The longest duration between picking the shipment and its deliver ti tge final destination I ve ever seen with all couriers, false and fake reasons for the delay, their customer service is only appolgizing but never ever have a solution, totally not recommended
Thanks to Aramex who left my order at 10pm at night outside my apartment building of 30 blocks instead of leaving a card as promised last week when i called check on parcel my parcel has been stolen and i paid for nothing. My supplier claims he didnt tell aramex to leave parcel out my apartment building. I am very upset. This photo sent to me by aramex. Mum was up at 10pm and said no one rung door bell. Whether stranger walking by, a cat, a dog or somebody in my building has taken my item it is saddening to me as i expect better especially aramex is not cheap shipping
Always have delay with delivery, they mention 3 days, it takes more than 10 days with no excuses, not only one time, I don't recommend for any one to use this company, and u can't talk with any one only by whatssup machine using
Trying to get a response from them is like trying to get your baby to eat his vegetables. The only ones that seem to care are their social team but even then it took me 3 days to find out why my package was stuck in Hong Kong for 2 weeks. Only to be told that the couldn't be shipped because it wasn't allowed.
I asked why, they said ask the shipper. Well the shipper doesn't have a problem! YOU do. Just tell me what your problem is. Funny thing is. I had the same package shipped by DHL and it was shipped no problem.
3 weeks for an express shipment? Get lost. 2023 and Aramex still doesn't change.
I'm lose 1800$ of my trip, i have booked flight ticket to today. And aramex say we'll delivery your package in 3-5 day.

They lost the parcel. The requests are not answered, promoting zero. Surprised that A & F traded Fedex in international delivery for such a non-competent delivery. Apparently they will have to give up shopping in their store while they cooperate with such delicates
If you have some heart problems never use Aramex you will be dead by frustration and anxiety

I have given address, location and my availability, yet I couldn't get the item delivered for the fifth time. The delivery guy calls us 2/3 times back to back and if we cannot pick the call, that's it. We cannot call that number. It goes to out of service. This is absolutely bull$#*!.
The worst delivery service, the couriers ignore any notes on the parcel. The Aramex miss any due dates for the delivery even when their customer submits the calling card left. Disappointed, do not recommend to deal with this company
Worst delivery Experience ever. Terrible service.No responsibility. Not responsive people, Rude s. They lost my 1st parcel, they delivered the 2nd parcel to the wrong address, and finally, they try to have delivered the 3rd parcel at 6 am to the address! How silly is that!? They even don't care about time! I will contact Amazon Logistics (Australia) to stop sending parcels with this irresponsible courier. And I will write my experience everywhere. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. Silly people. GO TO HELL.
Aramex is the worst courier company I never seen. Do not ever contact them. I m still chasing my shipment! They are so unprofessional, the delivery is even the worst! Avoid them!
I ordered and PAID online for a package pick-up from Dubai and delivery to Sweden. The MONEY were taken from my account and they have never picked up the package, not even called to talk to the shipper. I have spent hours on the phone with support who passes the call from one to another with no result, with false promises. I have even opened a support case online and I got no update.
I WANT my money back!!! I will contact the bank and open a fraud case.

In Dubai I used Emirates Post. The package arrived in 4 days. I was able to track it and it costs 4 times lower than ARAMEX!
I hope this company will go bankrupt for all the problems created to so many peaople!
Unexceptable behaviour on delivery of a parcel to my home.
I took 3 secs after the door bell went. He did not stay
Went to the Aramex van. I yelled out and the look could kill.
He brought the parcel to the gate, shoved the machine to sign near my body, did not utter a word. He looked an older Chinese male,
I tried to speak to him in a nice manner but only grunted. I signed and said have a good day, he grunted. Is this who you employ Aramex? The behaviour is disgusting. I wonder if he actually can speak English. Do they have a licence? What are our children going to endure in Australia if people like this are employed.

