I made 3 orders all about the same time. I received one six months after I placed the order. I called and called and the few times I got through was told every time that the orders would be arriving soon. I received part of the second order 4 months later. I never received the third. I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund. That took another 3 months. I can't believe that they have such a high rating. The good reviews could only be made by employees or friends of the employees.

UPDATE- I would like to say this company did the right thing and made me whole. They contacted me, got proof, and then sent me my entire order.
