I've never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life. Multiple lies. Installers with no tools. Goods arrive damages with no way to reconcile. I have never ever had such problems with anyone. And I am not the type of person to leave a bad review. BEWARE!
This company should not be used, ever. They are incapable of coordinating deliveries and today, on their second attempt after the first one was damaged, I sit around for three hours and finally call them. They then inform me they'll have to reschedule as they "didn't load it on the truck".

Ha! Then, weeks upon weeks to receive order. Then, my brand new Whirlpool washing machine did NOT even work once. The electronics are a joke, the construction is thin plastic underneath the metal enclosure.
Then the customer service people consistently gave me a bogus email ( must email a photo of the serial number) address making it impossible to even file a complaint.
On one of the very many phone calls attempts i was hung up on.
They have a call you back phone option to avoid the ( 38th caller wait time for example) and one no less then 6 occasions when I answered their return call, no one was on the line.
They should have a class-action lawsuit filed against them.

They are leveraging the current logistical problem to use a "bait and switch" tactic. They list popular, hard to find items as available and process your purchase even requesting you to fill out a delivery questionnaire before they regretfully inform you that through no fault of their own the item is "temporarily out of stock" and they had no way on knowing the stock of their vendors but they "DO" know that several other vendors do have less popular, more expensive options available right know and they even have a list for you!

Terrible said it is in stock then after they have our money it not in stock. Then to make sure you can't cancel the order they tell you it has shipped but it sits in a wearhouse for 2 weeks and know one knows anything about will not do business with them again.

I ordered from Appliance Connection SPECIFICALLY because they offered these options. I live in a rural area where none of the big box stores offer delivery. I was happy to find this option since I needed my appliances delivered and installed and thought I was making it easy on myself finding a place that included both. Imagine my surprise when 2 of the 3 appliances I ordered arrived with NO NOTICE and were delivered by a trucking company contracted by Appliance Connection that did not provide the installation or the haul-away I had paid for! When I contacted the company all they could offer was to refund my installation fee (which still hasn't happened). I explained that the sole reason I chose them was because installation was offered and pointed out that they knew where they were delivering to for an entire month before my order arrived but no one bothered to tell me that installation wasn't going to happen until the day my appliances arrived. In frustration I requested they just come pick up the appliances and refund my money since they can't deliver on what they sold me but now they want me to pay the return shipping costs! Do not expect the "White Glove Service" as offered, apparently it is only available in select areas that you won't be told about until after they dump your appliances in your driveway. This entire experience has been a nightmare and I just want my money back so I can go get my appliances from someone else.

I placed an order on Aug 8th for a Miele Dishwasher that said in-Stock and available in the Google Ad and website. I screen shot both for proof. Nov 6 and I still don't have it. On 10/24 they emailed tracking yet the item has never actually shipped in last 2 weeks. They didn't actually stick these products and make false advertising claims, false delivery claims, all which violate FTC 30 day drop shipping guidelines and laws.

Unacceptable customer service. I highly recommend NOT to purchase from this company. I placed an order on 9/14/21. The delivery date was set for 10/7/21. I was assured (or rather lied to) that the item was in stock in the warehouse. No delivery was made. I followed up with about 8-10 calls. Escalated the issue to supervisors each call and never got a call back from a supervisor or got the item delivered. When I call, operators are polite and want to help and promise to deliver results. Supervisors repeatedly dropped the ball and didn't care to follow up. No call-backs and no solutions ever came off it. My credit card has been charged, and I still haven't received the item. No explanation or a follow-up as of 1/11/2. This is gross negligence and lack of care for the clients by the supervisors. I'm not particularly eager to give any business a bad review; however, this is very much warranted to alert other customers.

I ordered $6K in two matching side-by-side refrigerators. When I placed the order they both showed in stock. Once I hit submit, I received an email stating one of the refrigerators was out of stock but the other would ship separately. After checking back on the website for a month, I called and sat on hold for customer service for over 30 minutes to get a live voice. When I did talk to someone he stated that they "were getting 4 of the out of stock item in next week" and one was marked for me. He also told me the other fridge was still in stock. He stated that I would have both delivered before Halloween. He stated that I would "get a delivery email next week"... I have not received one yet. As of today, Oct 24, when I logged on the the site BOTH of the fridges are showing out of stock! There has been absolutely ZERO communication from the company about the delays unless I initiate it. I am currently sitting on hold for them again as i type... I'm now at 47 minutes and I'm still the 4th person in the queue. My order was placed August 15th... 70 DAYS AGO! Set expectations up front... I would have gone elsewhere 2 months ago if I would have know. I NEED a working fridge!

