This is a decent monthly subscription for beauty products. I like trying the new things. I just wish the subscription was more personalized to each subscriber rather than everyone pretty much getting the same things each month.

I ordered a lifty bra and lipsticks, they came in good condition and I'm happy with the purchase.
So overall this is a good company. I can understand that they could have some problems with shipping, but I received my order 12 days after paid

Unfortunately the first time I forget to look into a company before purchasing from them, and it happened to be this awful one.
I placed a rather large order at the beginning of January, and after a week of not hearing anything from the company I decided to do a quick Google search. This company has so many negative reviews against them as you can see just from this website alone.
I went to file a dispute on PayPal as I read they are even worse at providing refunds when requested, and I was greeted with a message to email the CEO directly and my issue would be solved within 4 hours. This did not happen, nor did I receive an email back from the CEO, but their "customer service" team.
It took over a week, multiple emails back and forth and THREE deadlines for my refund to be issued before it finally was, only after I decided to file a dispute through PayPal.
You would honestly get better customer service and a cheaper product from Aliexpress.
Avoid this company at all costs.

This was such a rip off and I was super disappointed in the quality and items are received in the free box. I would have said that I had even paid $6 for shipping but then they charged me another $36 for a second box and I was even more angry. I would never pay $36 for the junk that comes in this box. They have a website with a bunch of five star reviews and I can guarantee they're all fake.

I order the lipsticks because they stay on forever! I can drink or eat and they still stay on. I love them! I ordered my first one on Groupon and loved it so I decided to order from the Focallure site and they have a great deal! Buy 3 lipsticks and get 2 free. The shipping is a bit slow but I was satisfied when I finally did receive my order.

Focallure Babebox
March 27, 2019

Focallure sends great products in a timely manner. I wish that it was easier to navigate by oneself in regards to suspending the account, skipping a month, exchanging a colour that was sent in the Babebox, or changing payment information.
Also, it would be better to be able to speak with someone over the phone or via instant message regarding customer service issues.

Total Scam

Like everyone else, I ordered my product on September 21,2018 and have yet to receive it. Contacted customer support which was useless because all they could say was we can only issue a store credit because you didn't cancel within 48hrs. Who knew that a month later I'd still be waiting so how could I have known to cancel it?! Don't waste your time or money with this company! They aren't legit because if they were, they'd issue a refund!

I never received the product after 4 weeks. I have asked them to cancel my order several times but they have been insisting they will ship "soon" which have been almost a month. I simply would like to get my money back.

Excited to Try babe box. I love that its cruelty free makeup that's a big deal!
I dont love that it's not easy to cancel and that it takes along time from placing an order to it shipping. For example I placed an order 2/24 and it shipped today March 12th. However there customer service is quite friendly! I will update when I receive nox!

Sticky, mediocre

Bought two of the lipsticks with their claims that they are waterproof and long wearing. For the price just go with Stila, Lime Crime, Sugarpill, Jefree Starr, etc. It literally stays sticky all day despite being matte. Also if you reapply it gets super cakey and just flakes off and makes you look crazy.

OMGSH! They lie, rip your debit card off and then you cannot cancel because they have zero ways to contact! BUT I FOUND ONE WAY THAT WORKS! EMAIL THIS ADDRESS: billing@

I subscribe to many different lines and this was the absolute worst one I have ever received. I might as well have went to dollar tree and bought makeup. It was horrible quality- and just to be sure I allowed two deliveries. Never again.

They are a scam company and you have to read the fine print because you must buy a second box to get the first one free. The stuff in the box is junk and higher quality items can be found at the dollar tree.

On email they replied within half an hour for me! What website does that?! This is a first. They have great products and such unimaginably great prices with lots of deals.

So far, everything seems to be going really well! All of the focallure products I've seen look very lovely and there are sooooo many eyeshadow pallets I want to try! I actually signed up for the free first babebox and I'm currently waiting for it and super excited! Hopefully I get one of those eyeshadow pallets I'm wanting! Customer service seems fair so far, I commented on an Instagram post and someone from Focallure actually responded quite rapidly and resolved my issue just like that! So overall... it's going pretty good so far! Yay!

Bling Me Baby

I saw these beautiful lip colors on Facebook and had to have them. I did not hesitate to order. They arrived pretty fast. Bea-u-ti-ful! I absolutely love them and recommend them if you like bling. Not too much, but just enough.

Great Exposure

I am able to receive great products which are not found in Singapore and would love to continue subscribing as I am, in a way, learning how to put on make up. Through this platform, I am getting exposed to various products to try on as well as pick up my right tone/color for my skin.

I love the idea of a free box before paying every month for the sibscription and the cruelty free is a bonus since i love my animals. But i really wish they would allow me to pay for my 7 year old daughters box i tried to get a subscription for her but they cancelled it since its on the same credit card. So i will be having to get her a subscription to boxycharm or somewhere i know they allow it because my co worker gets it for herself and her daughter too thats my only fuss

After several weeks of waiting I still have not received my items from this company. When queried, they stated that i can only receive a refund from a cancellation in the first 48 hours, this is despite the fact the fraud / sham does not become apparent until much, much later than this time frame. They responded by saying that I can have a "store credit", despite the fact there is not physical store (in fact their stated address is not their's - its a fake address). The reason for my request for a refund is their failure to deliver - not me changing my mind. This is a total sham - BEWARE!
