Go to the Better Business Bureau and the reviews will tell you ALL you need to know. I placed an order for hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes with this horrible, horrible company on March 13, which totaled a hefty $153.62, was then charged a ridiculous $197.62 for two day shipping on the $153.00 order. March 18th, I went on their website live chat (Joke) to cancel my order. When I tried to go on it again, the live chat was turned off. Sent two emails to cancel. Still nothing and I still haven't received my money or items as of April 12th. Received an email this morning saying they were shipping items and to track delivery click their link. Click the link and the link doesn't work because THEY SPELLED THEIR OWN NAME WRONG IN THE LINK. RUNAWAY from, as the link states, "American Screeing Inc".

Same experience! Take your money and run and they will NOT ANSWER any requests on order status or refunds! STAY AWAY from this COMPANY! Still waiting on an order or a company response for almost a MONTH! STAY WAY!

In my experience, a company that after making a purchase does not answer you anymore and does not want to return your money is a scam

Based on my experience, legit companies don't behave that way.

Scam. Took my money quickly but does not proved an update on the order and could not get a refund

They are definitely SCAMMER! They never refund to customer. They would try to do many things to keep your money without ship out "anything"

I think they are somewhere in between scam and possibly legit. They make no effort to insure a legit reputation.

Scammers. Same story here as other posters. Thank goodness for PayPal. They investigated and refunded my money. So glad to hear the Louisiana Attorney General is looking into it. Hopefully they'll shut them down.

Total scam, they don't exist, they take online orders but phone lines are disconnected, and never respond to emails.

They are not legit. Company was also price gouging on masks, hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. American Screening is no longer BBB accredited due to all the complaints they've received. I spoke with someone from the BBB about this company and was told that all those complaints have been forwarded to the Louisiana Attorney General. I did file my own complaint with the AG. It's been over weeks and still no hand sanitizer. I'm out over $250. I can't get thru to anyone in the company. Phone is either busy or message stating mailbox is full. Multiple emails have gone unanswered.
