Such a rip off

I joined this with the free month and then was told I had to pay for a month at regular price before you can cancel. I could have got the stuff in my box for less than $20 but I'm paying $36 for it. Customer service is terrible! After I had to pay the full month I cancelled it yet I just got charged again. This is a horrible company and the products are a joke. I pay way less for boxy charm and get way more. I am disgusted with all the false advertising!

SCAM
October 21, 2020

I'd give them zero stars if i could.
Shortly before I was moving, I updated my address to my new place. They still sent it to my old address. I have contacted the numerous times and they never respond or are very rude about the mistake THEY MADE. Stay away.

Love Mac products, however their lipsticks don't last on your lips for a long time like 24 hours. Maybe 18 hours it can last. The Liptensity line is supposed to hold for around 48 hours. But in general I love the brand, and I will purchase again.

I had the worst experience with this company. They will charge you almost $40 for extremely cheap dollar store quality products. If you think this boo I x is like the others, boy you're wrong! I researched the companies from the products I received in my "free" box which I still paid $15 for, and in my searches I found all of my products to be sold for $5-$8! Such a scam! They won't refund you v even after you canceled.
I immediately canceled and told them I'd send everything back but they still charged me $40! This company is Ridiculous and it's sad they steal from people looking to buy something nice for themselves. Turns out to be complete TRASH! Do NOT BUY THIS or agree to their free box that you still pay $15 for

Ugh!

I got the free box, got charged for the next one unwillingly, then waited for a month for the first one to come and when it came it was in horrible condition! The box was all torn up and the products were obviously used and one thing was missing from the hair removal package! Also everything was super dirty and I even found a black hair. What the heck? I don't recommend this subscription box.

Scammers

Do not buy anything from this company - they take your money and never send you the product. When you complain, they claim the order is in "fulfillment" and so cannot cancel it. I wish I had read the reviews before I trusted them and placed an order.

I received this babe box after waiting for 2 weeks (because I'm from Indonesia, so this is common for international shipping). I never subscribed cosmetics things like this before, but I thought this is very great! Fortunately I ran out of mascara, and they gave me mascara. Lol. Then I've got eyeshadow pallette, whitening gel (I found it interesting), eye mask, and eyeliner. In total I've got 5 things. And I hope for the next box, I'll receive other things that I needed. For the shipping cost, I thought it'll change depending on what inside the box. Because for the first box I've charge $5 something, and for the second box, they charged me $7 something. So I guess because of the weight of the items inside. I hope Focallure always be delivering good items.

First of all they draw people in with a lie! Everywhere I see this pop up for a one dollar box and cancel ANYTIME. If you pay $1 then I believe you have paid for the first box and then you can cancel, but the company will refuse to let you cancel and they are very rude and manipulative. The box is WAY too expensive at $29.95 plus $6.95 shipping when you can get better products in the allure box for $15/mo and free shipping. If you subscribe with this company you will be disappointed at best and at worst, you will feel robbed and defrauded. This company is not clear and upfront until after you sign up with them, and then they refuse to cancel even when you have received nothing from them. They seem like petty thieves to me.

Love it! Some years ago I had a gas stove blow up in my face. It singed the hair around my hairline, eyelids, and eyebrows. This product makes my eyebrows look natural and it doesn't come off, until you take it off. Great products!

Took about 2.5 months for them to ship the items (I purchased some makeup organisers, eyelash serum). When they finally arrived, the makeup organisers were damaged and of VERY POOR QUALITY. I only realised this when I unboxed them about a couple of months after. Customer services team refused to do anything and offered a $18.95 refund (for something I paid $35 EACH which I cannot use). I refused and they're not budging. Bad bad bad. Buyer beware. Stay away from this scam company

I ordered the Eyebrow tint in May and it finally arrived in the middle of July. The product does not work at all. There is nothing coming out of the applicator when using it on the brow. It seems like it's totally dried up. I have asked for a refund. This is a bogus company and needs to be reported for scamming people.

I am extremely surprised by the flow of negative reviews that this company is generating. My own experience with this company has always been good. The quality of the products I purchased is excellent, I never had to return anything. They send plenty of samples that make sense based on the type of products I buy. There was never any "scam", any expired products.

I ordered several items online to be shipped to my mother. My card was immediately charged. A week later I never got shipping info. It's now almost a month later, it hasn't shipped, they are impossible to get a hold of, and are REFUSING to cancel my order and refund my card. The emails I'm getting from customer service are obviously form emails. It's a mess. I'm out $55. My mom never got the makeup she needed and I have to waste time with these folks. I'll be reporting them to the BBB as well.

Stay away

Placed order over a month ago and still no product. Customer service is non-existent. They try to tell how busy they are. I requested refund and they would only consider store credit... sure, give me a credit to a bogus store that I would never do business with again... no way.

They are not clear about their "try out" policy where you only have to pay $6 for shipping to get the first box, but then you HAVE to at least buy a second box. I did not like their cheap overpriced products enough to want a second box. You are better off going to Ipsy or ulta.

I need my order cancelled immediately. I am experiencing a hardship and I tried to cancel my first order as I made a mistake and I was refused. I need someone to actually help me instead of just telling me "no." I do not want either box that is coming to me. I also think it is ridiculous that I've paid for 2 boxes and received neither. It was complete false advertising. And every order having free shipping always- I was charged for shipping for the second box. Once again, I've received neither box. I would like a refund for both boxes and a stop order on them, as I have asked at least 6 times before. The customer service for this company is appalling and disappointing. The power of a negative review is so much more powerful than a positive one so you will be seeing this everywhere.

Disappointed

I am a little disappointed to find out that my order was out of stock. I believe true customer satisfaction stems from contacting the customer ASAP when problems arise. I was not notified. Its been a month since I ordered and I have yet to receive my product!

After waiting months for the delivery and emailing them - it finally came. I used it a few times - not knowing how it was suppose to be... it's dried out and they said I was suppose to notify them within 48 hours of receiving it... not good customer service!
