Terrible, terrible, terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOUR ORDERED AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU. I have been trying to get a refund since an order placed at the end of May... next day delivery (at a charge) does not happen, returns take weeks, refunds take months (and counting) and customer service does not exist. Actually the customer service is so very bad I can only presume they are trained in how to be unhelpful and how to drag things out. Now because I have complained my 'punishment' from these people is being told I wont be getting my whole refund!
Ordered a toilet from here, was told delivery would be in 3-5 days. It wasn't, so called them and got told it would be another couple of days because the driver damaged it. It didn't arrive, so called again and was told another delivery date and that the company that they bought it from had gone into liquidation. It didn't show up again, was told on the phone that a pipe set for it was missing but it would be there in 2 days. Still wasn't delivered again so called and demanded a refund, this was nearly 3 weeks after my date of ordering and it seems they palm you off with any excuse they can think of. It's been nearly a week and still no refund so I have contacted citizens advice on the matter and reported them to trading standards. Anyone in my position I recommend doing the same so that there is a paper trial in your favour. I'm not holding out hope that they will refund without a fight. Phone service is appalling and one guy actually got really aggressive with me last week and told me "if you don't like it I suggest you call your bank"

Absolutely terrible service from start to finish.
The take your money and don't provide the service or the item. I ordered a shaving mirror (for a not insubstantial amount of money) paid extra for next day delivery. Didn't receive an order acknowledgement (or tracking details as advised I would). Had to call for the order acknowledgement, the sales have no grace in speaking to customers. Ordered in the afternoon on Wed 14th Nov paying extra for next day delivery so the latest delivery should have been Fri 16th Nov. It did not arrive, no one advised (or appeared to know) why. Customer service speak to you nicely but tell lies and then avoid taking your call and don't call back. I sent numerous emails including to someone I was told was a manager (never available on the phone) and NEVER received replies. STILL waiting for the item to be delivered (over a week later!) and a refund of the next day delivery cost! Have now just cancelled the order.
I have no complaints at all I have ordered twice from this company now and have received excellent service each time very prompt and efficient happy customer.
Was amazed how quickly my order was dispatched and packaging was good to ensure goods didn't get damaged. Quality looks good

Worst Customer service - don't do anything about the customer. Very good when selling but if anything go wrong - don't expect that they will do anything about you! Horrible customer service.
Looked around for a very specific size shower tray and enclosure, Aquabliss were the only ones that came anywhere close to our budget. Great comms as well.

Total cowboy company run by ignorant arrogant people,, ordered a vanity unit with express deliver and it never arrived telephoned aquabliss and was given a telephone number of a logistics company (WRONG NUMBER)phoned aquabliss back and was given another number (WRONG NUMBER AGAIN) 10 days later we received 2 wet through boxes which contained a smashed vanity unit, contaced aquabliss and got a nasty arrogant attitude to my complaint I immediately asked for a full refund and got told I've to wait until it comes back from the logustics company although they have paper work stating that the goods were badly damaged. So Iwrite this because im just if the phone again to aquabliss and his attitude was again disgraceful told him I was going to give feedback and his comment was thats GOOD... SO PLEASE AVOID THUS COMPANY AT ALL TIMES.
The My family and I were finally excited to be doing up our bathrooms in the house. I found the tall traditional toilet on eBay and decided to buy from them to install in one of the bathrooms. At first they were responsive to emails. Once the items arrived I noticed they were all opened and not packed and sealed the box containing the toilet bowl was ripped to the side so Ichecked the box and there were all scratch marks on the toilet not just to the side of the box that was ripped. I made contact with them and they sent a new bowl after several chases and delay. I was doing other bathrooms in the house so kept the items safe in a spare room. When it was time for the bathroom where the toilet was going to be installed the builder noticed the tall metal pipe that supplies water to be flushed was bent. I sent them picture and spoke to a manager several times called Thomas. He was rude unhelpful and it's been 3 months and still no exchange of parts our reply to various calls. My emails were not replied to until I got eBay involved and still Aquabliss has not been responsive. All I wanted was an exchange of the item. I will never recommend family or friend or will I ever be using them. They have now siezed communication

Im The owner of a bathroom fitting company, I found Aquabliss a few months ago and started using them for unusual shower tray sizes as they sell almost any size. However my first order went smoothly. My second order was a complete disaster and set the job miles back. Firstly one of their employees. Promised me my shower tray and shower screen would arrive on the Monday we were due to start the job. This didn't happen. And call after call the days went on and promises were made and never happend. In the end the shower tray and screen turned up on the Thursday/ Friday days later than i needed them. And guess what the shower tray was damaged. Meaning i had to drive to pick one up from another manufacturer. The following Wednesday and i finally get chance to get in touch with Aquabliss after rushing to complete my customers bathroom almost a week late. And Aquabliss gave me apauing attitude, accusing me of damaging the shower tray myself. Why hadn't i contacted sooner? WHY because your company put me so far behind that i had to work day and night to finish my customers job for Christmas. PLEASE DO NOT USE. Its now February and i still haven't had a refund. They ignore your emails and then when on the phone make promises and never get back in touch. Main Excuse ( we need to speak to the manufacturer see what they want to do) I do not accept this. I did not Buy from the manufacturer. I Bought from you (Aquabliss) Please people do not use this company.
Avoid at all costs. Never deliver with false reasons for non_delivery. Worst online experience ever... do not use unless you want lots of pain and wasted phone calls.
This company are the WORST company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I ordered a shower door from them on their express delivery service on 11th October 1-3 working days, so our contractor could fit our en-suite. By the 25th October it is still not with us and our contractor finished last week. We are therefore going to have to pay for him to come back to fit a shower door from another company. This company continued to blame the courier for not sending the item out and the courier stated they had not received the item from the company. They are a scam company and they will keep hold of your money. They have told me I will only receive a refund when they have received the goods back from the courier, which is disgusting as I am not responsible for the transit of their goods and if the courier should lose them then I won't receive my money back. What an absolute scandal I am now taking this to trading standards and consumer rights. I am 6 months pregnant and could well do without this hassle or losing £234 of my hard earned money. They have no customer service or empathy for their customers and really are not interested in complaints. I am warning you unless you have money to throw away do not use these charlatans you won't receive the goods and you certainly won't receive your money back without a fight!

I had read the previous complaints before ordering a bath for my customers. I ordered a l shape shower bath, when it turned up the bath panel was cracked I phoned and was told to send a pic which I did, I was then told the next day of I could stand back from the panel and take another, explaining that I had already left site and it was 25 miles away I was told they won't do anything until I take another pic. I traveled back to take further pic only to find that the actual panel doesn't actually for the bath properly, it's to big. I phoned emailed again and again and again never got a call back and was told the panel is correct and should sit under the bath by a few mm, which ok I can understand but the panel is to big and will sit out from the side of the bath by 15mm. Useless useless company my only hope lays with PayPal now don't not deal with you can get cheaper and better elsewhere trust me I fit bath rooms for a living
The recent fitting out of 2 bathrooms has been so easy; deliveries arrive when expected and very helpful advice by telephone when required.
