Ordered NOVEMBER 2021!
UPDATE: Still no range! Six friggin months people!

Well... it's been since November and I still don't have my 4k range. Only ONE person was helpful and now she doesn't exist... not a robot. I've been transferred, hung up on, talked to like it's my fault THEY can't get it together. NO I DONT WANT A REFUND. I WANT MY STOVE! I'll leave this here until it's delivered... in this damn century.

This has been one of the smoothest transactions that I have had in my 71 years. It is the first time that I've purchased an appliance on the internet. I would feel completely comfortable buying from you again. The delivery was excellent and ahead of schedule. The two young men went beyond the call of duty with a difficult situation. All in all, definitely a 5 STAR experience.

HORRIBLE - LOST SOFA, DONE NOTHING TO ASSIST

LOST MY SOFA. MY CHILD AND I WAITED THREE MONTHS FOR THIS. THEY "COULDN'T FIND IT." THEN SAID I'D HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 4-5 MONTHS FOR IT. AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS, THEY FINALLY SAID THEY COULD GET US ONE IN 2 MONTHS. NO SOFA, NO WORD, TWO MONTHS AND A WEEK LATER. I FOLLOWED UP AND THEY SAID IT'D "SHIP" IN AN ADDITIONAL 3 MONTHS. NUMEROUS VENDORS SOLD THIS SOFA, PURE TERRIBLE LUCK I CHOSE APPLIANCES CONNECTION. NEVER AGAIN. WE CONTINUE TO SIT ON FOLDING CHAIRS AS I HAD MY OLD SOFA MOVED OUT TO MAKE ROOM IN EXPECTATION OF THE NEW ONE ARRIVING FOUR MONTHS AGO.

I purchased a washing machine with installation. I stayed home from work all day waiting for the delivery as scheduled. Never arrived even though they kept telling me they were on the way. Neither the shipping company or Appliances Connection could explain why this happened or re-schedule the delivery promptly. All they offered was that I could cancel the order! Total waste of time.

I ordered an undercounter icemaker in December 2020. Our new house was not ready for install until June 2021. Upon install we discovered it was not working. I had to report to the manufacturer as the 30 day return window was closed with Appliance Connection. The repair man never showed after 2 months.
The manufacture, Summit, finally gave me a credit after deducting $200 for shipping. I ordered a higher level and more expense Summit unit from Appliance Connection. It was delivered. After I opened the box the same day I noticed the door handle was bent. I notified Appliance Connection on Day 1 of receiving the unit. They tried to give me a $100 credit on a $2K unit. They would not return the product. They said they would send a new door. This was August 2021. It is now April 2022. After many back and forth emails, telephone calls, I still have no resolution. They have closed my "repair ticket" several times and blamed it on supply chain. I would not recommend this Company to anyone! Good luck if you have an issue with your product! I am handing this over to my Attorney General.

Damaged and refused to install
March 31, 2022

Ordered a GE Profile slide-in range with installation, and first they claimed they just couldn't install it, then when we opened up the box it was badly damaged. Mostly giving 1 star because they couldn't even fulfill their own installation - they said i should have "talked to sales person instead of oderling online." Hello, you have a website it's not my job to call your sales people. Damaged in shipping isn't really their fault but obviously the whole experience was trash.

I ordered a new refrigerator and a small stand-alone freezer on September 2,2021. Due to manufacturing and shipping delays, the items weren't delivered until January.

The first item delivered on January 19,2022, was the stand-alone freezer. The freezer was severely damaged. I thought it looked like someone picked it up in the wrong spot with a forklift. Appliances Connection said they would send out an LG tech to look at it.

The second item, the refrigerator, was delivered January 30,2022. It had some denting on two handles and the freezer drawer front. Appliances connection sent out 2 new handles and, for some reason, a new panel to a different drawer than the freezer.

When the LG tech arrived, it was to look at the refrigerator and not the freezer. He went ahead and looked at the freezer while at the house. He said it looked like the freezer had been dropped.

Since then, Appliances Connection has done nothing else to fix the issue. They won't send out a replacement freezer drawer panel for the refrigerator, even though they have stated multiple times that they would. Their solution to the unsuable stand-alone freezer is for me to order another one, which is on backorder for who knows how long, and when it's delivered, months from now, they will pick up the broken one and refund my money. I have asked them to come get the broken one now and place the order for the new one. They won't agree or disagree to that plan, they just keep stringing me along. I have zero faith that if I give them even more money that I will ever see any of it back.

Great experience with this company all around! The salespeople have actual knowledge and experience with most of their products. Also, their delivery guys were great! They were very careful about not damaging any part of my kitchen during installation and tweaked it the way I wanted it installed. Very courteous and professional! It's rare to get this kind of service and attention these days!

Beware, they falsely advertise services to get you to buy their appliances! They advertised a dishwasher and said it was free delivery, free installation and free removal of old appliance. They scheduled it for delivery but the driver who delivered it said that he did not know how to install it. I contacted the company and they said that they did not have anyone in my area to install it. They did not tell me this but just delivered it. I called a local plumber who charged $225 to install it and take away the old appliance. I asked them to honor what they advertised and pay to install/remove the appliances. Several emails later with this company they would only credit a small amount to install/removal. I would have to pay for most of it myself. I would have not bought this had I known it would not be installed/removal of old appliance. Beware - they advertise services that in truth they cannot deliver. You end up spending more money in the end. Greatly disappointed...

