Shambles! No customer service had to continually chase them up for delivery information promised phone calls back still waiting have renovated 2 properties and used Victoria plumb not a single problem with them have another 2 properties left to renovate will NEVER use AQUA BLISS again plus the courier company they use are also useless. If you have any sense stay clear you have been warned

Ordered a vanity basin 4 week later no show have rang nearly every day and been told lie after lie by numerous people Thomas, Ann Marie, Chris and so on waited in every day as they said it would come that day and never did then said it had been broken in transit they are so incompetent I have got myself so mad trying to resolve this now they are giving me a refund which I'm sure I won't be seeing anytime soon disgusting how they can get away with this have put formal complaints into a mr Lawrence to which I can only think he doesn't exist as I have heard nothing from him

Ordered a bathroom unit online 15 April for next day delivery, 3pm next day Aquabliss phoned to stay my unit was water damaged so I asked for a full refund, its now July and still fighting for a refund luckily i paid with my business card and the b and have now got involved to get my refund, over 20 phone calls and emails of asking for the refund never heard of so many excuse, my personal opinion don t go anywhere near them

I ordered a toilet from this company on line on 28th October which according to the website would be delivered within 3-10 working days. On day 11 I phoned to chase it up and was told the courier had broken the toilet but they assured me they would definitely get one delivered to me the following Thursday. I took the day off work and when I phoned on Thursday afternoon to make sure it was coming the guy said he had no idea why I had been told Thursday, it was coming on Friday. I explained I couldn't take the following day off so he arranged for deliver after 5pm on the Monday - guess what? It didn't arrive again. On Tuesday I phone to ask why and no one had any idea why but said someone (Billy) would phone after 1pm to arrange delivery. Finally yesterday, 17 days later the toilet came. If you want to be messed around and be dealt with by people who have no idea about customer service then I would recommend - otherwise steer clear.

Missing items and wrong items sent. This was just the start of it. When trying to get them to send the correct and missing items Aquabliss constantly gave false delivery info and dates. Everyday when you phone them they use a different excuse ("supplier let them down", "DPD did not collect items", "Items damaged so were not sent", "Items were dispatched and you should have received them" & "wrong dispatch details were given" are among a few examples).

Eventually, we asked to cancel the missing items. Aquabliss were more than happy to do this and offer a full refund. However, they did not process the refund for over 17 days, and it took me calling them every day to ask when I will receive my money, and telling them that I am now seeking legal advice. Again, constant excuses (and lies?). One day they tell you the refund has been processed, the next they say they are doing it that day.

All in all, the worst online company I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend Aquabliss to anyone.

My recommendation would be to avoid at all costs!

Dont give this incompetent company your hard earned cash
I was told my goods would arrive in 5 to 7 working days it took three and a half weeks when it did arrive the taps were missing I a happy person so I called and was told by Samantha I think that was her name for the inconvenience caused we will refund the £30 delivery charge it was never payed I called two weeks later and was told by a rude member of staff no way would I be getting a refund
So the only thing left to do was write this review I've since fitted the shower screen only to find a scratch on the glass I had no intensional of calling back I wanted nothing more to do with this dreadful company.
Take heed you people out there avoid using this company at all costs

Sales / Admin Failure - Money taken and still No sign of Delivery?

1) Promised express Delivery - still not received
2) Promised refund of express delivery charge - still outstanding
3) Promised text with DPD tracking - still not done
4) Promised a call back - failed to do this as well.
5) Promised that product will not be delivered now (after 3rd call) as they have lost track of the item?
6) Promised will send me a new product will arrive in a couple of days.
7) Just keep chasing and hope for the best as my experience shows they have distribution issues.

