I'm six weeks in - waiting for an item listed on their website. Now they are telling me, it will be another 6 weeks. Complete liars.

Not accurate at all. Paid for express shipping and it's 5 weeks later and it hasn't even gotten to their warehouse yet. Don't trust this company.

Ordered 3/1/2021. Finally delivered 12/22/2021. I realize that the induction range I ordered was in very short supply, and once it was received they shipped out in a couple of days. Shipped cross country and arrived in about 14 days by the third party shipper. Another 4-5 days to get after that. Third party delivery people in CA are TERRIBLE!

In a month I've received 5 shipping estimates. Obviously, none are accurate. Lies about what's in stock, lies about when it will ship.

The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