I had the same experience another reviewer had... we ordered a stackable washer and gas dryer with all necessary components. They insisted on delivering the dryer before the washer came in. Again, no obvious signs of damage to the box when arrived. It sat for a little over a month before the washer came and got installed. The box was opened and the dryer was completely damaged and unsafe to stack.

We got the same run around about the 30 day return window that we missed and that THEY wanted! It's totally wrong and all they do is make you fill out reports, send photos and then it all goes into a black hole. Meanwhile, they transfer you from person to person. No accountability, and all you do is pay thousands for appliances you can't use.

Buy from a reputable company.

I bought a refrigerator from Appliances Connection. AppliancesConnection sold me a hose that was not necessary, and then their contracted "White Glove Delivery" service damaged the refrigerator trying to install that hose (rather than the hose provided with the fridge). Their "White Glove Delivery" service damaged my property during delivery and then forged my signature acknowledging Proof of Delivery, thus lying that the refrigerator was delivered in working condition (it wasn't) and without damage to my property (which was a lie). They also left all packaging sitting in my house rather than hauling away, inconsistent with how they advertise their service. I have spent hours trying to reach them by phone and work with their claims system. Every time I call they say they'll respond today but they never do. Buy from refrigerator somewhere else unless you like getting lied to, people forging your signature, damaging your property and the purchase, and never resolving the issue.

I am very dissatisfied with the service I'm receiving from ApplianceConnection and AM Home Delivery. I paid for the 'white glove' service which should have included installation. The workers hooked up the gas and that was it. They did not screw the back grill cover on, left boxes, left the burners and grates in boxes in the oven, and did not verify anything worked. When we figured out the stove didn't work on February 11th, we called ApplianceNow and a repairman was supposed to come out. No ticket was opened that I can find. When no one showed up, I was able to open a ticket on ApplianceNow. Twice now repairmen were supposed to come to my house to repair it (the oven never worked). The first time, they said the snow was too bad and they could not make it up the hill. I live off of a main street so this doesn't make sense. The second time, I received a call from the repairman saying he was on his way. He asked me what was wrong and I stated that the burners work but the oven does not. He never showed up. I tried multiple times to reach him but he never replied to any of my calls. To pay $3500 for an oven that does not work is criminal! I just want a functional oven.

Still No help

Well if you didn't read my review below just trust me when I say don't use these crooks and by locally. The headache you will save yourself is worth it. I still haven't heard back from the company on my third appliance that was damaged then sold to me. There is no way that the moving company did all this damage delivering my appliances. Appliances Connection is buying damaged products then reselling as new. It's obvious when the boxes aren't damaged but there's major damage when you open it that it's been repackaged. They won't stand by their products and you'll never hear back when you confront them on it. STAY AWAY is your best option. I've called and emailed like they said to do but you know the drill. Just eat the $800 dollars for a dishwasher I can't use.

Do NOT purchase this set from Appliance Connection. They claim to have "white glove" service included in the purchase price. No only did they NOT know how to install this expensive set, but they left trash from the delivery. We have spent weeks without resolution to our installation. We spent hours on the phone with Electrolux to help them hook up the refrigerator. There are specific warranty instructions for these units to be installed accurately. It's not like normal refrigerator/freezer installation. Appliance Connection told us their company couldn't install this set after purchase, delivery and a ticket/complaint opened. They suggested we find someone to install at our own expense! We have wasted so much time waiting for this set to be installed correctly even making calls to Electrolux (they were also NO help and informed us they don't have installers!). How can these companies sell these products and not have professional installers for this expensive set? We would not recommend purchasing this set from either business due to their lack of help and knowledge of these products.

Terrible Company

I ordered a range and hood in January 2022 from Appliance Connection online. I took advantage of the credit card the company offered company named Comenity. They showed on my online order the appliances were shipped about 7 days later, but I never received them. After many emails and phone calls I found out they did not ship the appliances because they told me they could not find the range. They offered for the whole order to be canceled which I was happy about. In the mean time I found out they had already charged the credit card so now the card company Comenity started the "we need our money" routine. It is now March and Appliance Connection has been giving me the run around that they are working on it and the credit company will not stop calling because they need Appliance Connection to let them know that it did not ship. I would recommend not using this company because it is a nightmare. They have told me they are taking care of it, which they are not, and I am in bad spot because this has shown up on our credit report. Bad situation all around. I cannot stress enough do not use this company.

This company is a total scam! I ordered an appliance package in mid- December and it was to be shipped in 2 weeks.
Mid- January still no shipment.
Phone support kept assuring me it would ship any day. Never shipped.
Order was cancelled.
They said I would get my refund in 5-7 days. 3 wks later no refund.
Phone support said it still had to be restocked before they could issue a refund. I don't know why it would be restocked since it was never shipped.
After 5 phone calls over 10 weeks, still no refund!
Stay away if you value your money and time!
