What is wrong with Amazon? Every package we have tried to receive has either been stolen or lost from Intelcom. What is wrong with Amazon. Tried to talk to a so called "supervisor" Isreal who was useless and extremely rude to upset customers. Do better Amazon you are horrible especially when it comes to customer compaints. Train your "supervisors" better and STOP USING INTELCOM they LOSE EVERY PARCEL
I bought a textbook from Amazon.ca, the seller never shipped the book. I asked Amazon.ca for refund through the A-to-z Guarantee but they denied the refund. Amazon.ca is a SCAM, NEVER USE IT.
DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD, AND THEY DON'T REFUND ANY MONEY. THAN YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND THEY DON'T CARE. THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY TOLD YOU TO DEAL WITH AMAZON,,, THAN YOU LOOSE YOUR CREDIT CARD, OR YOU GOOD TO PAY THE BILL TO AMAZON AND CREDIT CARD COMPANY CANCELL YOUR CREDIT CARD BUT SEND YOU THE BILL TO PAY.
I have just canceled my Prime Membership of 7+years.
I purchased a guitar beginners set for my grandson for his 17th bday on August 11th, 2023.
If there happens to be anything wrong or just dont want it anymore, they expect YOU to take it back to a UPS or Canada Post depot in order for you to receive a refund. Even tho it was Intelcom who dropped it off.
Except, that's a little difficult for me or anyone who maybe disabled from a back injury and have no vehicle to get it there! So. Basically I'd have to throw it over my shoulder and carry it on my back!
Amazon doesn't care. Nope, that's not their problem! Try contacting customer service, that's a joke. When they dont have a solution to the issue, Amazon Canada's customer service just either disconnects the chat or "accidentally" hangs up.
You MF'ers have LOST a loyal customer of 7+years!
Amazon Canada's CSR's are rude n more than half the time, don't understand what ur trying to say.
There is a language barrier every single time I've tried contacting them for anything.
I can't even describe how hurt I am by the horrible and abusive treatment I've had from Amazon Canada - three weeks ago I was locked out of my account by Amazon with no email or phone call explaining why this happened - I have had to call Amazon 5 times and the final time just when the representative at account change department was almost ready to unlock my account ( 40 minutes later) the call was dropped and the man did not call me back even though he knew it was my fifth call and I was more than frustrated - I then cAlled again and was told by a manager that I had to start all over again and the manager was extremely rude to me - then a new representative came on and began to yell at me that I was being rude and that I needed to speak in a more polite tone! Needless to say after 3 weeks and five phone calls and 3 hours of my life I still don't have access to my account. I'm through with Amazon! After 10 years and thousands of dollars spent Amazon proves they could care less About me and my business! I'm done!
Customer support almost non-existent! First time shopping at Amazon, bought fire stick. Firestick was declared on shippable, when I contacted customer support, first customer support couldn't find the issue then the product was was declared shipped but was still in the warehouse. Customer support couldn't give me any reason why just giving me a total run around. Fun customer support was supposed to get in touch with me within 24 hours but I receive no email. Didn't receive what I thought was an offer from Amazon, contacted customer support to find out what was going on. Talk to one person was totally clueless, got transferred to another person was even more clueless! Problem never resolved ended up cancelling order, the time I wasted with customer service was worth 4 times what the product was. I am surprised that Amazon is still in business with this type of customer service, unless the people who normally shop online don't really care about customer service. I would get Amazon a -5 if I possibly could! For myself I'll never shop Amazon again, I don't need that type of aggravation. The overall impression I got its they really don't care about their customers as long as they sell their product.
Feedback on the seller or your shipment experience should be provided at www.amazon.ca/feedback.
But www.amazon.ca/feedback leads me back to exactly where I got so frustrated with being unable to contact Amazon directly and going in the circle again and again and again and again... ad nausem
They don't want to address any problem or deal with their own delivery service, so they bot you into craziness... They are just to big to give a s**t about a customer that isn't a prime member or spending a zillion dollars a year.

Driver unlocked the gate to come in but left with it wide open swinging in the wind. Rude, disrespectful and lazy. You should train your drivers. Or buy them a freaking gym membership. Apparently find closing and locking the gate they unlocked and opened is too difficult for them. I used to be angry because they just threw the package over the fence and I come in from the back. Maybe they don't pay enough or they have a HR department like their customer service.
I am so pissed off - one of the only reasons I hate ordering from Amazon.
And the circle jerk customer service - what a joke - a bot that never offers the option you want.

This was supposed to delivered on 9Aug2017 and still no sign of delivery? Written to the seller and Amazon no response, This not only screws up the reputation of Amazon.com but also makes me think if I should ever order any thing from Amazon, with such a poor delivery schedule.
Please, all the readers be very careful ordering from this seller and Amazon, which shrugs off its responsibility.
BUYERS BEWARE!
Ordered phones, food saver & security products & received two business days later! Fast delivery through Purolator. I'll be back!
