Everytime I get a parcel delivery from Fastway/ Aramax I end up deciding I'm not buying from that seller again. This is not a professional courier. They must be making some effort to get it so wrong. The staff are deliberately unhelpful and they fail deliveries without turning up. Ther should be a no star option. Well done people of Aramax you undoubtedly have the.crown!
Its been about 2 weeks Aramex neither knows the location nor delivered of the parcel I handed over to them. Its webpage offers only oneway communication. Worse! Not recommended!
Meant to receive order and the driver had said they will come within the arranged time but did not pitch nor call... instead texted later during unavailable time and gave me attitude... this is the 2nd time now with this experience..
The worst service ever! While you're at home, the claim no one is at home, claim they left a card. In actual fact, door bell never rang, no card left and now i have to send multiple emails for items that should have been delivered. I understand delays due to COVID etc but claiming they did something they didn't makes me so upset as i run a small business and this delivery company is so unreliable. Sometimes they just leave the item unattended and i live in an apartment where there has been theft. So frustrating and gives me so much stress every time i have to deal with this courier company.
Package reached Ghana Aramex Agent and receiver tried to pick it up the charges were $400.00 for a 35 lbs. shipping fee, the Agent sold the contents laptop and cell phone for $270.00 and wants $130.00 for the remaining clothes and name pendant necklace
Waited for my parcel and was home all day on the 6th and 7th. No one called or contacted me. A card was placed into my post box stating that someone came buy found no one home. I have tried multiple times to contact them but you can only do so via Whatsapp or messanger. How is this type of service allowed. I have no idea where my parcel is and it is a birthday present from the UK. Never again Aust Post. Can not even read the hand writing on the card fully
Yes, it is officially the worst delivery company. You can't call them because they don't answer your call anyway. They say they're coming to deliver but they never show up. You wait and wait, nothing happens. When you get through the long wait on the phone, they tell you they'll call you back but they never do. How they stay in business I have no clue. Always disappointing when you're forced to deal with them. 0 stars for operating a delivery business.
1- when checking on line, the my parcel arrived to office on 23 rd April.
2- no one ever contacted me.
3- when trying to call customer service on 25 April, i waited on the line like 10 minutes on hold.
4- the parcel contains some health product should not be kept for long time.
Aramex Qatar: why are they still in business? Their service is substandard and potentially dangerous, since they don't seem to store and transport goods in an air conditioned environment in the local heat.
Its been 2 months we are waiting to receive opening kit with debit card and check book from WIO bank.several attempts to deliver failed and no delivery guy showed up. Tried many times to reach Aramex in several ways but no support or any reply. Today, finally the delivery guy showed up while having lunch at home and he told us he cannot hand out the envelop as this is private home and not the office address, though we presented our ID and that we are the shareholders and managing directors. Now we have to wait again how many weeks and cannot use our money we have deposited 2 months ago without having received the opening kit. Definitely not any trustworthy company and business and recommend to stay away from Aramex
My parcel BN*******128 was said to be "in the depot ready to deliver in the next 24 hours" since 50 hours ago. Now comes the weekend and I have to wait another 48 hours. I've written you guys an email query, tried to call your local courier but never gotten any response. This is getting ridiculous. Your "Aramex Australia" Facebook page even disabled all Likes and Comments due to the large amount of ongoing negative experiences people have. Let me tell you what? Stop giving me the "please contact your local courier" bull$#*! as it's not your customers' responsibility to contact your couriers for your lack of management and communication skills, it's YOURS! If I don't see my package on Monday I will be contacting the Australian consumer affair and ombudsman directly!
I did not receive my shipment after more than a month. They called me few times but they never came to my place.
I tried calling Aramex but there is no option to talk to an agent, basically no support for customer. Whatever option I chose in the call, it will give the same automated message and disconnect the call. No chance to speak to a staff. Only Aramex can call us any time and we as customer are never able to call and talk any staff. Very frustrating experience
Problems with deliveries all the time. They make up excuses of incorrect address / incorrect number to delay deliveries, even if in the system you can tell your address and number are 100% correct.
This is your worst nightmare. Stay away.
I have ordered two separate items from two separate suppliers - neither parcel has arrived. Little or no feedback from repeated requests for updates. When ordering in future from overseas suppliers I check to make sure their Supplier is not Aramex.
I still didn't get my parcel... I had sent in 2021 and now it's 2022. They say they have destroyed it. Iri ask them why they have no proper answer to it. Iam still facing lot of difficulties and problems due to their stupidity.
I have mails conversations which proves their fault and have taken money double saying its for clearance.
It's been more than 2 weeks since we canceled the orders due to Aramex's complicated procedures that have resulted in a failure to deliver a product which is the only service they got but still they fail to deliver that. And to this day we have no update on the refund process. I'll have to report a fraud case against ARAMEX for their hesitation in taking such responsibilities.

I had sent documents via leopards, which was unfortunately handed over to aramex at dubai airport. For three days, Aramex kept showing "in flight to destination" (South Korea) but after three days, it still showed that the parcel was in dubai. During this time I kept trying to contact customer support but the website did not function.
My documents had to reach before a deadline for university application so i had to resend the documents via another service. Luckily for me, my documents reached just before the deadline.
Dont trust Aramex. When using international couriers, let them know not to let ARAMEX near your parcel. You will suffer.
The worst of the worst! Losing package after package and blocking any possibility to contact their so-called "customer support"!
My inquiry about the package they lost in 2018 is still "being processed"!

Aramex nz are the worst company to deal with avoid at all cost 2 days for a parcel to go from depot to depot only 29 k apart they say its covid but i see the driver delivering to both houses next door. It them 9 days in total to deliver a parcel 5 ks away to me
Most atrocious services. Employees really do not care about the customers. Must avoid if you want to have peace of mind about your parcel.
Our express parcel booked on 29 May 2019 has still not reached us till 10 July 2019 and no one from Aramex is bothered to respond to your complaints and talk to you.

Answer: For God's sake, no. There was this time I ordered from them, a while back through Amazon. And I NEVER GOT THE ORDER. Literally. Until now. And that was YEARS ago. They never explained to me anything, didn't tell me the order had arrived; nothing. And they sent the stuff back without notifying me or anything. I contacted the sender themselves and they apologised and everything (even though it obviously wasn't their fault), and they told me they'd send back the stuff. I waited around for a while, then I realised that aramex DID IT AGAIN: not notifying me of the packages' arrival and sending them back AGAIN to their senders. Oh my Lord, I really, REALLY have absolutely NO idea how they're still operating. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the same problem with them again, because I ordered some stuff online. I really wish we could choose which courier to have deliver our stuff, because then I'd DEFINITELY not choose this tremendously inefficient and incompetent one.

Answer: Don't bother, they won't reply. If by some miracle they do, they won't care, or they will make up a story and still leave you hanging. Contact the sender for a refund. Don't wait for Aramex to sort because they won't.
Answer: They never will, they don't care. If it's a purchase, tell the seller you want a refund. IF it shows up months from now, keep it.

Answer: You will never hear from them. The tracking number will be wrong or not in their system. Contact the sender for a refund on the item, and four months from now IF it shows up, keep it. This is how I dealt with every order thru Aramex. Eventually the senders will stop using them!
