Appliances Connection helped me order a new dishwasher. Unfortunately, the manufacturer caused a two-week delay in delivery. Aside from that, everything went off without a hitch. The delivery and installation crews were kind, knowledgeable, and courteous. They also cleaned up after themselves. I've been ordering from this company for many years and will continue to do so in the future due to their excellent pricing and service.
Ordered $4500 in appliances. Arrived on 11/19. Did not open until 1/9 because we had to wait until inside of house was complete. Every item had damage. No damage to boxes so we didn't think to open them immediately. Customer service said sorry, we should have opened them within 30 days and we signed upon delivery. Never buy from these people! I had photos of products still in the boxes! Now I have $4500 worth of appliances that will not go in my new house. Wish I would have researched this company further before buying.

Stay away from this company if you want your appliances in the next 4-? Months. They suck, reps are useless, management useless and they will charge you for your order even if they can't ship it for infinity. THIS COMPANY SUCKS AND HAS CAUSED ME ENOUGH GRIEF. I am just trying to save youth grief and aggravation because this company sucks! Last mention, three of the five appliances delivered were damaged. One severely, looked like someone had dropped a cinder block on it.

This is a review of the company's shady business.
I ordered the oven on Nov 30th and the site was showing delivery as early as Dec 4th. When we called at beginning of December to check the status, we were told that we should get ours sometimes in around December 17th.
We called again after Dec 17th and we were told that delivery will be in second half of January.
I called today, Jan 5th, to get a status and I was told that they don't know when I will get the oven and that people are waiting from August for the item.
So, this company they lied to us from begging about delivery.
If I knew all th his info from begging, I would not ordered with them.
In the meantime, the oven price increased with 1k.
They are not trust worthy company.

My dishwasher had reached the end of its useful life, and I wanted to replace it with one that had similar features. I went to Appliances Connection and discussed what I had and what I wanted with their personnel. The employees confirmed that they had the same model, which made me really thrilled. I placed an order for a dryer that said it was in stock and would ship within the next 4 days. After I placed the order I received a notice that it wasn't at their warehouse and would have to wait for it to arrive. I called customer service and waited on hold for 30+ minutes. They were no help at all and said I would have to wait at least another 24 hours to see what happens with the order. I have submitted two email requests for an update and 4 days later still haven't heard anything. I was on hold for almost an hour to cancel my order with the last 30 minutes being in the number 1 spot of the cue. (Interesting, during this call I dialed in from another number not associated with my order and was moving up the cue while I sat in the number 1 spot!) I give everyone the benefit of the doubt but it looks like all those negative reviews were right! Definitely not worth the hassle to save a few bucks! In case they try and say they couldn't find my order, it was order #*******.

The ordering process was simple and easy, and three of the four appliances I ordered were delivered on time. I haven't installed them yet, but they appear to be in good shape. There was a slight issue with the shipping company, which didn't deliver my microwave in time for it to be installed -- resulting in me canceling my order and obtaining a microwave locally. I will say that AC's customer service did their best to resolve that situation -- they stayed with the trucking company and were in regular contact with me. And when it became clear that the microwave wasn't going to arrive in time, they were great about canceling my order and issuing a refund. I was wary about ordering appliances online, but after this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to order from AC in the future.

I have spent over 1hr and half trying to get my full refund which was assured to me when I canceled my order but they are saying I must pay a cancelation fee of $300 for a washer and dryer. * was the rudest and says he's going to pull the tape from my conversation with * who did confirm that I would get my full refund in two chunks. They are trying their very best to not give this to me and I even have a confirmation email stating my entire order was canceled. So far I believe this company will need to reported for fraud if they do not honor my claim.

I ordered a fridge on September 10th that had an estimated delivery date of 10/29-11/6 since it was about two weeks quicker than Home Depot. However, AP didn't have that fridge in stock, so it was delayed. I switched to one that the customer service reps assured me it would delivery between 11/16-11/17, which was a bummer but we obliged. I reached out around that date and they said it would deliver on 12/2, then that it would ship on 12/2, but then it was delayed again to ship on 12/15 with two weeks for delivery. Lo and behold it is now 12/29, coming up on 4 months from original order, and appliances connection only solution is to keep stringing me along and say it's on the way but I have absolutely no choice of pivoting other than getting a refund and starting all over somewhere else. The business model appears to be based on a sunk cost fallacy, and I will never ever shop here again and I recommend no one else does either. Many better places. Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowes, local stores, etc., all superior customer service and delivery windows.

We have placed an order of washer and dryer in October, and I did call to make sure it's in stock before I placed the order. And now it's 2 months past. And I have been told that only option I have is to wait. If I want to cancel my order, I will have to pay for the shipping. Isn't that ridiculous to pay shipping fee for something I never received?!
Go Costco or Best Buy to get appliances, which is much more reliable and the price is much better.

Ordered 3 GE Cafe appliances March 3,2021. As of Dec 28,2021, still not completed. Spent 0ver $6000! Website description of product untrue - Convection/Microwave was just a Microwave, no convection feature. Delivery and Installation was terrible, damaged appliances, and dangerous installation! Customer service started off helpful, but dropped off the face of the earth. BEWARE!

2 years ago, I purchased a dishwasher for the lodge we own. The was unbeatable, and shopping on the website is very easy. Now we are building a house and I have ordered our refrigerator, dishwater, oven, washer, and dryer from them. The customer service is excellent. The fellow I spoke with save the day when he was able to stop the entire shipment from being delivered too soon after our contractor set the delivery date back. It had already been loaded and departed. He was able to reach the driver and have him return. He went above and beyond and had made an already faithful customer very very happy.

