Ha! Then, weeks upon weeks to receive order. Then, my brand new Whirlpool washing machine did NOT even work once. The electronics are a joke, the construction is thin plastic underneath the metal enclosure.
Then the customer service people consistently gave me a bogus email ( must email a photo of the serial number) address making it impossible to even file a complaint.
On one of the very many phone calls attempts i was hung up on.
They have a call you back phone option to avoid the ( 38th caller wait time for example) and one no less then 6 occasions when I answered their return call, no one was on the line.
They should have a class-action lawsuit filed against them.
Tip for consumers:
Only buy appliances locally.
So if you receive a faulty product you won't have to pay cross country shipping fees.
Pay for installation even if you can do it yourself, that way things can be taken care of immediately upon non working status.