Worst experience ever! TERRIBLE customer service, the branch and courier do not talk to each other about delivery. It took THREE attempts for my order to be delivered an after the first delivery never arrived Aquabliss had the cheek to charge me £54! For it to be delivered the day after on the Saturday and IT NEVER ARRIVED, again. When my delivery did arrive, (third time lucky) I had a product missing and one item was black not white. The website says delivered between 3 and 7 days, it took SIX WEEKS. They do not answer emails, you have to call continuously for someone to answer and when they do answer they are rude and unhelpful. It was a very stressful experience, one that I wouldn't want me or anyone else to experience. I did ask for a full refund but as I paid on the website as I ordered they wouldn't refund me in full. I honestly don't know how this company is still running.

We liked the products on the site and the price seems reasonable. Ordered via 'phone so that we could ask questions re: delivery and ensure it was accurate. We said quite clearly it was supposed to be delivered to an address in Devon whilst the invoice address was in Surrey. Also checked that it would get there by the date we had our bathroom fitted which the person on the phone seemed confident about.
In short, didn't turn up on time, nor to the correct county. Had to call repeatedly and was told that they would look into it by listening to the recorded phone-call to determine who was at fault. (Never heard from them about that!) 4 days later after multiple calls, order had hinges missing. 'Phoned them to request they send the missing hinges. Ensured me they would get them sent as soon as possible (noting they might not be able to do next day delivery but they'd get it sorted as soon as they could). A week later had to call to chase yet again and has finally been dispatched.
Perfectly pleasant when you talk to them but means nothing if things are incorrect and no-one bothers to keep you informed when there are delays.

Great company with great prices! Really pleasant to deal with. I ordered my bathroom online and delt with a lovely gentlemen called Thomas. I placed the complete order with him, the bathroom suite & fittings etc. Smooth transaction and they were even able to deliver to Northern Ireland at a reasonable cost. Order arrived few weeks later allowing time for shipping to NI. Everything arrived apart from the wall basin, so contacted them again and they sent out the sink really quickly! No problems. The unfortunate thing though was when sink arrived it was damaged, not Aquabliss fault could only have been damaged through courier i assume. I was gutted to say the least, so called them again and spoke again with Thomas and he reassured me of a replacement and that it was not a problem sending out a new one. I've just this morning received my new sink and its perfect! Thank you aquabliss. This company are great and i cant understand why they have been given a bad rep/reviews. I will be using them again in the future and highly recommended them! Cant wait to get everything installed!

Phoenix Emma Toilet/cistern & Mechanism - The two stars is for the delivery and the courtesy of the staff. Other than that it has been a nightmare. Toilet, cistern etc was delivered. Parts for the cistern were too big to fit. Monday, rang and told them, asked to send photos. Did this. Rang Tuesday, part will be delivered on Thursday. Didn't happen. Rang Friday, told he would investigate and ring me back. Didn't. Monday morning, rang and went through everything again. Will sort and ring you back. I rang again at 5pm as still no phone call. Told the same again. Rang on Tuesday, part being delivered tomorrow for definite. Part was delivered. It was exactly the same one as I already had which DOESN'T FIT. Plumber now out getting the part locally so I don't have to deal with them again and I can at last have a fully working toilet in my nice new bathroom.
This company has a serious problem with sorting out issues in a speedy manner and an even worse problem with communicating with their client. My advice? Go somewhere else.

I don't usually leave reviews but thought I really owed a big thank you to these guys. I've read other views and honestly think it's unfair. Firstly I have purchased 3 bathrooms for my home and also my sister and my parents have bought from the company so give bathrooms in total. Few things to note. Awuabliss use British suppliers so I've found it really easy to get spare parts and aquabliss have always done all the hard work for me. From finding my original invoices and contacting them for me. All I've ever had to do is a take a quick photo. I have had a few damages but never had an issue getting replacements. Had a small chip in the glass of my shower cubicle. Didn't report it till my husband opened the packaging the next day. Phoned up sent a photo got a replacement next day. No quibbles. Delivery sometimes it's been a couple of days later then to be expected. When I have phoned up to find out why the courier hasn't been in touch again aquabliss have scheduled it for the next day. They have always contacted the couriers on my behalf and have refunded me any additional costs I've paid. The quality and the prices really are amazing. I'll keep recommending aquabliss to all my family and friends.