Dealing with this company is a NIGHTMARE. I ordered over $22K worth of high end appliances that I've been waiting months for. The constantly change dates, it takes very long to get through to customer service and when you finally speak to someone, you get incorrect information. I've been given dates for products to be available that haven't been accurate. Their customer service must be trained to say "I'll put a note on my calendar to follow up" but they literally never do. You cannot trust the dates they list products being available or what their customer service says. Also, their order tracking via your account on their website doesn't work or update so you literally have to call and spend 30+ mins on the phone trying to figure out the status of your items. Do yourself a favor and deal with a local company and avoid all the headaches that come along with dealing with Appliance Connection.
The logistics company they use, YF Logistics, is even worse. I've been told multiple times that items have been scheduled for delivery. I take the day off of work to wait and they never show up, this has happened twice. A refrigerator that I ordered finally became available, they sent two men that were very smaller guys to deliver a 600lbs plus refrigerator and they dropped it on my walkway trying to get it into the house. The item was destroyed and not I'm waiting months for a new one to be sent.

Appliances Connection has quality appliances and their pricing is pretty good, but those are just about the only positive things to say. Their customer service is abysmal; their policies, terms and conditions are draconian and one-sided (their side, of course), and they really couldn't care less if you are an unhappy customer. In fact, they will go out of their way to antagonize and taunt you if you are victimized by their misrepresentations and outright lies.
My advice would be to avoid this company if at all possible. However, If you insist on doing business with such a shady organization, do NOT believe their alleged "ship" dates, in-stock designations, or availability statements. They are simply fraudulent. Appliances are difficult to obtain at the present time and Appliances Connection knows that, so they lie about their stock in order to get your order (and your money). Then they will keep pushing their ship dates by 3-5 days at a time for weeks or months. Example: we ordered a refrigerator in mid August. Appliances Connection showed the refrigerator as "Available" with a ship date of the first week of September. Then it was the second week, then the third, etc. Eventually, a Customer Service rep admitted that the refrigerator wasn't in stock and would not be available until November 28. When we pointed out that the Appliances Connection website that very day showed a ship date for the refrigerator of October 4, the rep had no answer. This was not an isolated incident. We had similar issues with Appliances Connection with respect to a dishwasher and a washing machine. We ended up canceling all three appliance orders and scrambled to find other appliances for our new house (as an aside, both Abt and Plesser's are straight up about what they have in stock and what they don't… they are both quality businesses that put Appliances Connection to shame… those kinds of retailers should get your business, not the thieves at Appliances Connection).
I really don't know how Appliances Connection gets away with what they are doing. If the NY AG's office cared about consumer fraud half as much as they do about politicizing their office, Appliances Connection would have been shut down a long time ago.

WORST EVER! I spent over $14,000 with this company. I ordered a Viking appliance package. The refrigerator was delivered a wreck! Multiple calls, emails. No help. Rude employees; * in customer service is terrible and * in sales wants nothing to do with you after he takes your credit card. I asked to exchange for Viking frig and get this... they want my credit card again! They want me to pay in advance for the exchange and refund me exchange is made. I waited 3 months for these still waiting on dryer! So the frig- Dents all over, compressor makes loud noise so loud it wakes me, shelf inside was torn off, left handle mounting screw was broken off, right door does not close properly. I am still in limbo playing their stall tactics of endless emails and voicemail messages. Hold times are RIDICULOUS!

Recently purchased an oven from them and customer service is terrible. The oven came damaged on the side along with a huge line on the griddle part. The movers were so disorganized and forgot the hose to connect the oven that we purchased. Their only resolution was to leave the oven uninstalled for a week or use the old hose, which is never recommended. They even damaged the kitchen floors. Customer service has done absolutely nothing to fix these issues and it's beyond frustrating at this point. If you want to save your time and want a hassle free experience, do not shop with them!

I am having to take this company to small claims court to get a refund for a damaged appliance that I refused delivery for. According to Better Business Bureau they have a pattern of not refunding customers even if they did not receive merchandise or refused it due to damage. They tell customers who are owed a refund they refund is in accounting and will be processed, but it never is. FRAUD.

Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.
Answer: We ship over 1.6 million orders per year. Of those shipments, you have viewed an iota of complaints against our company. Likewise, the positive reviews also outweigh the negative reviews. It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
