Very unprofessional in-home technicians. First tried to cancel, then was thirty minutes late just to get his panties all twisted before he entered my home. Told me completely opposite info then the office. I told him to leave. I will be getting a new internet company.
This is a fraudulent company. They take your order, never send a product then refuse to respond. Don't purchase anything here! You won't see your money or product
UPDATE- I would like to say this company did the right thing and made me whole. They contacted me, got proof, and then sent me my entire order. I think the pandemic has really affected businesses from workers, to shipping. I am grateful to them for doing the right thing. Thank you American Screening. I was seriously losing faith in people.
