My experience: there is no difference in the service of UPS & Aramex. Both are WORSE WORSE WORSE.
After continuous follow up of 7 days, they have started investigation on my parcel, which was with them for 16/17 days without delivery. Both are $#*!.
UPS collected my stuff from Aramex.
Tip for consumers:
Simply, three things: WORSE -WORSE-WORSE
Do not use them at all, if you want professional delivery.

Its been about 2 weeks Aramex neither knows the location nor delivered of the parcel I handed over to them. Its webpage offers only oneway communication. Worse! Not recommended!

The service of Aramex is worse. Think twice before using it.
