My experience echoes that of several reviewers here. No goods arrived. Eventually they said the courier damaged them but only after I contacted them via CHAT. Their telephone lines don't work apparently... they state a constant technical problem. I waited in again but no goods arrived and no details of the courier we're give at any point. Now I have received an email saying they've stopped trading and I'll have to apply to my payment company for a refund as they won't refund themselves. It sounds to me like I'm unlikely to get my £360 back. Don't waste your money on these scammers!
Super fast delivery ordered at lunchtime and shower tray arrived next day. Had a bit of a panic as we were let down by another plumbing supply company. Highly recommend - the tray is now fitted and looks excellent ready for the tiles.
Bought bathroom taps, shower & accessories. When I ordered I knew an item had a lead time. Was kept informed by email & phone of the progress, even phoned me to inform me the stock was arriving the next day & would be sent straight out. Items arrived on time & well packaged. I had a problem with a couple of items being faulty (manufacturing errors, not Aquabliss fault). They responded immediately to my email on a Friday, and the replacements arrived by courier on the Monday. Could not ask for better customer service, and prices great too.
THE worst company I have EVER dealt with. The customer service is appalling, the staff are rude, talk over you, don't want to help, they just want your money! I've saved a long time for a nice bathroom suite but my sink had a chip in it which they refused to do anything about. My husband and I didn't work so incredibly hard for a damaged product and no way of replacing it.
From what I've read online and on Facebook this company is run by crooks - wouldn't surprise me if the 'excellent' reviews given on here are from the company owners!

Great service all the way through. From our very first contact right through to completion everything was handled professionally. Despite the ongoing pandemic we were kept up dated with the whole way through the ordering and delivery process.

I was let down by my local bathroom company and needed a full bathroom suite ASAP, Aquabliss delivered within a couple of days and the products are quality.
Also saved money as were a fraction of the price of my local bathroom company
Ordering on this site was easy, with confirmation of order details and delivery times very efficient, ordered in 21st dec and delivered before Xmas. Excellent all round purchase experience.
Pretty much as all other "genuine" reviews posted here; They take your money instantly and then the fun starts!

Polite nonsense spewed by staff over phone with no accuracy or details.
If you cancel before delivery they'll tell you that they got charged for delivery but won't provide evidence and take whatever they please from any refund.
But the main issue is that it seems the company's business model is based around taking orders then mostly not fulfilling them and then not giving full refunds. Brilliant if you think about it, I can see a Rogue Traders special on this company based on all the real reviews going around on multiple platforms... Can't wait to see Tony Lawrence (supposed manager) on TV
This is an appalling company that ought to be shut down. Happy to take your money, but then do not provide the goods and lie consistently about when they are coming. Customer service simply do not care, neither does the operational manager - so no hope really. A total con. Very simple advice - AVOID!

After reading reviews I was nervous about buying from these guys. I genuinely am over the moon with the service. Bought a full bathroom suite and a walk in shower for my ensuite so far and going to be more. Prices are very reasonable, quality off goods is fantastic and technical and customer service team have all been really helpful and pleasant
My mother-in-law recommended this company to us after she renovated her bathroom, and we were really pleased that she did. When we called the helpline we spoke to someone who was clearly involved with the business, not just a call centre operator, who could give us information about stock, delivery etc. straight away. Everything arrived promptly and in good condition, even though delivery was to London and they are based in the north east. They'll be our first choice if we need more bathroom items.
I tend not to only order based on reviews as people are quick to complain about problems yet very little amount of people actually review positive service which I find unfair.
I'm not up to date with all this online shopping so I gave them a call, spoke to a couple of gentlemen who took my order over the phone and after having major surgery I informed them I was in and out of hospital and they were very accommodating, requesting the drivers called me to book in the delivery which they did.

Varied choice of products, all good quality at very good prices.
I had an issue with damage to one panel of the shower cubicle I bought, & it was replaced without question within 2/3 days of my initial enquiry.
After some research I found that Aquabliss offered the best price. The order was handled with ease and delivered well within the initial time scale given and the showers were extremely well packaged to protect them in transit.

This is my second complete bathroom suite I have ordered... just received delivery of the first one yesterday! I found the whole process very easy and everything was packaged really well for delivery. I would definately recommend you!
Fantastic customer service. Haven't had chance to install the bath and shower yet but pro-active communication regarding my order and the delivery was very good.
Had a toilet seat from them that developed an issue, was about 8 months old, called them then sent a picture of the problem and I received a replacement two days later. Helpful on the phone and quick delivery of the new one, thank you.