The wait for delivery is at least one month even for amazon prime. Prices are multiplied sometimes by 4 folds
After being on the phone with them for over 2 hours to try and resolve an issue with their own fire tablet they simply hung-up. Issue unresolved
Here I'll take your money & not deliver your it's, or you also paid for next day shipping? Nah you don't get a thing
$#*! Amazon lol
Yes that is a big BUT, The similarities end at the name, Amazon.ca is Amazon.com without the huge and varied inventory, the low prices the quick shipping the great customer service the ease of returns, I could go on but I think you get the point. Besides Amazon.ca is just really for Canadians that don't live close to the border, smoked a joint when they were a kid and the Americans still don't trust you, who knows what you could do now you may be a well respected Surgeon by day and family man by night, but deep down the Americans know that joint was not a onetime thing you have something evil brewing in what is left in that drug addled mind, or you have not figured out the shipping forwarders yet (the fact that they exist and how large and industry it is becoming speaks for itself) Or maybe some think that if you shop on Amazon.ca you are buying Chinese crap locally? I was joking here and really hope that phenomenon does not exist.
On a positive note if you do need cable or something from China and you are not in a hurry... at all. They have a pretty good handle on selling you Chinese goods that in a couple of months you will get a knock on the door, by this time you have forgotten what you ordered or the technology has already become obsolete. But you still do get to show your friends "look what I got all the way from Hong Kong. I forget what it is or does and the instructions are in Mandarin but look at the cool postage mark and how little the postage cost why we can't send a letter across the street for that" (plus it would take longer).
I bought a replacement Samsung phone battery that way, it was cheap and counterfeit of course it would not hold a charge long enough to turn my phone on. So then I had to try and guess where to dispose of it, It looks like a battery but act more like a piece of wood, pretty sure there was no lithium in it so I tossed it in the regular garbage. Gasp, Yep that is what I did and it haunts me to this day.
LIke another customer said. Is good until you have a problem and then amazon.ca doesn't go one inch for you, the customer.
They just dont care.
www.amazon.ca is okay. The website is great as far as safety and reliability are concerned, but it just seems lacking in most of it's other areas.
Good selection, all items have extending information about items, convenient delivery options. Will continue to do shopping there.
I got a giftcard from my boss for Xmas. I made an account and ordered a table and chairs for our new house. My account was then put on hold.
I have been calling them every other day for 2 months trying to resolve it. They won't tell me why it's on hold. I have provided them all of the things they asked for in order to verify. Id, credit card statement, pictures of the physical gift card, proof of address etc etc etc.
It is back and forth over and over with customer service and account specialists but yet to be resolved. My most recent interaction they emailed me saying to change my password, set up 2 step authentication, etc. So I go to do that but MY ACCOUNT IS STILL ON HOLD! So I call them again about it. The next email I receive is the account specialists saying Hello,
We received your most recent communication.
We had already implemented the appropriate resolution and sent you an email with further guidance.
I cannot action their implemented resolution because when I login my account is still on hold.
This is a friggin nightmare and the worst customer experience of my life. I am stuck in a circle and no one from that company cares that I have been doing this with them for 2 months just to get my $250 giftcard. Absolute insanity.
I want that money as it is a large gift from my boss so I have to continue to torture myself with Amazon.ca and their lack of coherent employees. This has been going on back and forth since christmas. It is now february. I am convinced their specialists take the money for themselves and that is why they wont reinstate my account. Once I get access to my account (if ever) and order, I will never deal with Amazon again in my life.
I ordered a new Breville espresso machine as a gift on amazon.ca. It is an expensive item but it came to the person who has a special occasion in an absolutely inappropriate state. The box was damaged and dirty, everything inside the box was also filthy and with numerous traces of use. The receiver of this gift came home specifically to get this gift and you can imagine her disappointment. I was very embarrassed. So, I contacted Amazon Support immediately. At first, they said that the best they can do is replace the item and give me a $10 promo balance, also to send this used item back I had to drop it off myself which I find completely unfair (the machine weights 11 kilos). I wasn't satisfied and in the end, they were ready to give me a $30 promo balance and refund the UPS pick-up service. The other two options were to get a full refund or to get a 30% discount and keep the used item. The next day I contacted the support again and to my greatest surprise, there was no trace of the earlier conversation. Amazon didn't store it. So, I had to explain the situation from scratch. In addition to that, the terms they offered the next day were even worse – no pickup available, 10$ promo balance, or 25% discount to keep the used item. I was really furious and escalated the problem. The support guy promised me a call from a senior assistant within 48 hours but nobody called. Then, I had to contact them AGAIN. In the end, I finally got a call but it was completely useless. The only thing they helped me with was the report for the technical issue of the lost chat conversation. All the proofs of the initial terms they had offered were in that chat. Extremely awful user experience. First of all, Amazon Support chat itself is really bad: you can't attach pictures there, they don't provide any chat reference for further convenience, and turned out they don't store chat history either. Besides that, the support team behaves really inconsistently and sometimes even rudely: the terms they offer change over time; they don't keep their promises; terms, in general, are so bad, nobody cares about customer time and health. In the future, I will definitely avoid amazon.ca and amazon.com as diligently as I can.
Terrible do not think they have any concerns about who they associate with. Received my package and it was open ed previously returned and damaged.
Amazon is the best in the business. Very reliable and always great customer support. My go to place when i want to order something essential.
Answer: Don't believe their delivery guarantee. They are late 4/10 times and are unremorseful for it
Answer: Very tough! No longer usable fir me, a Top 1000 and Vines Reviewer.
Answer: If you need customer service good luck it's not existing
Answer: I've never had to pay duty on anything from Amazon.ca, even if it was shipped from another country.
Answer: If Amazon is going to use a third party courier service, (such as Intelcom), cancel your order and shop elsewhere.
Answer: Happened to me. Just another sneaky way that Amazon operates. Welcome to the club.
