I ordered my box on Jul11 and didn't receive anything and it's still unfulfilled, I then got charged for my 1st full payment box on 01 Aug. I immediately contacted Jessica from BabeBox and got a response literally saying "No". I asked them how they expect me to uphold my side of the agreement with payment for them to not uphold theirs. Both shipments as still unfulfilled and they have my money for both. See below for proof. This is ridiculous and a scam.
Babebox is a legit scam. You dont get anything for free, they keep billing you and then don't send you Anything, you can't contact them and if and when they do they act like they don't underused won't let you cancel. I'm out a couple hundred now because I didn't know they were still charging me. I've sent several emails and nothing. You can't even log on to your account and cancel, skip or live chat with anyone.
It's frustrating that they don't tell you that you have to pay full price for the second box. Also, it took 12 days for them to process my order instead of 4, and I got no notice it was delayed. I emailed support to see what was going on (I didn't know if there was a product that was back-ordered) and I was told I was just going to have to wait. The only decent response was when I asked them if I could cancel all of my boxes (including the first month which hadn't shipped yet) to which they basically said no. We'll see if it's worth the hassle when it gets here.
Focallure has cute products and a very user friendly website! 10/10 will go back! I also love the fact that they give a box that has an entire look ready for you. I just love the website, I get so excited for the mail when I order.
Received my package yesterday and decided to try it right away.

As for another product - the price corresponds to the quality.

They have been charging my card for boxes that aren't coming. That's okay but there's no one responding to me when I reach out. Okay so I should cancel my account, right? Too bad when I log on they say there's no account attached to my email so they've essentially just stolen my credit card info. Can't say anything about the quality for the makeup, but they will definitely steal your money
I made an order few months ago, and it arrived after a month. I thought they are somehow a good online business so I ordered again last March 7,2018 for items worth $110! But until now they haven't sent me any shipment details! What the hell is going on now?! I have been emailing them and messaging on Facebook, but they keep on giving me the same response! WTH! You are scamming people of their hard-earned money! You have no conscience! I tried asking for refund BUT OFFERED ME A REFUND OF 7%! WHAATTT?! Otherwise, they just want me to wait for my order which they wouldn't even tell when they will ship! I am really sick of their responses! They give you reasons like, there has been a shortage in the items... what the hell?! Then why is it even in your website and let people order them!? Isn't that plain scamming?! Send me my orders or refund me my money! X/ x/
When you order from these guys they will string you along and tell you they are "So busy" fulfilling orders but you will continue to write but they will not send your order. They have people employed to write how fast and great the shipping is but please beware and read between the lines. The positive reviews here are all a part of the scam.

I haven't received my first order of $60 plus dollars that was placed in the first of April. I've heard nothing on the order now for over two weeks. I just placed another order in the amount of $27 plus dollars. Let's see if they can get this order in a timely manner.
This is the perfect subscription box. I have tried many and this by far is my favorite! It has everything a girl could want and more. Great company, great price and fast shipping! This is the perfect box for any one that loves subscription boxes! I will be purchasing one for my teenage daughter!
Focallure is great! The mircoblading tattoo ink eyebrow pen is awesome. It is a little tricky to find your groove at first but once you get it WOWZERS! I am so looking forward to continuing my exploration of these great products!

Was lured in by the "free box" got a charge for shipping 2 weeks later? Contacted customer service and asked them to hold any other charges as I hadn't received anything. Never received the box. Got charged full price the 1 st of the following month even though it was confirmed that I wouldn't be charged. Still never received any of those boxes. Such a scam.
These are items that possibly a 14 year old would like. For $35, I got fake eyelashes, an ELECTRIC pink lipliner, a decent lipgloss and their generic brand of eye mask. This is stuff in the dollar bin at any local drug store. Absolute crap.
I tried the Babe Box and liked most of what was in my box. The colors of products are not necessarily colors I would choose for myself. However, for a small monthly box, the products are of good variation and seems to be made of quality materials/ingredients. It is helpful if you are trying to find new looks and products.
Scam! I had to report them to my credit card company to stop them from charging me AFTER they agreed to cancel my subscription and refund the current box. I don't even think they are trying to run a legitimate company.

I tried to cancel my subscription and they purposefully hurry and charged me for a second box then told me I can cancel after I was charged for another box. Worst experience I have ever had with a subscription service.
I think the constant emails, especially ones asking for reveiws, only a day or two after ordering and haven't even received the box yet is crazy. The box is small for the price of $35.95. I can get much bigger, with much more variety boxes elsewhere for the same price if not less.

It's literally a expensive box. It comes with a eye shadow pallet, one mascara, one teeth whitener, 3 under eye masks, one 2 in 1 eye liner and seal liner. I am giving 3 star because I like the some of shadow colors for some reason and want to try those seal eye liners. The mascara's dried out almost, teeth whitener, I don't like. Those eye mask are common. No foundation or other makeup products which is logical because I don't have my skin tone profile with them. But for $29 plus shipping it's not worthy at all. I am trapped here for using another month but I am dying to cancel my subscription. Above $20 there are lot of subscription boxes out there which have knownful good brands but here they have all their brand and honestly I've never heard of this one before. Waiting to cancel because too much expensive for me and I am mostly interested to skincare rather than make up.
I've had a horrible experience with this company. They never answered calls nor emails. I contacted them several times requesting them to cancel my account after they charged me $35.95 for a package I never received. I didn't like the first promotional package because I felt it wasn't worth $35.95 at all and I got much better items from Ipsy for $12.00, smh. At this point I feel like this is stealing as they've never refunded me for the first 35.95 or the second 35.95. Worst experience ever and now I have to change my bank info to stop them from charging me because they won't answer or cancel!