These guys are clowns. PAID for new fridge in mid-October. Delivery got botched EVERY time it was scheduled. I was supposed to get refrigerator before Thanksgiving and took day off from work... no delivery, no call, and couldn't get customer service until AFTER Thanksgiving. Delivery got rescheduled without coordinating with me and they tried to bring on a day I was not home. Rescheduled delivery and when they showed up, unit was dented. Called to get new unit delivered... not available. Asked for next best available unit ($800 more) and had to beg them to reduce price and they only offered $100 off. I called and asked for the manager and they offered $200. Totally disappointing from start to finish and I'm going to get my money back. I expect to have to do that through my credit card company since these jokers won't help.

Order a new black stainless refrigerator from Appliance Connection and it was scratched on the front door. It has been about three months and still not resolved after numerous calls pictures, emails to their customer service. If you order from them just hope there are no issues.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT BUY from Appliance Connection! I purchased over 7k of appliances on 8/31/21. I asked for delivery on 11/19/21. By 12/20/21 - even asking for a split shipment on 12/16/21 (send me the appliances you have for my order) I could not get a delivery date or commitment from this company or their associated shipping installation company.
I have made over 30 phone calls and emails to Appliance Connection and their shipping company with ZERO results.
I went to Home Depot and Best Buy to purchase my appliances after canceling my order. My appliances from Home Depot and Best Buy get delivered today 12/22/21.
They do not deserve the one star I had to leave them to write this review.

We own a design build business and have ordered appliance packages twice from appliance connection because their prices and shipping times tend to be better; however, I would not do so again. Their return policy is terrible, and they offer little support. We waited months for a repair on a brand new range for a flip that they should have covered, as it was defective within days of receiving it, yet they left us with the bill. Obviously we would not have waited for their repair service if we were going to foot the bill anyway. Then, they refused to be flexible on a rigid return policy (probably have that policy in place because people have issues often) for a fridge that was completely misrepresented by description and photos on their site. They were unapologetic and were fine with losing our business, which would be tens of thousands of dollars per year. We have several friends in the biz and have warned them appropriately. Stick to Lowes or Home Depot or specialty stores!

I've read the reviews - you have too, that's why you're here. Ordered a washer and dryer on 3 December. At first, the website said 20 December for delivery, which I thought was pretty good. But then I received an email saying it would be 4-6 weeks. So I asked for clarification, and lo and behold, I received an update that the items would be shipping out the following week. And in fact, I received my dryer on 15 December and I thought I wonder what all the fuss is about with all the one star reviews, these folks are great! Well, now I know. I'm in customer service hell at the moment with a washing machine that no one can find and rather than them just shipping out another washer, they have to "check with the shipper", "check with the warehouse"... for two weeks we've been "checking with the warehouse for an update" and no response. And what is the recourse, you ask? Well to check with the warehouse, obviously.
This place is an absolute nightmare. I'd almost rather they were just lousy and I could've moved on. It's actually worse that they roped me in to thinking it was a legitimately good place to buy appliances... that is until then sprung their one star trap. That's really the worst part of it. And forget about trying customer service, it's just an endless cycle of "please allow 48-72 hours for an update". You know what happens at the end of the 48-72 hour period? They start another 48-72 hour update window of course.
You probably ought to just go with someone a little more established in the ways of complex logistics - this tracking and shipping thing is just too complicated for some.

This is our second microwave we have ordered. AC told us it left the warehouse but had no other information. We waited a month and nothing. I am not sure this is a legitimate business but cancelled order and am now waiting to see if I have to get my CC company involved because they may not cancel it.

Appliances Connection delivered and installed a dishwasher. It was dented in the back, leaking the first time it ran, and our kitchen floors were ripped during installation. I contacted the company the day after it was installed, and they repeatedly promised that a service technician would come and address the problem. For the past months, NO ONE has called or come to my house. I cannot get through to anyone helpful by phone, and when I submit a ticket, they tell me the service tech will call that day and of course nothing happens. WE ARE STUCK WITH A DISHWASHER WE CANNOT USE. The company is playing with us. BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Worst purchase experience I have ever had. Purchased a range and a hood vent with an inline exhaust fan. Said free shipping. When you go to purchase it will add more because the zip code was near mine but not exactly the same. When you clear your cache you can get free shipping with your actual zip code. They try to squeeze more out of you at any chance they get. The range hood said available and the range said in stock and have a delivery date. Both were notified that they were delayed for shipment beyond when they were originally promised for delivery. I clicked on the range hood and it said that it was unavailable now. I started to look online for a new place to purchase it and appliance connection came up again saying it was available and I could have it in a certain date range. Even through when I go through the link on my email it says unavailable and they don't know when the ETA is. I called them to ask why they are listing the item as available if it isn't actually available and they said: "just because it says available doesn't mean that it's actually available. It has to say it's in stock. Available just means that it is available to purchase." So I said ok but I have one that is "In Stock" and that was delayed as well. The rep said that it does say the range was in stock and should ship out a month after they said it was supposed to ship out. I asked where exactly was it in stock and she said she didn't know. She thought from the manufacturer and that I would have to call them directly if I want to know where my item was and that just because they give me dates that it was supposed to be delivered doesn't mean it will actually be delivered at that time at all.
Basically if you order anything where listed as available or in stock, it doesn't mean anything. Reps will lie to you and when you catch them in the lie they will just change it up to say what they want just in a different way. I asked for a refund for an Item they said was out of stock and unavailable but listed as available to people that haven't purchased it yet. I purchased it from a different site which distributes from the same channels because its the only supplier in the US for the item and it shipped right away. I still have yet to receive my refund. The website and Reps are all Fraud.

Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.
Answer: We ship over 1.6 million orders per year. Of those shipments, you have viewed an iota of complaints against our company. Likewise, the positive reviews also outweigh the negative reviews. It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