I had been send a pakage to my daughter in melbourne Australia via Aramex. Today I got a message that the courier was out for delivery and a few hours later I got another message saying, "No one home, so delivery pending". My daughter was at home and they didn't even contact my daughter by phone. When tried to contact the Aramex courier office found that the contact no. Given in the message was a wrong one. Finally got a phone no. After a few minutes search in Google. Staff replied in a rude manner and given a totally unacceptable explanation when asked about the courier status. They update status like this without even trying to deliver the courier". Really pathetic
Shipment not yet delivered for more than a week
I had a shipment from next UK and it arrived in Dubai on 12th July 2021 and it is not yet delivered to me. Their whatsapp scheduling is not good. I arranged for pickup from a different branch but they sent me a message saying to pick from a faraway aramex branch. I contacted their call centre, first of all say it is very difficult to reach an agent and after long wait I got connected to an very unprofessional agent who did not address without any salutation not tried to understand my problem. I connected to the call centre and nobody contacted me back nor they delivered the item till now. Please do not choose Aramex for shipments.
This is the bad company I ever deal with the customer service is bad and they just ignore your requests, they don't want to have any solutions, they just say: you only listen to us and we have no other solutions for you, If you wish to return any item that shipped from them, they will tell you to pay an additional $ 20 for the return. I purchased face masks from Dubai to Saudi Arabia and they tell me that unacceptable items even if you look at their unacceptable items there's nothing telling you that. I said to them it's just unacceptable from Saudi not to but they ignore my request and when I looked at their Twitter account they put an ad that said we will ship masks from Amman to you?! They are the worst company I ever deal with if there are no stars to this review it will be even better
I was supposed to receive a letter from India on the 19 July 2019.It was put in post at Aramex 0n 16 July 2019 with a promise it will be delivered by 19 July.It only reached on 25 July 2019. I believe its unacceptable for such a situation with such a priced service. And now that the letter reached the country the delivery man is still thinking nd giving vast time for the delivery.In a 21st century where time is money we need to know at least the approximate time that the courier will be delivered to us and not have us guessing the time.
What a terrible experience I've had
What a terrible experience I've had with Aramex. I've been calling them 3 days straight for packages they are meant to deliver to me. Each time, its an empty promise and when I ask to speak to a manager, they just out the phone down. The customer service agents shouldn't have these jobs as they are rude and obviously incompetent. Shame that I've had to deal with this company. Next time... Wait, they will be no next time.
These people are "Big Scammers". They will take your money. Aramez Global was suppose to get my money back from Glare Markets who scammed me. I paid them but at the end they just stop answering my emails. You will not get your money back. The problem is that one do not know where to report these guys. I have a file full of evidence with all of my payments, my emails to them and their emails to me. The best is to stay away from them. I think the one or two positive reviews that you read about them are reviews placed by them self.
Answer: For God's sake, no. There was this time I ordered from them, a while back through Amazon. And I NEVER GOT THE ORDER. Literally. Until now. And that was YEARS ago. They never explained to me anything, didn't tell me the order had arrived; nothing. And they sent the stuff back without notifying me or anything. I contacted the sender themselves and they apologised and everything (even though it obviously wasn't their fault), and they told me they'd send back the stuff. I waited around for a while, then I realised that aramex DID IT AGAIN: not notifying me of the packages' arrival and sending them back AGAIN to their senders. Oh my Lord, I really, REALLY have absolutely NO idea how they're still operating. Unfortunately I'm stuck with the same problem with them again, because I ordered some stuff online. I really wish we could choose which courier to have deliver our stuff, because then I'd DEFINITELY not choose this tremendously inefficient and incompetent one.

Answer: Yes but it's useless tracking system, you will not receive your shipment in time and it's a waste of money and time trying to track any shipment Failure courier service DO NOT USE IT, EVER
Answer: Don't bother, they won't reply. If by some miracle they do, they won't care, or they will make up a story and still leave you hanging. Contact the sender for a refund. Don't wait for Aramex to sort because they won't.
Answer: They never will, they don't care. If it's a purchase, tell the seller you want a refund. IF it shows up months from now, keep it.

Answer: You will never hear from them. The tracking number will be wrong or not in their system. Contact the sender for a refund on the item, and four months from now IF it shows up, keep it. This is how I dealt with every order thru Aramex. Eventually the senders will stop using them!
