It was the worst experience of my life.They delayed my passport delivery, It was with them from US embassy after I got my visa approval, even after 4 days it still remained in the same branch, while tracking ID showed that its on way and it was informed on call that it will be delivered within 24 hours.My flight, my trip to other country was missed due to Aramex.
No contact could be done, great trouble caused and mental stress too
I wish I could rate below 0 stars and enter the world of the negatives. Their service was and is absolutely horrendous. I ordered from them before, and they never delivered my order to me till now. Literally. And it's been years.
I swear I have no idea how the heck they're still operating. I wish to God they'd close their business' so that senders are forced to choose better and much more competent couriers to deliver things.
I bought a fitness equipment and asked to deliver through Fastway courier. But unluckily these idiots (Aramex) owns it now.(which I don"t know earlier). If I knew it, I should have never bothered to get it delivered through these ones. They dropped around $500 worth gym equipment outside my gate in driveway. I have an intercom outside gate, which they never bothered to use. Luckily my next door neighbour saw it and informed us. I tried to chat with these idiots through Whatsapp and with no reply at all, I got a link to submit enquiry online after waiting for 20 minutes. Worst service ever. Never again in my life I will use these dirty, cheap sh*t holes.
One star is one too many for this reckless, incompetent and careless bunch of cretins. My partner and I watched an Aramex courier reverse his vehicle down our driveway, exit his vehicle, remove a package from his van, and then proceed to lob the package at our front door. This is very unprofessional as we put our trust in Aramex and let our valuables be transferred through its service. Do yourself a favour and use another courier service. Never again will I entrust Aramex to courier my packages. If you work for Aramex and are reading this comment, "F*** you!".
I ordered 3 boxes and 2 boxes are lost and 1 came late by 31 days
The box that made it to me came in a vegetable truck, yes you heard that right, it was a truck full of vegetable and they had some packages that are mixed with onions and tomato's, am not making this up
A travesty and totally unpleasant experience every single time I've had to deal with this company. My package has never arrived any less than 2 weeks late, I've had shipments go entirely missing, and any time I call their "service" center, their system is down. This company needs to shut down and stop ruining the days of their customers who they clearly have no respect for.
This has got to be the worst courier service to ever exist! My package got delayed so much and even ended up in the wrong location. Tried calling the delivery man I received a call from but there was no reply. They don't reply emails or return calls. Still yet to get my package
Aramex is a complete disaster. Delivery time is unpredictably long. The tracking service on the site shows incorrect information. The customer support service does not try to solve problems, but writes meaningless messages. Stay away from this company.
Unknown person bought unknown goods through my account: I received an email about some package that had been sent to my mailbox in New York and sent several queries ranging from inquiring about the package to just repeating that it is not mine and please do something about it. I called customer support but they didn't sound that interested and recommended I get in touch with that person myself.
Later, I received another email saying it had been cleared and sent to South Africa; I repeated the query process. Then, I received another email which informed me that some person showed up and paid them cash for the package. My complaints were ignored twice.
There were no apologies or any concern; this just genuinely did not seem like an issue to them. They did close the account soon after I asked them to though.
I don't advice don't use Aramex, unreliable and so unprofessional.
It's been seven days now I'm expecting a parcel, each and everytime I call customer service, they are equally useless and unhelpful, they do nothing but put me on hold for several minutes, yesterday I waited 15 mins on the phone, then the agent said he would call me back. Nothing till now.

Failed to deliver on due date, statements on their system that two attempts were made which is an absolute lie. Numerous emails to customer support as their phone helpline is useless, only one response with no resolution. Avoid Aramex like the plague their service is zero.

