Honestly I read reviews about this website and a lot of them were really bad but I saw a couple claiming positive stuff like "I loved the things I got" and there was one comment that convinced me to just try it, it's was "idk why there are so many bad reviews it's probably just competitors trying to bad mouth this website." TRUST ME IT IS NOT. I've tried tons of online shopping sites and this one is by far the worst! Yeah sure I got my stuff but let me tell you 1. It was pretty $#*!ty quality... all of the tags say "made in Pakistan or Egypt... 2. All the fabric is cotton so if you wash it and wanna dry it... IT WILL SHRINK! And 3 the thing that pissed me off the most was the fact that I agreed on paying $108 for everything... I got charged $176 on my bank statement! AND ON TOP OF THAT had to pay an extra $50 on customs and delivery when my order came to the door. Asos claims it is free world wide shipping but don't trust it. I ended up paying at giant total of $226 for 6 articles of clothing... I'm so upset especially since I only agreed on spending $108:(
Do yourself a favour and forget you saw this website. Trust me you can find a WAY better one. You already know I won't be shopping here again. Oh and if I could rate this thing with a negative I totally would but apparently they don't give you that option.
Don't rely on ASOS to delivery your package on time, or good cusotmer services in Canada. I ordered 2 dresses for some Holiday events and they were expected to arrive 2 days before the first one. They didn't come until 2 week PAST the expected delivery date. Come to find out it's because ASOS entered my postal code wrong on the packing slip. I emailed ASOS customer care three times, once to ask why it was so late as the tracking only said "left Facility" a full week past the expected delivery date, and all they did was tell me how to track it, which as i stated in my email i already did. When I got my package I sent them pictures of what was entered on my order and what was put on my package, and all they said was sorry you you expected it sooner. They responded that it's out of their control. How is what they entered as a shipping address not within their control?
Also CANADIAN shoppers - they do offer a discount to offset the duties, but it is buried in their website and not something they will honor if you miss it after placing the order but before it was shipped. I paid $52 in duties for a $170 dollar order...
Overall really not impressed with the lack of attention to detail, and even more unimpressed with the accountability of the customer care team after the fact.
They said they deliver my package but i didn't receive it at all, they have really bad services do not communicate with clients at all, so embarrassing
I didn't know this Company is not located in the USA and its next to impossible to see that on the website unless you do allot of searching... on the website it says nothing about it being located in UK... Ive paid for 2 day express delivery So that's not happening. And so I miss this package before I leave for vacation. Here is another issue. There are two discount codes available on this site, one is for a overall discount of 20% and one for free 2 day expedited shipping over a certain amount spent. You can enter the discount code and it works great but then when you enter the Free expedited shipping code it Cancels out the % off and then they tell you on chat that those are the Terms and Agreements. VERY misleading. So I canceled the order on the spot. But you only have 2 minutes to cancel the order or they send it no matter what... They say its already been processed? If your outside 2 minute window. Consider the cost of sending your package back to UK from US... So if your sizes are wrong. Hope you have a big or smaller friend! So try shipping your order back to UK! This is a very customer unfriendly site and lots of hidden crap. Be very aware if you are outside of UK.

The tracking system shows that the item has reached the destination, no confirmation from asos, hence no refund.
I have 2 pairs of Brave Soul boardshorts purchased through Asos, and both have had the elastics break down. I have plenty of other board shorts that last 10 years, these lasted just over a year.
High unknown fees when buying from Canada. Really disappointing. Don't buy anything from Canada even if you're on the Canadian marketplace. They ship from USA with tremendous fees from Landmark.
Delivered my items to a total stranger, could not tell me where, and refused to refund me for the items I did not receive. Contacted 4 times and was ignored.
Unbelievable they changed my order's address automatically and it was way further from my home!
And considering the package size is not small for me it was impossible to take it it was 2 hours away from my home. I PAID FOR SHIPPING!
And now there's no one to answer there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE for asos. Just by chatting which leads to a page which you wait for 2 hours and no one shows up.

It will be a short review - i ordered Armani watches, T-shirt and shower gel. Surprisingly, i've got only T-shirt and shower gel, contacted support - BANNED ACCOUNT EVEN IF I HAVE A VIDEO PROOF OF UNPACKAGE! BEWARE OF SCAMMERS, DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE!
What a terrible company that provides ZERO service. It's literally impossible to get a hold of an actual person. I've tried ordering a specific shirt multiple times and they keep sending me the WRONG shirt! It doesn't look the same and it doesn't match the name/title of the shirt either. The website and my receipt say one thing but the shirt that gets delivered to me says something else. On top of that, MAKE SURE if you order here that you are reading the title of the shirt. Do NOT pay so much attention to what the shirt actually looks like on this site. I ordered a shirt that, on the website appeared black and purple, but when I received it was blue. I ordered another shirt that was purple in appearance on the site, but again when I received it was blue (I am confirmed not color blind and I also asked my wife what she thought as well to get a second opinion). I ordered these on their mobile site so the name of the shirt wasn't something I paid much attention to, but still why the heck would you post picture of shirts that don't accurately represent them? Absolutely joke of a company and I hope they dissolve one day. I will never be ordering from here again and I will actively advise people to not buy from here.
I have been a loyal customer of ASOS for at least a decade now. However, I recently bought several clothing items from ASOS (over $150) that did not fit well and needed to be returned. When I bought the items, the product page for each item clearly said "Free Returns." (see screenshot) I bought them under this assumption and there was no indication on those websites that these were Final Sale items. The majority of retailers I have bought from online always indicate "Final Sale" on the item's page as well as during checkout to clarify that the item is non-returnable. Not so with ASOS. They bait-and-switch you and only indicate that items are Final Sale when you are checking out. If you are not careful, as was the case with me this time, this is the only time they mention that the products are Final Sale. I contacted ASOS Customer Service and they were unwilling to admit the discrepancy between their product pages and their checkout pages. They refused to allow me to return anything even though I was willing to pay for return shipping. They are basically lying to customers with products that are discounted and saying "Free Returns" until you checkout and can easily miss small text saying items are non-returnable. After this, I will not shop from ASOS again.

