I shipped a package to a customer who uses Aramex as their "middleman". Two days after tracking said it arrived, they wrote to my customer and claimed the box was handed to them completely opened by the mail carrier with damaged goods inside. Any attempt from me to obtain a statement saying when the package was received with photos of the outside of the box to show how it was received has been ignored. It is clear they opened the box for customs purposes and ripped the paper bag inside but they do not want to take responsibility. I am a small business owner and now I will have to take the loss on this to keep my customer happy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It is a wonder they have been able to stay in business, judging by all these review.
I don't understand how after promising me that the parcel was delayed due to Covid-19 in my follow-up with support, suddenly, after 1 week, they realize the package was overweight/oversized. It makes me wonder how they accepted the parcel for delivery and realised that it doesn't fit into their vans on the day of delivery?. Just not responsive enough. Too bad all these negative reviews are doing nothing to change the way Aramex operates. Avoid sending items through them if possible.

Basically Aramex is trash! The company was trash when it was called Fastways, now, renamed and taken over by Arabs, this company is worse than pathetic. Absolutely a total disgrace to service

They want you to contact them to there email I have sent to them many emails and the only answer I got is a new case number! My package is stuck in Spain and the package I have got is for a guy who live in Spain. How is this company work!? How they could put my name on the wrong package. I'm really angry on this service it's been more than one week since I sent the emails and still no body has answer my email.
Very bad service. Tracking is not good and customer support also not good. I am not receive any call from delivery agent but my parcel is rejected because of customer not available. I am in home but my parcel is refused. What happened I don't know.
THE WORST EVER, before they were okay now dealing with them is like throwing spear at a target while blind folded, you may hit your target but its never guaranteed. They lost my original bachelors transcripts and not accepting that they lost upon requesting cancellation they just forgot my case regardless of my daily follow up.
I may press charges on them.
Don't deal with Aramex for your own good.
The parcel was sent to completely the wrong address despite all my details being entered correctly on my side. Customer service provided absolutely no assistance, simply telling me the parcel had successfully arrived - with no concern for the fact that it had arrived at the wrong address. No support provided when I complained and followed up.
It is my first time I use Aramex. Believe me it's Very bad service and in my experience the shipment was 3 days behind schedule. When I used to use DHL from the same pickup place and same destination and it is always on the schedule or before. So don't waste your money in this looser shipment service
The worst company I have ever encountered. Tracking is off. Service is non existent. NEVER ON TIME! I contact sellers to ask who they use and if it is Aramex I will pay more and order from someone else.
This is not the first time I face delivery delays with Aramex. I totally understand that there was delay in shipping and transit, but i can't understand why Aramex Kuwait always make excuses to justify their poor service! I talked to the customer service ANd they said The shipment arrived in Kuwait on April 15, and that they couldn't deliver as the address is not clear! This is a lame excuse because I use the same address every time and they delivered parcels to me before! I am fed up with them every time they come up with excuses to justify their poor service and delays!
This courier is terrible, very bad service, no attention to detail International packages are sent to domestic locations back and forth or instead of directly to the international location, they send the package to other countries. DO NOT use them no timeliness and no care for their customers
This company are just liar's and thieves.
Still no contact from them, still no refund for the money they have stolen from me.
Still no solution to the problems they have caused by losing my large parcel.

If you every consider shipping from overseas to South Africa DONT use Aramex. They are just absolutely unless. They not get back to you. They pass he blame. They blame you. Then will all docs and things they need is sorted then they go on holiday and still dont get back to you. 3 months i have been waiting and Bongani and Vanessa from Aramex South Africa should be ashamed of their customer service.
I will never used them again, not even if they paid me to use them! That is how terrible they are.
I missed black friday, i missed Xmas and new years. Now January comes and people dont have money to spend and i am still following up to where my goods are.
Pathetic and I high advise, they might be cheaper, but they cost you tons in the end.

Aramex couriers wellington franchise provide terriable service and when you ring to seek assistance youare fobbed off to an overseas call service who promise to "sort out your problem", but actually do nothing. Beware of any business that wont give a local contact number.
I waited for my package for 10 days it never arrived! Aramex don't even have a phone number to contact them! They know that they fail every time! They don't even apologize for the mistakes they make!
And i never received my package at the end! Someone needs to close down this crap of a company
Courier didn't bother knocking despite the fact that everyone in Melbourne is at home in lockdown. Instead, judging by the photos they sent me of "proof of delivery", they left the package in my letterbox in CLEAR sight of the street, and it was stolen. No notification of delivery whatsoever. Only contact came through the seller, more than five hours after the supposed delivery time.
Customer service representatives give fake contact information to avoid dealing with the situation (see photo) - "*******000" is not a real number.
Interesting how many google profiles this company has - clearly trying to obscure the masses of terrible reviews they bring in. No wonder they've had to rebrand from Fastway to continue doing business.
Avoid it pliz if you mind your Blood Pressure. Parcel arrived in Kenya immediatley 2 days after i ordered and i paid duty instantly. They took 7! Days to clear my item from customs. Several calls didn't bother them. They were received by giggling women without courtesy. Have instructed My suppliers under strict terms never to use this dumb-$#*! company.
John O Had medical supplies sent from South Africa to Perth 12 May 2020. Aramex gave a week's airfreight delivery timeframe. As of today, I can track my shipment www.aramex.com but Aramex Perth cannot explain why they do not recognize the tracking number given although the International website picks it up.

They accept courier jobS they will never fulfil. Send texts saying they can dump your parcel an hour away with no explanation. When you reply with questions they do not respond and the numbers are from an automated system. Parcels disappears. Phone lines ring out. Chatroom is automated - so non existent. There is literally no way to contact this company, not even to make a complaint. One of the dodgiest companies I've ever come across.
Answer: For God's sake, no. There was this time I ordered from them, a while back through Amazon. And I NEVER GOT THE ORDER. Literally. Until now. And that was YEARS ago. They never explained to me anything, didn't tell me the order had arrived; nothing. And they sent the stuff back without notifying me or anything. I contacted the sender themselves and they apologised and everything (even though it obviously wasn't their fault), and they told me they'd send back the stuff. I waited around for a while, then I realised that aramex DID IT AGAIN: not notifying me of the packages' arrival and sending them back AGAIN to their senders. Oh my Lord, I really, REALLY have absolutely NO idea how they're still operating. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the same problem with them again, because I ordered some stuff online. I really wish we could choose which courier to have deliver our stuff, because then I'd DEFINITELY not choose this tremendously inefficient and incompetent one.

Answer: Don't bother, they won't reply. If by some miracle they do, they won't care, or they will make up a story and still leave you hanging. Contact the sender for a refund. Don't wait for Aramex to sort because they won't.
Answer: They never will, they don't care. If it's a purchase, tell the seller you want a refund. IF it shows up months from now, keep it.

Answer: You will never hear from them. The tracking number will be wrong or not in their system. Contact the sender for a refund on the item, and four months from now IF it shows up, keep it. This is how I dealt with every order thru Aramex. Eventually the senders will stop using them!
