Used to love asos. Not anymore. For about a year now I have received horrific customer service. They have ignored emails for months about refunds they haven't given, leaving me out of pocket with no goods to show for it. When they do respond to emails, they never address the issues raised in your original email, but deliberately play dumb in the hopes you'll give up after a while and decide it's not worth it. I hate this company now and when I finally receive my refund of almost £100, which I have been waiting for for a very long time, I will be deleting my account and never shopping there again.
Don't deal with this store. They stole my money. Have returned my order to them 2 months ago and still haven't get my money back. Wrote to them many times and every time they said we will do everything, wait 2 days. And only after learning about my intentions to go to court, they decided to return the money.
This store has a terrible attitude towards customers. I do not recommend.
First and last time shopping with Asos. Ordered £730 worth clothes. My delivery was due in 3 parcels and only 2 arrived. They wanted me to itemise everything that arrived and send them a list so they could refund the rest. They didn't even appear to know what was in the missing parcel! I spent 4 hours trying to sort it out with customer services, who took 2 days to respond to me each time. When they finally found the contents of the missing parcel, it turned out that a further two items were missing from the parcels that were delivered to me. What is going on with this company? They're an absolute joke. I'm a busy business owner, and Asos have offered not so much as a voucher or discount code for all the hassle they've caused me. Disgraceful! I'm well aware that mistakes happen, but not to make any effort to rectify or make amends for them is inexcusable. Needless to say I won't ever be shopping with them again.
ASOS is a scam they send out terrible quality products, usually damaged in some way or another. Their customer service reps are short and pretty much ignore what you're saying and respond very scripted without any acknowledgement to your concerns. Their only solution is to had you return the items so they can have a "warehouse guy, inspect the items to see if they're truly defected and at their discretion can process a refund". Absolutely terrible. Save yourself the money and headache and the dispute with your cc company!
I ordered 4 items. 2 were faulty. A silky top had a hole, and shoes arrived with thoroughly dirty shoelaces. Still haven't received a refund for the top and have waited a long time. Have wasted a precious hour chatting to Asos customer service. The first staff member literally ended the chat instead of answering my question, and the second person told me there's nothing they can do. There were other details but it would take too long to write them all down - the summary is they are a terrible business and there is nowhere on the website where you can make a complaint against the customer service team. Literally the only option is the live chat resolution, which is a very frustrating experience that will get you nowhere. They didn't offer me anything.
Worst company ever! Their delivery takes forever and if you don't pay the 30£ extra for Express shipping you can't track your parcel! I contacted the customer service and I'm asked to wait for an extra month! Meanwhile my mom pregnancy is almost over! Last time I'm ordering from them
They send wrong items( I received a tee of wrong size), but never want to pay for their mistakes and customers have to pay for their returns by post(what's the point if my tee was 12 pounds?). Very poor customer service, unhelpful managers and total disaster with size guide, so that you receive clothes that fit an elephant. So, it is high risk to buy from asos.
My package from ASOS is over a week late from its supposed delivery date and customer service is absolutely terrible in trying to solve this problem. Multiple times after telling the customer service representative the issue through live chat, they immediately log off as if they are trying to ignore this problem. In addition, when I was able to have a representative respond, the only thing they ever say is "You will be contacted by our delivery team within 48 hours". As expected, no delivery team contacts me and I am still waiting for my package not knowing what has happened to it.
I looked through their online store, because I had seen some of their maternity wear and thought the dresses looked cute. Well, to make a long story short, the package was damaged and the clothes were the lowest quality I have ever seen. Read all of the reviews on here, because trust me these reviews are accurate. There is zero customer service- they just don't care. Please, do not waste your money or energy shopping here.
Company is a scam and words can't express how absolutely horrible they treat their customers as well as take your money and don't give you the merchandise. There packaging is horrible and has arrived town to pieces in the in plastic bags they use so it is very likely part or most of your order will be missing. There is no way to co tact this company other than live chat which I believe is all machine generated and the responses you receive through the live chat are identical. This has given me nightmares of having robots oversee my concerns and multiple issues I have had with this company. Buyer beware! Never can use promo code they promise to send, when I asked about it they promise to contact my email, but never get back answer in email since 2 months, and today is second time I have bad experience with them! I make order yesterday, everything were ok at first, today I checked my order as they said it will be delivered by 03/03 and guess what I check? They write me that unsuccessful and they cannot process my orders, on my question what was wrong? They said it technical and cannot explain why, what about my money? They hold them for 10 days! But why? No real answer! Don't use them, if you don't need the same problems and loose your money! Have a good day and thank you for your time.
Horrible return process. Ordered a jacket which did not fit properly.
First of all they don't offer an exchange only a refund and then you have to order again. Which is not a great service but would be OK if the refund would happen in a timely manner. Which it doesn't.
I am waiting for the refund since 5 weeks now - even though it says in their website that it can take up to 10 days. It's a joke.

ASOS are a complete waste of time and their online chat is utterly useless. I placed an order 24 days ago and have still not received it, 19 days after the delivery date. The carrier Evri have 'lost' i.e. Stolen the parcel TWICE. I have requested a refund multiple times and get told to wait and wait. You cannot phone or email, you can only speak to them through an online chat. They are not interested in any previous chats and you end up repeating yourself over and over. Each time I login to the chat I am told to wait even longer. This is stalling and ASOS are holding onto my money.
Asos "glitch" lost my order. I'd reorder, but my original order had a discount code, that expired on the date of my order. After a multitude of e mail. Still no discount code. All I've gotten is lip service. I've been a great customer... more than 30 orders this year. I'm truly disappointed but you leave me no choice but to just plain quit buying from asos. I'm appalled by what I've gone through with this order... feel free to make it right. Although I doubt that will happen. Nobody wants to help me.
I do love this site, range is brilliant from casual, corporate or formal there is something to suit exactly what you are looking for. My only negative about the site is the 'asos' brand itself, I have given it a couple of chances and unfortunately never been satisfied with the goods, the quality isn't great and not quite how the picture depicts. Never mind everything else is fab and it hasn't stopped me from returning.

I have been buying ASOS clothing/accessories over the past 5 years and find their website very easy to search@ size, colour, items etc. ASOS is a British online fashion and beauty store. One asset they do have is the visual/video of the model, modelling the clothing on a cat walk. So you can see how well clothing sits on her in preference to yourself. There is a break down description of materials used, size and height of the model. Processing orders and turn around delivery time as promised, is excellent. What more can I say……This is one online company I will continue to use indefinitely.
To be honest, I'm not a fan of online shopping, as I prefer to see, touch, try on everything before buying. However, I still make purchases on the Internet, very rarely, but aptly. One of my favorite stores is Asos.
Don't shop here. If by any chance you need help with an order getting in touch with customer service is impossible. No phone number. They don't respond to emails. No chat option. I ended up Facebook messaging them and they would take 3 days between each message to respond.
Substituted leather footwear, described on website, for cheap faux-leather fake and ugly copy (not on website) and one size smaller. The are worth, at best, half the paid price. Horrendous cost to return and they know this very well. Absolutely dishonest business. This was the last time for me. With the current amount of bad reviews, they will undoubtedly soon go out of business. Don't get sucked in at helping them to clear their junk.

Answer: Look, as I wrote here I shopped with them many times and I was never disappointed. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
