Recently purchased an oven from them and customer service is terrible. The oven came damaged on the side along with a huge line on the griddle part. The movers were so disorganized and forgot the hose to connect the oven that we purchased. Their only resolution was to leave the oven uninstalled for a week or use the old hose, which is never recommended. They even damaged the kitchen floors. Customer service has done absolutely nothing to fix these issues and it's beyond frustrating at this point. If you want to save your time and want a hassle free experience, do not shop with them!
