This is a further comment to my original one when I ordered the cell phone case. It was always said that it could take weeks and weeks for this item to arrive. It was coming from China and it did. However, it arrived in about two and a half weeks and it is absolutely beautiful. Very well made... of such quality that everyone who sees it comments on it and was amazed by the fair price. Being disabled and virtually house bound my computer is my lifeline. I have bought products from Amazon before, but I have to tell all my fellow sitejabbers about a product I ordered last week, I ordered some rechargeable batteries at 5.00pm on tuesday and they were delivered at 10.30am on wednesday. Now thats what I call service.

When you search for 1 specific thing, instead of the search bar having an option to match just what you ask, it just puts forth 500 other things that don't really affect you. You want a hammer? Try 200 boxes of nails, a poster of a hammerhead shark, 14 new screwdrivers, and some baking soda(made by arm & hammer of course). Oh page 32 the actual hammer I wanted? Excellent...

Just ran into a problem with a 3rd party vendor selling through Amazon. I didn't have much luck dealing with the vendor and asked Amazon to intervene. They did so right away and my issue was resolved in about 4 days. Amazon folks were apologetic for the issue (which was not their, but they took ownership), professional to work with and very responsive. They called me back to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome and overall I had a great experience with their help.

Answer: This problem began when Amazon Market Place started up and when I saw how bad it was with sellers selling at 3 to 4 times the full retail price at other online stores, it was a hint for me to stop supporting Amazon Market Place. If its sold by Amazon, I might buy it but I do my utmost to find a lower price so I don't have to buy it from Amazon. More often than not Bestbuy or Staples has it for the same or lower price. Bought an Asus RT AC 5300 from Bestbuy for 500 Canadian and it doesn't sell for less at Amazon. Returns are no hassle 30 day returns and no shipping just take it to a local retail store and that saves the wrapping and shipping.
