Bought a Microwave they said they had on-line. After waiting many days I contacted them and they said they did not have that Microwave in-stock. That I could exchange it for another one that was comparable but would be more in price (first hint that this may be a scam). I went ahead with the purchase which was a mistake. Finally received the microwave after waiting forever. When I got it there was several things missing from the box that should have been there (including the glass turntable) (second hint this was a scam). After contacting them many times and creating a ticket on their website I finally received the glass turntable but I never received the other items that were missing. Then I plug it in and it does not work. Asked for a return and of course I have to pay the freight shipping back to them which is over $100. SCAM complete. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
Now they are telling me that I have buyers remorse and that is why I want to return the items. No i want to return the items because you sent me the wrong color, when I send you pictures of the items you tell me I am wrong and those are the right colors. This company is so devious and sneeky. They sent me the wrong item and instead of trying to make it right they keep arguing with me telling me that I got the right item I didn't know what I ordered or I don't know the right color from the wrong color they refused to do anything about it to fix it at this point I'm arguing it through my credit card company to dispute the charges this company is awful and don't even deal with it It's not worth saving a few bucks.
Following up from my previous review of applianceconnection.com, I cancel my stove and dishwasher on 2/17. Still have not recieved any comms showing the fact they processed a credit and finally opened dispute with my credit card company. What a joke this company is, I have called 5 times since 2/16, opened 3 tickets which keep getting closed... do yourself a favor steer clear of this company.

I placed a large order with appliances connection and upon receiving a partial shipment one of the items was damaged. I followed policy of AC and refused delivery of the damaged item as requested. In the subsequent weeks i made at least 20 calls to AC to get a status on the replacement. They kept telling me they were waiting for my part to be returned. Finally a customer service rep told me she was processing the replacement and was going to call the shipper to schedule and would send an email. As i was going to hang up i heard her ask a colleague, "should i put that i lied to the customer in the comment field?". I heard her ask this twice as i was yelling in the phone "hhelllloo?". When she finally came back to her microphone i asked for a supervisor and after 30 minutes on hold realized i was not going to get one. Long story short it is now 1 month later and i still do not have the replacement part that was supposed to arrive yesterday (shipping company said they forgot to put it on the truck) but i waited around the whole day for the delivery. NEVER AGAIN... i cancelled the reamining items on my order and will get them elsewhere.
We are still awaiting a call back to resolve our Delivery issue. I'm giving them 2 stars because the washer dryer stackable Maytags are beautiful. Bad news, I don't know if they work. They were delivered without any hoses, power cords, dryer vents, etc to hook them up! Yet I was billed for all of it. AND our realtor went to the store to try and get the parts and they were $90. Versus appliance Connections charge of $168.99!

It's been over 3 months I've waited for several products to be received and installed. The installers have canceled 3 times with no or little notice. I've been in contact with Customer Service dozens of times and nobody has any notes of my orders not being delivered or my previous contacts. I've been overcharged for products without providing consent to buy additional products. They have stopped responding and still have not installed my dryer. They also refuse to advance the call to a manager, provide last names, employee ID's, or call back numbers.
This company is a SCAM! Trish, Johnny, and Santiago are complete low lifes.

I am giving them 1 star so I could leave my review, but they don't even deserve that! I had to wait almost two months for the delivery and when I got it, the fridge came damaged. They have the worst customer service. After so many drop calls, transfers and having to repeat my issue several times on the phone! * at the claims department wanted to give me $125 for cosmetic damages! The pictures speak by themselves! Thanks God I had processed my transaction with PayPal, which by the way she wanted me to close the complaint with them so she could "assist me". They didn't like that I opened a case with the Business Bureau either! Hahahaahaha I hope you are enjoying what is coming your way thieve!
Save yourself a disgusting experience and spend your money somewhere else!
I placed an order for the same fridge with Lowe's, by the way I paid the same price and I received it within two days and they treated me like a customer spending almost 2,000 should be treated!

Wonderful experience with appliancesconnection.com. Their website is informative, their selection is impressive and their prices are great. I was able to research and find a high-efficiency LG refrigerator that would fit my limited space. I compared prices with all the major big box stores and other online vendors and by far they had the best price. The ordering process was simple the delivery has been fast and efficient. I highly recommend appliancesconnection.com and I look forward to using them again in the future.
Absolutely the worst company you can deal with! Avoid them at all costs and don't be fooled by their competitive pricing! They delivered a range and failed to install it completely(parts left loose in the warming drawer). They then sent out a second crew to complete the installation. We were informed by these installers that the bottom of the range was damaged and could not be installed. Appliances Connection then wanted to repair the stove. UNACCEPTABLE! We did not pay for a damaged oven to be repaired.
Good luck getting anyone to answer and be ready to invest a lot of time going back and forth with a representative when you do; It's all excuses from that point on. The company is totally unwilling to make things right. I get a very uneasy feeling about this company and don't believe they are transparent. I question whether this stove was even new to begin with. I would not be surprised if it was a return or scratch and dent.
BEWARE! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! Spend a little more money with a big box retailer who will answer and make things right should you need them to.

