For God's sake, no. There was this time I ordered from them, a while back through Amazon. And I NEVER GOT THE ORDER. Literally. Until now. And that was YEARS ago. They never explained to me anything, didn't tell me the order had arrived; nothing. And they sent the stuff back without notifying me or anything. I contacted the sender themselves and they apologised and everything (even though it obviously wasn't their fault), and they told me they'd send back the stuff. I waited around for a while, then I realised that aramex DID IT AGAIN: not notifying me of the packages' arrival and sending them back AGAIN to their senders.
Oh my Lord, I really, REALLY have absolutely NO idea how they're still operating. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the same problem with them again, because I ordered some stuff online. I really wish we could choose which courier to have deliver our stuff, because then I'd DEFINITELY not choose this tremendously inefficient and incompetent one.

Yes but it's useless tracking system, you will not receive your shipment in time and it's a waste of money and time trying to track any shipment

Don't bother, they won't reply. If by some miracle they do, they won't care, or they will make up a story and still leave you hanging. Contact the sender for a refund. Don't wait for Aramex to sort because they won't.

They never will, they don't care. If it's a purchase, tell the seller you want a refund.
IF it shows up months from now, keep it.

You will never hear from them. The tracking number will be wrong or not in their system. Contact the sender for a refund on the item, and four months from now IF it shows up, keep it.
This is how I dealt with every order thru Aramex. Eventually the senders will stop using them!
