customer service they avoid your emails so you have to get charged for the next month and then they refuse to refund your money even though you never wanted their crappy box to begin with! Plz avoid the heartache and don't order their subscription box no one likes them and they are cheap and crappy crappy customer service!
Buying from Focallure has been the worst experience I've had with online shopping (and to be honest, I haven't had many).
I wish I had read these reviews (as I think the ones on their website are fake cuz they're all 5 stars from similar accounts).
I ordered an eyebrow shaper and it came without the eyebrow shaping component and they have the audacity to tell me i received the full product.
They provide faulty products so they can scam people off their money. They provide no resolutions to issues their customers are facing even when they are in line with Focallure policies.
It is an absolutely disgusting business that Focallure are running, taking people's money and not providing the products they have paid for. This is my first and last time I will be buying from you and will make sure that none of my family and friends and social media followers buy from you again.

They are a great beauty business with lots of great items. I personally tried the Babe box subscription and I wasn't very satisfied with it, but then again everyone is different so please try it for yourself. You may enjoy it more then i did. A babe box subscription is a box you can receive each month with 5-6 full size products
So sad to learn that a cruelty free promoting company is a scam. They did not make it clear upon signing up that you have to buy a fill month to get the first trial month free. How does that even make sense. Dont support this scamming company.
Focallure has a really great product line. The makeup is smudge resistant, highly pigmented and ships for a reasonable price. This is the only product that allows me to go from day to night without reapplying. It stays put for atleast 8hrs. Thank you Focallure for being amazing!