We purchased an oven about 2 months ago, and supposedly they have it on hand but it hasn't shipped, eventhough when we login, the status says "Shipped." They cannot tell us why it hasn't shipped, and they say the status only shows "Shipped" because it's sitting in the warehouse. I've called the trucking company they use to ship, and they say they're just waiting on Appliances Connection to to tell them to pick it up. Every time I've called, they keep saying it will ship the beginning of next week. We were told they had the product on hand when we ordered, and it was supposed to ship to us within 3 weeks. Then one of the customer service reps let it slip that they had to order the product and it took awhile to get in. Each time we have called they say they have it in their warehouse and it will ship soon - same story for over a month. In the end we had to cancel. Still waiting on the refund and wondering if, like the oven, it will ever show up. Also, I asked for a call back from a manager. Of course, they haven't followed through.

https://www.appliancesconnection.com/ claimed they had a product in stock, took my money and then claimed to have shipped it, the shipper never received it. Neither did I. I requested a refund and only was given a refund on the delivery fees and not the product which was never delivered. Almost 3 weeks after the refund request I still do not have my money back. Had to file a fraud claim with my Credit card company. They are clinging on to more than $3000 while I pay interest on it.

One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. So many broken promises by multiple customer service agents. Had to call 8 times (long hold times each time) to get my appliance delivered finally and never received the courtesy credit offered by the last agent for all the trouble I went through. The delivery delay was not due to supply chain issues or Covid either. It was due to the poor processes in place to handle customer orders and escalations. On top of that, after the company installed my washer, it flooded my laundry room the first time I used it as the hose had a big hole in it. The installer didn't even check for anything like that before he left. Now I'm stuck cleaning up the mess but thankful that at least I caught it before it got worse. Wish I would have gone with a local small appliance business instead.

Ordered in stock dishwasher 1/2. They don't update their website with hopes to capture sales. My order even showed item waiting on the loading dock for pickup. Than showed shipped, now they tell me the order was never picked up and the item won't be in stock for another 5 weeks. Furthermore never offered any correction for their false representation avoid this company like the plague!

We're delighted we did some research and looked into this company. They had everything we needed and were able to load it for us to take with us yesterday. If an appliance fails and we need a new one immediately soon, it will be the first place we go. It's definitely worth a look if you want fast gratification. Delivery is also available. I used them 2 years ago for a bundle package and while I saved money 3 of the 4 appliances ( Samsung) have had issues. Delivery took over 3 months. This past Christmas I ordered my son a dishwasher as a gift. While delivery was more timely, once installed it had a broken latch. I filed a claim on Dec. 20th 2021 and to date am still arguing with them about getting the defective DW picked up so I can be credited for it. They initially said they would just exchange it( leads you to believe one will be sent out immediately) yeah not the case at all. They wanted me to buy yet another dishwasher, wait for it to be delivered and then they would schedule pick up of the defective one and then I could finally get the credit. No Way! They will never get my business again. They have been blaming it on the delivery company, which I went directly to, but it all goes back to appliance connection. The discounts they offer do NOT offset the wait for delivery, the enormous issues you encounter if there is a problem and their lack of organization and desire for even decent customer service. Never ever again. Will also be making a report to the Better Business Bureau.

We spent close to $5000 for a High End Wall Oven and a new washer. I paid for installation for both and an extended warranty for the wall oven. We have the same wall oven and it's simply replacing the new one with the old one. When the crew showed up the guys said they don't install ovens. I said I paid for install and he just shrugged his shoulders. I called Appliances Connection and they said they have a subcontractor that they use for delivery and install and I need to deal with them. They offer install as a courtesy to their customers but they are not responsible. I told her that this is not disclosed on their website and furthermore my sales person did not tell me this. They don't care. So here the oven sits for several weeks in a box in the middle of the kitchen awaiting for YFlogistics to make this right. It's been two weeks and trying to get them to come back to do the install is horrible. I will never deal with either of these companies again. BEWARE

I ordered a 700 product they shipped it with a missing part I contacted their suppoet over a month ago and complied with their ask send model number and photo of missing part. They are politely clueless and thanked me for the info and informed me that they will look at the photos. That has been almost 30 days ago I have called and been told they have to let the person who took my ticket resolve ooh but she is not in the office she will have to get back to you... And that was 2 weeks ago so instead I just had to go straight to the manufacturer and order and pay for a replacement part for a brand new product. Otherwise I am still waiting for the ticket to be reviewed and for someone to call me back neither have occurred in over 30 days
I am definitely a 1 and done customer with this company will never use again

The worst experience ever had. Very unprofessional, ignoring all the emails and phone calls, don't pick the item on time, and after it's impossible to refund your payment, and even charge you for there empty promises, to imagine new excuses all the time. Fraud.

Answer: The estimated delivery date is fairly accurate when applied to items that are already in stock at our warehouse (please note, this does not apply to items that are listed as Available). Please note, at the end of the day, it is still an estimate it can be subjected to changes, and not a definite timeframe.
Answer: STAY AWAY! We just ordered a $3,000 range from Appliance Connection. The range came damaged. The instructions say to start by removing the door. When the installer did this, the spring in the door bracket popped. First off, when you call you cannot talk to a person to report a defect. You have to use their ticket system. After a month of back and forth with their stupid ticket system, and the agent(s) contradicting themselves, they told us that it is obviously an installation problem, and they weren't going to help. Is this how you treat someone who just spent $3,000 at your store.
Answer: We ship over 1.6 million orders per year. Of those shipments, you have viewed an iota of complaints against our company. Likewise, the positive reviews also outweigh the negative reviews. It seems that you have signed for the delivery without inspecting the delivery, as we have advised you to inspect it prior to accepting delivery. With our agreements with the manufacturers, if there are any issues with the appliances, they would first be subjected to an assessment by a manufacturer certified technician. If the unit is truly, in fact, defective, they will replace the unit. If you are shipping the product back to us, we will provide a refund once confirmation is available that it is en route back to us.