I ordered an item online, a parcel was delivered 10 days later. To start with it was meant to be accepted via signature - it was dropped outside my apartment block, no one signed for it. I then found the parcel, and inside was completely the wrong product, from an entirely different seller. Turns out Aramex swapped my order with someone elses, and they know exactly where it is. It's now 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting for Aramex to collect and send me the correct order! They have given little to no communication or even an apology. DO NOT USE ARAMEX
I've placed an order on Amazon. It was supposed to arrive last week. I've checked the tracking info, and it's just staying in a warehouse near Bucharest. Which is 9 hours away from where I live. Now, checking the tracking info, it says it's back in the UK. So, you guys have returned it. You are the worst. I wish I could give you 0 stars. Even 1 star is too much!
Worst company for delivery & every day becomes worse than before... always late, missing or damaged parcels, rude customer service & delivary system. If you are going to pick up from branch be ready to stand in sun & hot, humid weather waiting to be served by very very rude customer service telling you that you're not their client your the client of the company you purchase your items from & that it's not their business that aramex app is sending false info.

We have 3 videos of this employee now. The first time my wife asked him what he was doing and said I hope its not broken. Now the last two packages he has delivered have all been thrown up the stairs.
I live in a small Australian Queensland town aramex will not deliver there they say we are out of their area. That means aramex is lying by stating they are a world wide delivery service. They have an overseas call centre that can not speak the language of the hosted country and are a helpful as a wet bag of saw dust in a sand storm. Truly a depressing company woeful at best.
Worst courier I have ever encountered locally (New Zealand) and internationally. Arrogant, unreachable, and really don't care. The only thing you can be assured of is what ever they promise, they won't do. Whatever date they assure delivery won't happen, likely with weeks or months to go. They have a warehouse called 'delivery issues' and once a parcel goes there, it's lost. They rely on you to tell them it's not delivered.
If by some chance they find it, it will go to the wrong address and you are expected to collect it from there, they don't want to know. If I order something online, I make sure they do NOT use Aramex. If they do, I shop with someone else. No one can be this bad unless they strive for it!
I ordered something for a friend and paid extra shipping to get it here on time for a special event. The company I ordered from uses Aramex who not only charged for shipping but then held my item at fake "duty" till I paid them HALF of what the item cost over again.
When I sent an email to customer service they ignored it, as they clearly do.
They don't deserve even 1 review point and I wish I could have given them an even lower rating. They are the worst courier company with very poor logistics, extremely slow shipments, and no accountability on the lost parcel.
I ordered a Siemens electric cooktop from Amazon.Ae (value of 600$, and I paid around 85$ for the shipment).
Aramex told me it has been fully damaged but they are not responsible about it, and it is the fault of the air freight and not their fault.
They even refused to send it back to Dubai for free.
Can't get worst service. No safety, No Inspection, No quality assurance, and the most important, no good customer service.

Answer: For God's sake, no. There was this time I ordered from them, a while back through Amazon. And I NEVER GOT THE ORDER. Literally. Until now. And that was YEARS ago. They never explained to me anything, didn't tell me the order had arrived; nothing. And they sent the stuff back without notifying me or anything. I contacted the sender themselves and they apologised and everything (even though it obviously wasn't their fault), and they told me they'd send back the stuff. I waited around for a while, then I realised that aramex DID IT AGAIN: not notifying me of the packages' arrival and sending them back AGAIN to their senders. Oh my Lord, I really, REALLY have absolutely NO idea how they're still operating. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the same problem with them again, because I ordered some stuff online. I really wish we could choose which courier to have deliver our stuff, because then I'd DEFINITELY not choose this tremendously inefficient and incompetent one.

Answer: Don't bother, they won't reply. If by some miracle they do, they won't care, or they will make up a story and still leave you hanging. Contact the sender for a refund. Don't wait for Aramex to sort because they won't.
Answer: They never will, they don't care. If it's a purchase, tell the seller you want a refund. IF it shows up months from now, keep it.

Answer: You will never hear from them. The tracking number will be wrong or not in their system. Contact the sender for a refund on the item, and four months from now IF it shows up, keep it. This is how I dealt with every order thru Aramex. Eventually the senders will stop using them!
