If you do not receive the correct item, you lose the money. Basically I received what it could be described as garbage instead of the item I ordered. I have sent pictures, but to no use. My claim is denied with a mumbo jumbo google translate explanation that make no sense.
All disputes are in favour of seller, that is the new policy

I make regular purchases on this trading floor. And everything was kind of normal, but came across the problem of not sending goods by the seller. Upon my request to cancel the order, the seller only extended the order processing time. I could not influence this situation in any way. Complain in this situation is impossible! You can't leave a review about the seller in this situation! As a result, I waited 40 days and finally, at the next request for closing, the order was closed. Now I still have to wait 20 days to get my money back. The seller "LEEPEE Superb Store" is a big trickster. I wish everyone not to mess with him.
On the platform itself, Aliexpress can say that in this situation, I was completely defenseless. It is good that the order amount was small. But this can happen with a big purchase!

Complete garbage!

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!

I've placed 3 orders with Ali Express over the last few months - NEVER again! Orders take months to show, are missing items or the wrong item is shipped. Communication with Ali Express is a joke as well. If you like to gamble, go ahead and order. If you want the product you paid for - AVOID!

I have received the wrong items, had pieces missing from an order, and complete misrepresented items.

Not safe to buy on AliExpress, you will not receive the product you have paid for and AliExoress will not help you, when AE's system falsely confirm your receipt of the order without your knowledge. You will be asked to get some impossible proof that you did not receive your order so that they do not have to do anything to help you. How does anyone prove the order did not come?! It is not safe to buy on AliExpress, AE and sellers are together to scam you.

I ordered a pair of shoes, and the seller sent me a wrong one. I ask for return the seller sent me a return label. I bring it to the post office; the post office did not take it because the shoes weight 3 pounds and the label is for 1 pound. I asked the seller for label good for 3 pounds the seller did not say nothing. And I contacted AliExpress. AliExpress did not do nothing, so i lost $40 for not useable shoes.
Second time on November 30,2022, I ordered five items from 5 different seller on AliExpress website. How can they put 5 items in one package. The package arrived at my local post office on December 12. One week later because the package was not delivery to my house so i contacted the post office, post office said they will return it back to the seller because i did not come to pick it up. When i order online they always delivery to my house i never come to post office to pick it up..

Cellphone order

I ordered a cellphone at Aliexpress and paid R4800 AND i NEVER RECEIVED THAT PHONE NOT EVEN A FOLLOW UP EMAIL TO TRACK MY ORDER. I TRIED CHATTING WITH A CONSULTED ONLY TO FIND IT IS SOME STUPID ROBOT CALLED EVA. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED BUT i AM PREPARED TO TAKE THIS TO MY LAWYERS AND GET MY MONEY BACK.

My order is not deliverd to me. Aliexpress asked to provide evidence. I did. With no communication their conclusion is not to refund anything. On which basis? It is all great until something is not according to the standard process. As an individual you have no rights and the real face of this giant is exposed. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! DO NOT BUY VIA ALIBABA OR ALIEXPRESS.

NO customer service

Buy at your own risk because there is no customer service at AE. They have automated Bots that know nothing and there's NO telephone option to actually speak with a real live agent.
Also beware, they ask you to ship back items to China at your own cost which sometimes works out more expensive than the actual item!
I ordered a magnifier at 10/15x magnification but received a lower power lens. I was asked to ship back (cost $20) a $25 item. So basically, the seller gets his item back and I get almost nothing back.
My advice - stick to Ebay or similar and stay away from AliExpress until they make the seller pay for items not as described.

Bad customer relations

I placed an order at the Buy Store order # **************. A i pad case which is not compatible with I pad, the Key board symbols are are not as indicated on the board and cannot contact the seller or AliExpress. I have learnt my lesson and will not buy anything from them.

They promised me they would refund me. After the expiry of the deadline to open a dispute, they no longer reimbursed me, accusing the excuse that they could not return the money in Euros.

I know Alibaba and AliExpress are the same exact company but AliExpress is like the retail version of Alibaba. It can be full of scammers and drop shippers. It is easy to be ripped off because they don't have your back like Alibaba because your not a possible big business. Prices are a little better then Amazon on some things but not others.

If possible unless you are familiar with withing with sellers on there are have trusted contacts I would stay away and stick with Amazon or try Alibaba but it's a little more complicated. Shipping can take over a month a lot of the time and it arrives damaged a lot. Trying to return something to China is a pain. I have had some good buys on there but I happen to know some sellers. If you do use it be very careful and if it seems too good to be true then it most likely isn't.

I cannot in good conscious recommend this site to the average consumer, AliExpress probably will not have your back, unless your willing to pay to ship products back yourself in most cases.

If you ever need to make a claim under their false 60 day guarantee be prepared to have a lot of your time wasted, some sellers may be fraudulent but so is the platform that does not uphold their promises.
The seller has wasted my time but also so has ali express and I am still in dispute after 60 days where ali express is still to make a decision. NEVER AGAIN AND BE WARNED!

Lower your expectations!

I've been ordering from Aliexpress since 2016. Items from clothes to jewelry to hair weave to shoes. The key is to not have high expectations and know what you're paying for. Most of the stuff on there is cheap $#*!. You get what you pay for! And if you don't like it, don't even bother returning it. Just dispute the charges with your bank. I don't have to do this often but the few times that I did, I always got my money back through my bank. Most of the vendors that I buy from have a good communication and others don't. It really can be a hit or miss. Their sizing is really off however the sizing in China is completely different than saving in the US so of course there may be some differences Which is why I always order a size up or two. But overall it is really an amazing site. It really cuts out of the middleman for a lot of items that I like to buy.

NOT REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Chat person they can't do.
They only talk, talk. To much wait.
At the and you have to wait another week or two. C
All customer service chat line... same story repeat...
If any problem, Aliexpress judgement process to slow.
Also Dispute teams all the time sellers side, not customer.
Customer allways make mistake.
But seller RIGHT, HONEST, BEST.
Judgement team against to customer.

When the wrong product size arrived I immediately started a return and refund process. I paid to return the product myself and have proof of delivery yet the seller won't refund my money. Aliexpress Customer Service has been worthless in assisting with this process. Buyers Beware!

Correcting an old review

A few years ago or so, I made a bad review mainly because I was losing a lot of items that do not have tracking numbers. Will, back then I was still kinda new to online shopping thing and it was my fault, I didn't have a personal P. O Box address so I would only go pick up items with a tracking number when I get a notice from my local mail office, the ones without a tracking number will not reach me so I think it's fair to point that out. After having a personal address mostly I had really good experiences, of course, it also depends on the seller. Finally, I wish they could make the connection with customer service easier personally I am not sure how, I think it was easier in the past because I did contact them before.

i just received an email from them saying that i continued to violate the Buyer Protection Program rule and they gave me some examples of the thing i violated such as Claiming an item hasn't been received when it has arrived and opening a case against a seller in order to get a discount or additional goods and services..ok fair Enough but is it my fault that most of their sellers send items with sh*t shipping carriers that gave you a tracking number that stops tracking once your shepment arrive at you countrey like it doesn't say where in you country it just says that it arrived and i just wait for 60 days(the buyer protaction period )and when i still don't get my order i open a dispute as simple as that ! but Apparently they don't want you to ask for your right they just want you to shut up and let the seller to take your money without doing anything and by the way i didn't receive any of the orders that i opened a dispute about and all they have to say about that is that this email is sent automatically and they cant do anything about it and they asked me to sign up with a new account
