How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at American Screening Corporation, Inc.?

They have no customer services, been contacted with them for 3 months, only can reached them out once from web chat, but their staff Chris and Maribeth were just BS to customer, unable to track order, unable to cancel order, they cant do nothing!