The customer service is really bad especially the chat room, they tend to reply with the same template or scripted replies and I don't feel like I'm being serviced. I have been given two different reasons on the parcel not being delivered to the same location that I have ordered with the same courier service before… the customer service only asked me to reorder and to message the courier directly, I wonder if that is the consumer's job? Only pushing the responsibility to the customer rather than checking on their backend, I have collected the evidence regarding this situation and I hope someone in Asos can contact me. They never even offered to investigate just asking me to leave the chat without providing a valid solution. I read the terms and conditions, checked the tracking status and have been surprised twice that my items were refunded without my consent. They told me I did not pay custom fees when clearly I could see on the tracking the parcel hasn't even been sent to the airport for me to be able to pay any sort of fees and it isn't even 7 days yet, I read the term the condition … it is an unacceptable behaviour and unprofessional for this type of customer service treatment, I urge Asos to please take serious action.
I ORDERED A LEATHER JACKET FROM ASOS AND INSTEAD OF SENDING WHAT I ORDERED, ASOS SENT ME A SATIN DRESS LABELED BARNEYS LEATHER JACKET! I AM ABSOLUTELY DONE WITH THEM! THIS PRACTICE WAS SO FRAUDULENT AND UNETHICAL!

I ordered a 3 pack of t-shirts and a pair of shoes.
The shoes are 2 RIGHT FEET. Not only that, One is a size 9 and the other is a size 9.5! NOT ONLY THAT, I ORDER A SIZE 10.5! NOT ONLY THAT, THEY SENT THE WRONG SHOE! That's 5 mistakes on one item.
THERE WERE NO SHIRTS IN THE PACKAGE EITHER!
They immediately refunded my order when I got them on the phone, which was nice. But I asked customer service if they could offer me free shipping to keep me as a customer and I would gladly replace the order. And they said NO! Not even to rectify their own incompetence. Now I have to waste time shipping their mistakes back to them.
I placed an order and was really excited for it because i've never ordered from asos before. A few hours later i received an email that said they cancelled my order because i didn't pass the security check and that they had blocked my account. The email didn't tell me why i didn't pass the security check and didn't give me any solutions to get my account back. I really wanted the clothes so i had to message customer support through the website. They were helpful at first, but then they said that the system is what flagged my order and they'd need a specialist to figure out why. They said they would get back to me quickly, but i didn't get a response until days later. The response that i got didn't give me any information about why i didn't pass the security check, just that they had reactivated my account. This whole process was really stressful for me and it had a super disappointing resolution. They told me i would have to place my order again and didn't offer any sort of discount, which would have fine, but i also couldn't use the new customer code because i had used it on my last order, which they cancelled. Overall, the experience was super disappointing and stressful and i wouldn't recommend buying from them unless you're prepared to go through the hassle.
Tried on 5 occasions to request a refund for an item I never received, was told multiple times that I needed to return the item. HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING I NEVER RECEIVED!? Been trying to get a refund and talk with customer service for almost a month now and they're useless!
Their service for me is pretty convenient and fast. The product that was delivered on the exact date and the product ordered is quality and same as shown in the picture. Thanks again guys.

I ordered a pair of platform Buffalo sneakers, size 8, I wanted to take them on a trip. I received a size 10. I sent them back and when I got my refund, they deducted $10. I called American Express and they gave it back but seriously? The audacity of them to charge me for shipping when it was THEIR mistake. I got back from my trip and was looking on ASOS again, I found my correct size, 8, again. BIG MISTAKE! They sent me the wrong size, size 10, AGAIN! These people have no clue as to what they are doing. Seriously, I order the same thing twice, the first two times I use your services and you get it WRONG BOTH TIMES! You cannot actually speak to a person, oh, also, before I knew they sent me the wrong size, the item went on sale, 50% off, two days after I ordered it. I asked for a price adjustment and of course, they said no. They have the worst customer service and retail policies out there. I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from them again! I work, does ASOS think I have nothing better to do than go back and forth to UPS to return their mistakes? I am furious. Also, every communication is an online chat, annoying. Sometimes you just want to talk to a human being. I am furious with this company. A bunch of morons working in the warehouse. HUGE difference between a women's size 8 and 10! Unbelievable!

Answer: Look, as I wrote here I shopped with them many times and I was never disappointed. I don't know where you buy from, but I live in Italy and it doesn't take more than 4-5 working days for them to deliver the package. If you're concerned about the quality, well, it's not really top-notch, but considering the price it's really good (you can't expect Max Mara quality from a shirt you paid 20 euros). As for the fit be careful because those are UK sizes and they are definitely NOT vanity sizing! Meaning: when you read "model pictured wears UK 8" you may think "they're lying, she's clearly a 6" but they're actually not in most cases. I have a body similar to that of most of their models, I ordered size 6 twice and it was a tiny bit small. So size accordingly. All in all I trust them and I like their product. Perfect low-cost site to shop from online.

Answer: You have to be a careful shopper. Check the fabric content! I just purchased Is 4 pairs of cargo pants. Same style, different colors. They are 100% cotton and excellent quality. I also purchased things by topshop and free people on this site. Asos has its own brand but sells others. Returns are effortless so I don't know why so many people are complaining. I have very high standards and they haven't let me down yet.