The worst company I have ever dealt with.
Their staff are well versed in telling lies and making false promises... they are clearly used to dealing with the same problems over and over again... I have had similar problems to lots of others who have left reviews - I only wish I had read the reviews before ordering!
1. Wrong item delivered and delivered over a week late despite paying for express delivery!
2.6 weeks after ordering - still not rectified - I still have the wrong item and they still have my money:-(
3. Promised redelivery of correct item and collection of this wrong item on 4 separate occasions - none have happened:-(
4. Even if they give you a DPD tracking number do not believe that they have actually sent the parcel - check with dpd directly.
5. Spoke to 4 different customer service' people - all rude and trained to tell lies - they do it with ease.
6. I have written to them recorded delivery, left voice messages and sent numerous emails - no reply to any!
I have now given up and passed to my solicitor - an absolute joke of a company!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered shower tray and screen last Wednesday evening. Paid for overnight delivery as I needed the items for Friday. Got a delivery slot text to me Friday morning between 10.59 and 12.59, by 3.00 pm no sign of my delivery. Contacted courier to be told I would not be receiving my order. Arranged to collect it myself from the depot. Found that the shower tray was correct but the screen was the wrong one sent by aquabliss. Called aquabliss Monday morning and was told someone get back to me. Called back at 1.00 pm as no one got back to me told again someone would get back to me.
Called back at 2.00 pm as still no one got back to me. Aquabliss finally admitted they had sent out the wrong screen and that a replacement would be delivered to me on Friday, so not exactly overnight. Told them it was not acceptable. Turned out their supplier was in Maidstone, Kent. As I'm based in Essex, I arranged to collect the replacement. So, after £30 diesel and a 4 1/2 hour drive I finally had my order which was completely messed up by aquabliss. All they have said is that they will refund the overnight charge, but that has yet to be confirmed and it hasn't happened to date. I have called them every day since and asked for the manager, who is never available, or the operations director, who doesn't take incoming calls. Their customer service is none existent. I won't be ordering anything from them again. They never came back to me, I won't be going back to them!

Bunch of crooks

Bunch of crooks! Same experience as others. Ordered something and paid extra for 3 day delivery, it never showed. Called the office to talk to the rude and unhelpful customer service team, (and I use the term 'customer service' very loosely. Told it would come the following day guaranteed, it never did. Called the following week to cancel the order and told my money would be refunded in 3 days as they were in breach of contract, the money never arrived. Called again and then they said it would be 14 days, still never arrived. Called again and now its 14 working days! I'm 2 months in now and still no refund. Every time I spoke with Anne-Marie, or Marie as she uses sometimes, and every time she gives me a different answer as to when I'm getting a refund. I don't think she can open her mouth and not tell a big fat lie. She is rude, unhelpful and obstructive and the one thing I'm sure of is that a customer service role is not for her.
I urge anyone to purchase elsewhere. Everything that is advertised on there website you can buy from more reputable suppliers on the net so you don't need to go though this misery that myself and many others are going through. I purchased all my items in the end from Plumbworld, Soak.com and Drench who all gave me excellent service unlike this bunch of dirty conning scumbags. Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere. I'm taking them to small claims like many others. I also urge anyone who has suffered to contact 'Action fraud' on *******040 and register a complaint with them.
And this is a 'no star' review. Google insist you leave at least 1 star which is 1 too many!

I ordered and complete walk-in shower and shower screen and shower unit.
Shower tray and shower screen arrived on day required. However the shower unit didnt and thats becasue it was damaged apparently.
However it hasnt been depatched. After a number of promises from a male Salesperson, he also promised a refund of the carriage but never arrived also. I was promised 2 days. 2 days came and went and it didnt arrive I spoke to a sales woman and she sent it overnight and Saturday delivery.
However
The quality and the service finally was 5 star but still no refund for the carriage.
