These people are "Big Scammers". They will take your money. Aramez Global was suppose to get my money back from Glare Markets who scammed me. I paid them but at the end they just stop answering my emails. You will not get your money back. The problem is that one do not know where to report these guys. I have a file full of evidence with all of my payments, my emails to them and their emails to me. The best is to stay away from them. I think the one or two positive reviews that you read about them are reviews placed by them self.

Aramex is useless. Had a package sent express and took 5 days to get to us, not advise that over weekend would not come. So my daughters dress did not arrive for her big day. No one at that company takes a interest and sorts things out they just give stuff you responces. Supervisor could easily have assisted and done something. Will never use them again in my life.
I live in a small Australian Queensland town aramex will not deliver there they say we are out of their area. That means aramex is lying by stating they are a world wide delivery service. They have an overseas call centre that can not speak the language of the hosted country and are a helpful as a wet bag of saw dust in a sand storm. Truly a depressing company woeful at best.

Worst courier I have ever encountered locally (New Zealand) and internationally. Arrogant, unreachable, and really don't care. The only thing you can be assured of is what ever they promise, they won't do. Whatever date they assure delivery won't happen, likely with weeks or months to go. They have a warehouse called 'delivery issues' and once a parcel goes there, it's lost. They rely on you to tell them it's not delivered.
If by some chance they find it, it will go to the wrong address and you are expected to collect it from there, they don't want to know. If I order something online, I make sure they do NOT use Aramex. If they do, I shop with someone else. No one can be this bad unless they strive for it!
F*******, IF there are ways to give them Minus 5 (-5) Stars, I would do so...Very bad experience with Aramex UAE Dubai- They deliver false information on their App, by their customer service staff members and by their couriers. Waited whole afternoon for my parcel pick-up...no one showed up, after being assured by customer service that driver is on the way. Then, at 7:00pm, at office closing hours, when I cannot contact anyone anymore, I receive messages that they were unable to pick-up the parcel because customer was not ready! The status of my shipment on the app was updated likewise too! So frustrating...they rescheduled (without my knowledge) pick-up for tomorrow whilst it is very difficult for me to wait for them tomorrow too! Unacceptable Aramex Dubai. (heard this from many people but i didn't believe it.till i experience it myself)
Its been 2 months we are waiting to receive opening kit with debit card and check book from WIO bank.several attempts to deliver failed and no delivery guy showed up. Tried many times to reach Aramex in several ways but no support or any reply. Today, finally the delivery guy showed up while having lunch at home and he told us he cannot hand out the envelop as this is private home and not the office address, though we presented our ID and that we are the shareholders and managing directors. Now we have to wait again how many weeks and cannot use our money we have deposited 2 months ago without having received the opening kit. Definitely not any trustworthy company and business and recommend to stay away from Aramex
Answer: For God's sake, no. There was this time I ordered from them, a while back through Amazon. And I NEVER GOT THE ORDER. Literally. Until now. And that was YEARS ago. They never explained to me anything, didn't tell me the order had arrived; nothing. And they sent the stuff back without notifying me or anything. I contacted the sender themselves and they apologised and everything (even though it obviously wasn't their fault), and they told me they'd send back the stuff. I waited around for a while, then I realised that aramex DID IT AGAIN: not notifying me of the packages' arrival and sending them back AGAIN to their senders. Oh my Lord, I really, REALLY have absolutely NO idea how they're still operating. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the same problem with them again, because I ordered some stuff online. I really wish we could choose which courier to have deliver our stuff, because then I'd DEFINITELY not choose this tremendously inefficient and incompetent one.
